Fixed up my moms car, and when I had an accident the day after, and had it in for an emergency drop off. They took care of it and had it ready the next morning. Super fast and friendly, they keep you updated with your car and pricing. They even fixed up the transmission for my car after having that sit in my driveway for a month. Its working now, like brand new. I cannot express how thankful I am, and great this place is!

Next time I will find a cheaper place to get an oil change. The price went from $54.95 for an oil change for synthetic blend for my vehicle, to $69.46. Thats $14.51, almost $15 added for taxes and extras. They do not tell you about other fees they charge when you call for a quote. I wish these kind of places will be up front about their prices, especially when it comes to us women. They figure most women dont know any better. I do understand that they have to charge for using their supplies, but what I dont understand is why should customers have to pay for disposal fees? They end up throwing stuff away anyway, so why charge?

Dobbs is definitely the place to go if you want trust and honesty regarding your vehicle! They will keep you informed every step of the way & wont perform any work without your say so. Theyll even find coupons & discounts to help with paying for whatever services rendered. They also will not tell you that you need things done that you dont & also if and how long you can hold off on getting more done than your pockets can handle at the time but do the most important things & still keep you safe until you can afford whatever else needs to be done. They take their time to ensure all work is done right but do value your time & wont take forever. Than you Ashley, Bobby & Andrew!! Thank you Dobbs, you guys Rock & will Always have my business.

Best Dobbs around! I take all my vehicles there! Been going there for years. I moved to the Branson area, but still go there. Was there the other day to get prices for new tires. They were very busy and had my grandson with me so I told him I would be back the next week and he said the price wouldnt change. You cant beat Dobbs on price or customer service!

Had to get my tire plugged and was nearing closing time and Bobby said they fixed it without charge. I was having a horrible day and this made it better. I have gone to this location many times and have always gotten amazing service.

I took my Ford F-150 in for flat tire repair, and tire rotation. I was met by your counter person, Ashley, a friendly professional, made me feel welcome there.. After logging in my information and giving my key to the truck for the work to be done, I went to lunchWhen I returned it was only a short wait in the waiting area. The mechanic came in and told me what he found while working on my truck. Tie rods need to be replaced on a right front. After a professional, friendly explanation of what was needed, I was given a quote on paper.I could not have asked for a better experience today, It obviously shows your staff is a true team! Keep up the good work, your shop runs like a fine oiled sewing machine!

I recently purchased a new set of tires from the Dobbs in Overland. My experience couldn’t have been better. I went in to get air in my back tire and was informed by Ashley Pace that and I had a crack in that tire which was why I was loosing air. I was able to get in that same week to get the tires replaced. I was in and out in less than half a day. I will continue to be a customer at this location, the customer service was amazing!

Made an appointment for 3 new tires mount,balance and alignment. Arrived on time and they put it up on the rack for about an hour and took it down & out of the bay. when i got ready to leave, was told they just aligned and need to finish putting on new tires. Then comes back and said cant align it due to inner ty rod.they did not finish till 6:35.. had they told me when I made the appointment that it would take time I could have arranged for a ride, and why tell me it was aligned when it wasnt. The Dobbs on Woodson is AMAZING! I took my Nissan Rogue in when I couldnt get the left rear tire to hold air. I didnt have an appointment and they were pretty busy, but they squeezed me in anyway. Turns out there was a screw in my tire, but Dobbs had it patched for me in no time at all. The manager, Bobby, gave me a call as soon as it was done and personally thanked me for my business. The shop is super clean and the staff are really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

All the dobbs need staff it a shame that you have to drop your car off overnight or early in morning before they can get to your car for a simple task.

Literally managed by the best there is, I used to frequent the dobbs on Olivette, and nothing against them at all, they are still great and do great work on your vehicle, but our favorite employee(and honestly the reason we started loving Dobbs so much) there was promoted(congrats again!) and moved to this location and we just had to move with them. As always they treated us amazing at the overland location and took great care of me and my car, will absolutely be back!

I used to go to CarX until I realized they were sucking us dry with our yearly tax return money maintenance. My best friends husband is a Dobbs GM, so we started bringing our cars to Dobbs after they got married. This location is closer to my home, and I love knowing I can get the same service here as I get at his location.

Safety Inspection 1999 Suburban, Dobbs said sway bar broken, then changed to sway bar bent. Neither is the case, the old bar is identical to the new on. I bought 3 new tires, they installed with white letters inside, although the old tires had letters out.

Within the last week, went to Dobbs Tire & Auto Center on Lackland & Woodson. They were closing shop. There was a nail in my tire, front passenger. Manger had staff check & fill tires until tire could be fixed. They were booked but scheduled a drop off for Wednesday.Decided to walk because might take 2 hours before car checked. Due to nice weather & the pandemic, walked several blocks on way to Schnucks for restroom break. Dobbs shopped for replacement tire that could be repaired today.Originally, the repair was about $29. Location of nail too close to rims to be safe. Because they would not be able to plug tire, when asked the fee, they said NO CHARGE!Manager checked & could order similar tire for about $220. During conversations staff driver spoke of how the company has a good tire warranty, stand behind tires & reputation for good customer service.The economic impact made it an unexpected expense. The staff/truck & driver was available to bring me back to CenterLooked into purchase agreement from company tires were bought.There was the answer! Tire still had warranty & was able to save about $170!Would recommend Dobbs Tire & Auto Center to others because they care about the customer, they are professional & work with their customers. After waiting 3 hours for a tow truck, I decided to get my own because my car had a flat tire. Took the car to Dobbs and received the treatment of a Queen!! We had the pleasure of utilizing the skills of Travis, a fantastic mechanic at the Dobbs location on Woodson road. Travis delivered everything and more with impeccable customer service. We spoke to him the day before and arrange to have our tire ready at a specific time and he utilized his expertise to make our experience at Dobbs tire second to none! In the future we will take all of our servicing needs back to this location and request Travis to do our work. Everything he said to us was incredibly helpful, skillful and professional. I needed holes drilled into the front of my car for the front license plate. I’ve just moved from a state that doesn’t use front plates. The local Kia dealer was going to charge $75 to do it. I called 2 other places that said they couldn’t get me in for more than a week. I called this Dobbs and they said bring it on in! I pulled up to the bay, they came right out, drilled the holes, put the plate on and didn’t charge me anything! I highly recommend this business

I had a very bad experience here w my car. I spent more than $700 for changing on my tires and after done I have to come back there more often to fix it. Today is my 4th time during 2 months after changing tires, I came in and told to him - store manager about my case and I need help. He told me wait for 1-1.5h. And I did it. But my car was still there after that time. I had to get my car without any fixing. Feel very bad right now.
