Laura is very professional and takes the time to explain everything that my Wife, Rosalie and I, need to know about her hearing aids. Sam and Laura were unbelievable nice and informative. Sam set up the appointment and was very cheerful in the process. I had just come from a bad experience where I had to return to the seller every week for four weeks to get something fixed so I know what bad service is. I returned those hearing aids for full refund.At Miracle-Ear Laura performed a hearing test and explained the results thoroughly to both my wife and me. I have worn hearing aids for 20 years and no one has explained the hearing test as well as Laura. When we went back to pick them up, we received another lesson about how they work and the various steps we need to take to keep them operating properly and efficiently. They cost more than the pair I just returned, but I can already tell the difference. For example, I have surround sound! While we were sitting in the office and I was talking with Laura, my wife who was sitting to my side and behind me whispered, Can you hear me? I turned toward her and said, Yes. She loved it. We will be going back in a week or so and we will be expecting marvelous service from Laura and Sam once again. By the way, I am a Professor Emeritus in Marketing--I taught his stuff.

Laura McKinney did a great job of explaining everything that was being tested and why. I have some problems with understanding people in noisy places. Laura tested me and told me that I wasnt a candidate for a hearing aid yet, but eventually would be. I got set up for annual testing so we can continue to monitor the problem. I found Laura to be professional, ethical, and very pleasant. I definitely recommend her for hearing tests and evaluations.

I took my parents to Miracle Ear in Overland Park last year to get hearing aids for them. Mom had a set from a different company that she was not happy with. My step dad had none. Laura took such great care to diagnose their hearing needs and fit them for custom hearing aids. When they got them, they were both so happy to be able to hear each other again. Plus the TV blue tooth device is a game changer for them to hear the TV at a regular level instead of being so loud the neighbors could hear their TV. Thank you Laura and Miracle Ear for changing their lives.
