The staff made an effort to fit me into an already busy schedule on the only day they are in the local office. I am very appreciative of that as we will be going out of town for two weeks and I really wanted to have my hearing aid problem solved. Lucy’s resolved the problem and also discovered that the aids weren’t fitted correctly and resolved that issue also. Her customer service was excellent!

This is the place to go for friendly service and great products. I was there on 9/3 to have my hearing aid repaired and Lucy drove to the local store to get super glue needed to make the repair which I thought was awesome! And Summer is very knowledgeable and courteous on the phone. Definitely should check out.

I just had a cleaning and tune-up done. I have been dealing with Summer who is great to work with. She meet me in the parking lot to pick up my aids and returned them.
