I was so impressed with Meineke I couldn’t believe it!!! I was given an estimate of over 2000.00 at another service station. Kevin was amazing!! They fixed my exhaust for considerably less and took a coupon!! He was professional, honest, so knowledgeable and super friendly!! I will definitely be going back to this location for other car needs….I thought they only worked on mufflers but they are full service!!! Definitely check them out!!! You will be happy you did!!!

I will never deal with Meineke again. I went through hell with kevin on the phone and was lied to and i believe way over charged. Kevin told me i would need my front brakes done because there is only 15 percent left in them. But the front brakes were replaced 1 year ago. I already spent over 600 bucks on the back. Parts were about 250 bucks. I am adding pics of my front brakes and my bill for the backs. Imaging how many people are played like i was? Not again.

These were a great set of gentlemen. All were extremely kind and helpful- even when there was obviously a lot going on. This means a lot when a woman walks in unsure of all the dynamics of her car. I will definitely be back- they were half the price of the dealership and actually recommended a cleaning that they overlooked. I appreciated the google reviews in helping me decide upon this group of professionals.

I called to get a Car Inspection spoke with Zack; he was very professional. He told me the dates he had available for an appointment, I asked to get in sooner, he was kind enough to search for an earlier date. When I arrived I was waited on promptly by Kevin.My Inspection was completed with caution and care, I was thankful because I have experienced Inspections that I felt were inappropriate in the past, such as raising the motor for longer unnecessary periods of time.I was surprised that Zack was the person that was completing my Inspection because he mentioned that I would check in on that day with Kevin, therefore I presumed Zack was off. I share that because in these changing times work has been augmented where a person has tp perform multiple duties. I would like to say Zack is a professional in multitasking. It had been many years that I brought a vehicle here due to living away. I am very happy with the service I received and will use Meineke at this location if a need arises. Thanks much Zack.

I had an exhaust issue which was supposed to have costed me $500 or more they found a solution which cost me less than $20 had me out the door. Honest people at this location!

Great service. Very honest people. Great value. Highly recommend. I failed my emissions test at another auto place and Meineke helped fix the issue. I was planning on going back to the auto place where I got my emissions test (as they said it’d be a free second test). But Meineke took care of it free of charge and I passed my emissions test. It saved me another trip. Also, Zach is the man he was super helpful.

Will never go here again. My sons little baggie of money he was about to deposit into his bank account was stolen. I should have taken it out, but I did hide it well and who would go digging and steal less than $5 that clearly belongs to a child? Apparently someone at this place. Its not about the money - its the fact that they went through the few belongings we had in the car. I feel violated. This on top of careless work completed over the years, leaving off the oil cap, misdiagnosing problems, and more. Never again.

I have made an appointment and selected I will wait while car is being serviced. Went to Overland Meineke, on time, and was informed I have to drop off my car. Really disappointing.On enquiring, was informed to check with Meineke corporate!!!Also, the front office person informed that they dont have some mechanism (sniffer) to find out bad odor on Airconditioner, so it will take time to analyse the cause! Disappointing again...

I travel all across the country and work overnight for my job. This group of guys were so quick to take care of all my car issues and needs. Even offered additional services like replacing my windshield wiper blades at a really good price. And I needed them badly! So this saved me time. Best part....the cost for all the work done was a great value!! I truly appreciate their time. I am grateful I was able to walk in and due to their efforts I was back on the road in no time!! I made an appointment online, something that I had never done before. Soon after I arrived, the mechanic started working on my car and the oil change was finished in about 30 minutes. I did not ask for any other service, and thought that the work was done quickly. I feel confident about the quality of the work.

Had to go back my car is old it wasnt their work was bad but my undercarriage is rusted out but them guys are very nice they deserve a raise and a day off. in todays climate of anger and disrespect people dont even respect a veteran. but them guys laugh and talk with me and they give me a good price. We started using Meineke in Overland in June 2020 and the guys are super friendly and have always fixed what we needed and nothing we didnt.

Work was performed fast. Technicians were friendl and honest. Management, as usual, were fantastic!!

Conveniently made the appointment online. When I dropped it off, they confirmed the work I needed completed, and I asked them to check one one or two more things. The shop called when the car was ready, and I was able to pick it up the same day. Very smooth and easy process. Been going to this shop for 15 years, and will continue to do so.

I went once for an oil change, and yesterday for state inspection. Both times they were courteous and polite, speedy, affordable, and knowledgeable. Will definitely return. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the waiting area was cramped and dirty.

Went to fix issue with brakes as was vibrating and rotor was replaced and still see squeaking noise and when called saying May have to put the new break pads and that time was told breaks are good not need to change . May call the to fix the issue .. and they fixed one of the mount saying will fix the sound while ac running and nothing is changed still the same noise

December 22, 2020 update.My horn stopped working. They had the repair done quickly and efficiently. Have a brand new horn and I can honk at other cars.Very please with their service.Very helpful and courteous techs.

Kevin has always been honest and didnt charge for a simple fix when a different place gave us a different story. My window needed repair. Work was outstanding. Especially want to comment on Zachary R. at the front desk. Im 78 yrs old and he went out of his way to help me. Because Im handicapped I have problems walking and he was so kind to help me. Ive never been to this shop but will be my place to go from now on. I took my daughter’s 2004 Toyota Corolla at this Meineke location as I always do for all our cars and they performed a fuel induction service to clean the catalytic converter (it had never been cleaned) and they did an EXCELLENT job! I’m so happy it turned out well because I was not going to invest in a new converter on a car that has over 200,000 miles!!I like the service I’ve always received through the years at this location because I feel that they are honest mechanics and that’s exactly what will keep customers coming back! No one wants to take their car to a shop and have to worry if they will be raked over the coals and robbed blind with lies about what their car needs! No one has time or patience for that. Just provide excellent service, be honest and you will ALWAYS have a strong customer base!

Deffinately do NOT take your vehicle here. Very shady. Took my car for an overall check and when I went to pick it up the guy mentioned an issue I had never experienced before and wanted to tell me the price and everything to get it fixed even though I didnt know what he was referring to. The very next day my car started having the very issue he had mentioned even though I never experienced it before taking it to this shop.

I left my truck there the night before which was a little odf they couldnt get it in that day it was only a safety inspection well in the middle of the night I remembered the horn wasnt working so went down there and got it and fixed the horn had it back there af like 8 or 830 at the latest and he said it would be a couple hours then I called there at noon or so and they said it would be right after lunch well it wasnt done till after 3 and they failed me for my pitman arm and idle arm which meant since it was so late i. The day the re e was no way i was gonna be able to fix it and get reinspected it time to get to the license bureau needless to say it still is not plated
