Sad today to see employee not wearing a mask, then putting one on to cover mouth but not nose. Worse that customers were allowed in store with no masks. Sincestate and county mandate wearing masks now, whi is this business thumbing their nose at the current law? They dont care?

Ive been coming here since UPS Store first opened and have always found the people to be extremely friendly, courteous and hard working. They feel more like family than anything else. Try them for all your office and shipping needs and let them brighten your day!

I love going to this UPS store. Ive never had a bad customer service experience there and I go there fairly regularly. The staff knows my kids by name and if its not busy they play with them and let them print some copies for fun. The last time I went I needed to mail a few things and they literally did all the work for me - got me a box, printed out address labels, and packaged it all up. And they did it with a smile. Kathy is our favorite but every staff member has been really nice and very helpful.

This store’s employees offer amazing service and they do it with a smile. I’ve gotten help with printing oddball graphics projects, cookies at Christmas, shipping strangely shaped items and most recently, help with a job search. I love having these folks right down the road from my house. They truly make my life easier.

The employees make this store great! I have had nothing but great experiences...help cutting a box down to make it fit better, helping me find a box when I didnt have one, always helping me find the best option between getting a pkg to its destination quickly without wiping out my budget! I would go out of my way to visit this particular store, luckily I dont have to!

This review is for the store at 7111 151st Street in Overland Park, KS. I am choosing my words with care when I say that the packing services from this store were stunningly incompetent and grossly negligent. They shipped two sentimental, antique family items I inherited from my mother, a wooden hope chest and small 20x10x8 chest of drawers in cardboard boxes with just a couple of sheets of brown paper. The peanuts in the photo came out of the *inside* of the hope chest where they did no good. The small chest of drawers was packed in a cardboard box double its size, with two sheets of paper, so it tumbled over and over during transit with all of the small drawers that came out. 6 of 9 drawers were damaged. The lid was ripped off the hope chest. The reason I am writing this review is despite me filing all the photos and paperwork for claims in mid December, UPS has gone radio silent. The UPS 800 number people say I have to talk to the store, and Dan at the store hasnt gotten back to me. Dont use this store to pack anything valuable, and dont expect follow through if you have damaged items.

Embarrassed for them! I work in the service industry and if I acted like they did I would be fired! The older woman was GRUMPY and rude and you could tell she didn’t want to be there. We had ordered a picture for a funeral and I will never do so again.

Very bad customer service, disrespectful employees starting with the manager of the store. Asked for money for overnight delivery 75$ for a 0.5 lbs package and it was delivered in 2 days instead. Asked for a tefund and they started the passing potatoe game from UPS overhead down. What a nessed up business! Not in a million years I would do business with this kind of crucks!!!!
