This location is one of my favorites in the city.The ability to look online for an item and to see if its in stock is a huge tome saver, especially since they give you the location of the item in the store.Another time saver is purchasing the item I need online and theyll put in a locker for me to just come in and pick up. Theyve always had my item ready within 30 minutes.Definitely a well ran store.

I had an issue with a cash purchased power tool that wouldnt function properly, the night customer service supervisor at the Olathe store refused to exchange, refund, or credit the purchase all along stating that the computer says its been returned already, didnt even get a successful qr code scan or barcode on receipt, I called the Metcalf and store where Paul & Vilma, identified us as the customer called My Handyman, knowing I frequent all the stores all the time, they took care of us like we on the same team. Not like that broad in Olathe

The lumber team is incredible. They helped me cut my lumber and didnt make me feel less than because I got some of the measurements wrong.They also showed me another way to create what I was going to do, that was simpler and easier for me to do on my own! Thank you again!

Ordered my tool online and got to the store about 45 minutes later and no one had pulled my product yet. I had to go get it and then check out even though I had already paid for it. The cashier was nice, but said they were busy and that was why it hadnt been pulled yet.

I got a grill last week on sale. Yay. When I set it up at home I realized the drip tray was not included. I called to customer service and was pleased to have then send my call to a Garden associate that found the grill drip pan while I waited on the phone and made a note that I would pick up at customer service.So thrilled. Ive never had care quite like this before. Thank you!

This is my favorite Home Depot location! It is conveniently located with excellent stock of materials, tools, and more. This location also provides tool rental, from small hand tools to large boom lifts. I have found that the staff are both friendly and extremely helpful. The self checkout option is quick and convenient. As a bonus, throughout the pandemic they have a dedicated person to clean each station after every use.

Every staff member was very helpful helping me find the items I needed.

Not a bad Home Depot as far as Home Depots go. They were out of some of the outdoor supplies a couple of times though retaining wall stones and topsoil was all and it was a bit hard to tracking some help down.

Great venue for musicals but not my favorite for concerts. It can be pretty expensive also.

My knowledge about build anything its none! With that said, I went to the store hoping that someone could help me with a project in mind!! I got some wood and they cut it by specific measurements I gave them! I beyond happy with the service!!! So dont feel intimidated if you are like me, go and I am pretty sure youll have the help that you need!!

I like Home Depot and usually find what I want easily and without a need to ask anyone. Today we bought thirty feet of eight inch culvert for much less than expected.

Bought a BBQ grill with the help of Brandi over at customer service. Easy to locate, easy to purchase. Great experience once again at the Home Depot.

The associate in lumber, Russell was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. I gave 4 stars because I could only get 8 out of the 30 doors that I needed. But thats whats going on everywhere

DO NOT BUY RHEEM WATER HEATER OR EXTENDED WARRANTY. The nine year water heater crapped out after only two years and rheem would not answer their phone. Dealing with the warranty company was worse than pulling teeth. On the bright side, Shelley, the assistant store manager is a rockstar. She went to bat for us and got our service covered even after taking a tongue lashing for an hour

I am only giving 1 star because I have to in order to leave comment.I came here Wednesday night (4/7/21) because I needed a 30 coco liner for my deck ledge flower box.I did not see them on the shelves so I walked back up to the front door where a clerk was standing. She was very nice and proceeded to page someone for me.There were a couple of guys just down about 10 isles looking at the clerk, she paged to them again that customer needed assistance. I even saw her point to me to show them who did and I was also looking at them.They walked off and ignored her request and NO ONE came up to help me.Thats HORRIBLE!Home Depot check your cameras that night at about 7:30 - 8:00 pm......youll see!

Absolutely the worst place to buy firewood in the wintertime. I have tried three times here to buy fire wood and it all is wet and will not light no matter how many Firestarter blocks and kindle use. This is the last time i shop at home depot for firewood. I recommend everyone to go to Lowes for dry firewood that will burn.

Just needed a specific light bulb. Ordered on line. Brought out to my car. Fast. Fantastic way to shop.

We are doing an attic build-out and have made at least 25 trips to different Home Depots. Weve definitely been frustrated at the discrepancies between their app/online availability and the actual in-store availability. Weve taken to calling the store and asking their associates to physically go to the item we need and make sure its really in stock. Well, supervisor Angela at this location was very helpful in locating and setting aside some power tools that we really needed. We had to go to three other stores first, but were glad we finally ended up at this store!

They rented a flatbed-ish truck without much wait compared to U-Haul, which offered bigger trucks but on the case infinite wait. Did the job, got the money down back on return (minus fees.)

I have lived within 3 miles of this store for over 20 years and I have to say, it has never been more customer friendly than under its current management. Its nice to walk into a store and see employees you recognize and trust, knowing theyve been there for over 10+ years. My son is working on his Eagle Scout Project and today the store manager (Jason) went above and beyond to help us with our supplies and to offer a discount towards our purchases. (HUGE help!)

Had to rent a hand truck to help move some bigger things into storage. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was quickly in and out. Return was very quick and efficient. The only issue I had was that I couldnt reserve on line.

This store is great. The night shift that unloads is awesone for drywall loads. You can park there ONLY IF YOU ARE DELIVERING!!! Make sure to call ahead and let the management know.

Where to begin...every time I place an online order I have issues. Employees are too lazy to match the item number from the order with the item number clearly labeled on the item. Less than 90 days ago,, I ordered a square green planter, ended up with something entirely different save for the color green. Spoke to a manager at the customer service desk who took 5 minutes trying to figure out a way to convince me to take the incorrect item. Showed him the item number on the order, item number on the sticker on said item, and the fact that the brand was different. He finally relented and I found the correct item, in lawn and garden, under a sticker with the correct info, where 25 other of the correct pots were stacked. Today, I ordered 2 tomato cages and a pair of garden shears. Less than an hour later I get an email stating part of the order was canceled because it wasnt in stock. We decided to just go to the store and purchase the other item and something to replace the tomato cages. Walked out to lawn and garden, turned immediately left, and what was the VERY first thing on the tomato/plant stake display? Yep, those same out of stock tomato cages. At least 6 of them. In plain sight. Absolutely LAZY employees doing their online order picking. Save yourself time and frustration by going to the store and looking for it yourself. And dont bother asking their employees for assistance because youll get a wide eyed blank stare as though theyve never set foot in Home Depot before that day or a flat out lie that the product you are looking for A) doesnt exist in reality anywhere or B) tell you that Home Depot doesnt carry said item in any store so try across the street.

Very friendly and willing to help! I had no idea how to find what I was looking for, and when they came to help me, he didnt just show me where to find it, he also showed me how, so that I could figure it out for myself the next time.

Went to this home depot to look at materials for our kitchen and bath remodel. Right now we are in a worldwide pandemic and things are getting worse. Was very disappointed to see many employees not wearing masks correctly or taking them down to have snacks. A gentleman walked right up to me and asked if I needed help; nose not covered at all by his mask. Many customers also without masks or wearing them incorrectly. Did not feel safe to even look around so left.

Im not one to typically leave reviews, but this store took incredible, personal care of me when we had a freak accident happen during recent a carpet install. There are caring people behind the big box front and they have my business. I would highly recommend Home Depot off 95th for your needs!

Ive had some bad experiences, good experiences, Ive had some great experiences at this Home Depot. Their supply chain has been pretty screwed up this year compared to some of the other DIY big boxes and I dont understand why. There online shopping and home delivery are poor and slow, but for the most part they have what I need when I needed off the shelf. They are my go-to DIY store.

Home Depot is my go-to DIY store. Unfortunately, finding anyone to help you in either the electrical or plumbing departments is a real pain. They used to have master electricians and plumbers that worked there, people that were reliable and knew the trade, but those days are long past. I dont know if they are just having trouble finding people for those positions wheres Home Depot just doesnt value giving reliable technical advice anymore. I also do not understand why Home Depot is having such trouble with their supply chain when other big-box stores are not.

Wellll this order was a bit of a disaster. Yet still 4 stars? Read on to see why. I had placed 2 orders of mostly garden center items for curbside pickup as Ive done a few million times over the summer/fall. My stuff was ready super fast but life happened and several days passed before I was able to pick up. When I got there, two guys (Joe and an older guy whose name Ive forgotten but hes super friendly and has a Border Collie mix puppy) wheeled out what looked like 7 tons of red pavers with some misc other bags on top. My back revolted immediately at the site of the pavers that werent mine so we dug into what was going on with the order. The newer order (3 skus - paver base & sand) was all there. Most of the older order was missing or wrong. The older guy & I went through line by line with him making notes and sending Joe to retrieve the missing items. After much head scratching and searching I thought they were all set and I was just waiting for them to gather. In the process I noticed ironically enough that the order Id just picked up from the blue big box store across the street was also wrong so I was on the phone with them when the rest of the order was loaded. I thanked the gentleman and went on my way only to discover when I got home that 4 bags of rock werent loaded. I was looking at 4 trips to 2 big box stores to get what I needed. I was pretty annoyed when I called but the woman who answered *immediately* apologized and made it clear that she would fix the problem and she did just that. The experience at the other big box store was exactly the opposite and thats the very long story about how Home Depot got 4 stars for goofing up two orders twice and took over an hour out of my day.

It was as expected. My wife ordered online and I picked up our items. Very efficient. I was able to get home and put down lawn care in less than 30 minutes. Just in time to beat the rain!

I had two days to pack and ship a large painting to another state. I ordered a picture box and packing materials for pickup, and they were ready quickly. The employee who assisted me when I came to pick the items up even remembered that theyd just pulled the items for me. I was in and out quickly with exactly what I had ordered. Great experience.

Dont even bother paying for the installation. The guy dropped it off from some fly by night company, never checked if it was working then left. Well he actually broke BOTH water valves which were working just fine prior to this installation. Called home depot 3 times which was no help, 3 days and$500 EXTRA $$$LATER I finally can use it. Never again for appliances, go to best buy like I shouldve in the first place!!!!
