The staff are just wonderful. Friendly from the time you enter to the time you leave. They take time to listen to you needs and issues. They work so very well with special needs, my mom has Alzheimer’s and they took care of her fabulously. One of my best doctors. And I can’t say enough about the front office staff - they are so nice which is rare when it comes to so many doctors offices in this town. Highly recommend them. The doctor’s and staff are GREAT!

I was extremely impressed with how well the extern, Katie Rhoads, performed the hearing test. She explained each step of the process clearly which made me very comfortable. She responded professionally and politely to all of my questions and comments.Dr. Baldwin provided information regarding hearing aids and options. Everyone is great! From start to finish they are all kind, educated, and wonderful!! The only suggestion I would have: when they refer you on, educate yourself on the Dr they refer you to and where they are located. If to a Dr in a hospital setting, beware it will cost you 10x more than a Dr in a stand alone office. No fault of Assoiciated Audiologists though! Just crazy hospital prices at KU Med!

I’ve been going to Associated Audiologists since I was a child and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. All of the Doctors, specialists and receptionists are very knowledgeable and want what’s best for the patients. I also highly recommend seeing Dr. Baldwin. She’s helped me with a few sets of hearing aids and it’s always been a great experience. Even if I wasn’t able to see her at a specific time all of the other Audiologists were just as helpful. Just had an excellent appointment at Associated Audiologists with Dr. Stacey Baldwin. The staff has always been very helpful and professional and now Dr. Baldwin is showing me how to set advance hearing levels for various situations (noisy restaurant, quiet meeting etc.) so I can select that setting prior to social gatherings with my new Widex Evoke hearing aid. It truly is a game changer and Dr. Baldwin is showing me how to maximize the effectiveness of this amazing new technology. Could not be more satisfied!

I just had a battery of hearing test to address some balance issues. My experience was wonderful; it was thorough and the results were clearly explained. While I do have some hearing loss there was absolutely no attempt or pressure to sell me hearing aides. It was all about determining and working on a solution to my problem. Dr Doerner is fantastic. She was very thorough and described exactly what she was going to do during the testing. When the testing was over she explained the results now and compared them to three years ago.The entire staff is very friendly.

Easy appointment, short wait, and very friendly. The most extensive testing and comprehensive results I’ve had. Dr Jacobson was excellent talking about my results, possible causes of my tinnitus and options to help my hearing and tinnitus relief. No sales pressure to buy anything. She listened and answered all of my questions. I felt relaxed and appreciated the education. I highly recommend giving them a chance, especially for tinnitus hearing issues.

My first experience with an Audiologist was with Associated Audiologists. They thoroughly listened to all of my concerns and symptoms and spent the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. They were actually early to the appointment and while I was filling out my paperwork they moved 6 people through the waiting room. While I hope to never see them again, if I do, I know Ill be taken care of.

I do not know when I (we) have been so impressed with a company!!My wife had told me for 20 years that my hearing was bad. Finally I gave in and started searching for hearing aid sales. My first thought was to look at ads in paper. That was my first mistake. Those ads have one thing in mind and that is to SELL you their hearing aids . After some research it came to me that the most important thing was to find the source of the problem with my hearing. To find this out it seemed to make sense that I should go to audiologist to determine the cause. These are professionals who are schooled and taught much like your family doctor. Why would I go to a retail company that all they know is to close the sale on hearing aids? When I called the retail outlets and asked about Audiologists on staff, their answer was they have personnel that know hearing aids.At Associated it is professionals that have one goal in mind and that is to find out what needs to be done to make you hear better. They have testing equipment that analyze your loss . In my case case I had 50% hearing loss. After that is done they will tell you what they offer in hearing aids. No pressure! ( What you will find out is they have anything you could possibly want at pricing that is competitive). Best of all you have professional service after the sale . You are not assigned a waiting chair until thy get done selling someone hearing aids!They are the best !! I just purchased batteries from them which I can pick up or they will ship to you.

Great service. The waiting room is limited to one person at a time due to COVID-19 and you have to have a mask on and get a temperature check before entry to the waiting room. In spite of that, they still have the same quality service as always.

Hearing Your Best is not just a slogan at Associated Audiologists, it’s a fact. Dr. Steele, Dr. Jacobson, and Dr. Mediavilla, and staff are professional, personable, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I hear so much better than I used to and I wouldn’t use another group. My husband has seen Dr. Dorner for vestibular audiology and she was able to diagnose his condition, which neither a neurologist nor and ENT specialist could. If you really want quality of life and to be able to hear your best, use Associated Audiologists.

My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Stacey Baldwin. She has fulfilled our audiology needs for a dozen years. I value her knowledge and willingness to do what it takes to provide the best hearing capability available. We recently replaced our 12 year old hearing aids with super new technology aids. The difference between the new and old aids is amazing. The sharpness and clarity is so much improved that you have to experience it to fully appreciate the difference. Dr. Baldwin goes beyond what is considered normal to make sure her patients understand their hearing loss and provides the opportunity to return hearing ability to almost unbelievable levels. We are very pleased with her care and frequently refer others to her practice.

I see Dr. Tim Steele. He explains things very clearly and answers all of my questions. He listens carefully, demonstrates when needed and lets me practice something new so that I walk out of there with good new knowledge. Moreover, he is compassionate, on time, organized in his approach, has a good sense of humor and is kind. What more could anyone ask for?

I have been using hearing aids for about 4+ years . The first pair were troublesome and after only 4 years, one needed a new microphone and I decided to switch. The new hearing aids are far better than what I had. My first indication that these were better was that for the first time I could HEAR the turning signal in my Ford diesel pickup! I had never heard the clicking sound and only relied on the flashing illuminated arrow on the instrument panel. I am still in the trial period with the new devices, but at this point I can only thank the staff at Overland Park for the service and attention to the meeting my needs. Thank you.
