Transmission failed during my move across the country. Mike was understanding of my situation and forced me into the lineup to get me on the road again as quickly as possible. I originally took my car here to get my transmission done only because I though it was the same complete auto care I used before. I later found out they are not the same company/business. My experience with this business was very poor at the less. As I stated above I came to this bus for a transmission rebuild and for the reason only. Prior to bringing it to them my vehicle to them I had just replaced the engine, transmission( rushing not paying attention I grab the old torque converter) the rack, both hubs, brake pads(all the way around), both cv axles, & tire rod ends. I had it towed to them in the time of them having my vehicle the communication was poor . I was told my vehicle would be ready within two weeks and it kept getting pushed back. it end up being about a month. I finally got my vehicle before I pulled off I told Mike about the new lights that popped up on my dashboard he told me that the computer was still resetting it’s self . Lights never went . I drive the 500 required miles by the warranty as I’m doing that I notice my nothing on my steering wheel controls are working and that it tightened sometimes when I try an turn it . Now none of these things were an issue before I sent my vehicle to Mike . I returned the vehicle after the required mileage he notice the transmission leaking * side note ( how did you not know the transmission was leaking before you gave the car back) nothing was done that day. We set a day to bring it back to drop it off . I was told to check and fill the transmission as needed. I did so. When I took the vehicle back on the day we agreed on. Mike said he will be checking it out the next day. I didn’t hear from mike until I called him a week later and by then my vehicle was still unbothered. He said I’ll be pulling it in tomorrow. When he finally pulled it in he asked what I wanted to do about the rack I told him I would replace it myself he then went on to say it busted and sent me a picture of it so I end up him replace the rack (which I had to pick up and return to autozone to warranty it out) do a wheel alignment. The process for fixing my rack and the crack in the side cover of my transmission (which just popped up along with a lot of new codes took about three almost four weeks .. because he said he had to break it back down cool, do what u need to get my vehicle all the way right . He did all that and my car still came out with more problems than it had when it went it in to Mike’s hands. He just called me this morning today 2-11-21 and we had a debate over the work he did and he didn’t like my response or didn’t hear me because he was talking over me and then hung up on me. Scammer, distasteful, unprofessional, and dishonest I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There’s more to be said but I figure this is more than enough for me not to return to this place or anyone else for that matter. Just for the record I’m am most definitely a not a fake profile . I saw that mike commented on a bad review saying they weren’t a customer.

Mike and the crew are welcoming, honest, will work with you but dont bs them. You have to be honest with him about your car and your actions lol. He got me a new transmission, great warranty, and a forever customer from me. I now call him uncle Mike. I trust he will not string me along for any reason. I will not go anywhere else for my car. 😀

I generally hate going to car repair places because I feel like Im going to get scammed. I needed the clutch replaced on my car and Ive been really dreading it.They went out of their way to take care of me quickly and I felt like the price was great. They pointed out another issue that I was also putting off because I thought it was going to be too expensive.I actually feel happy after my experience here and I will definitely come back in the future for anything else I need in the future.

I spent 3000 plus on a transmission rebuild only to find out by the GM dealership that they did a crappie job and didnt replace the torque converter.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...GO TO FRENCHTOWN TRANSMISSION IF YOU WANT A QUALITY TRANSMISSION REBUILD

Exceptional people- Highly skilled, honest, fair, and kind. My van has over 200,000 miles on it, and I won’t pick up anywhere else to have it worked on. They only fix what is wrong, and never try to add to it. They do an exceptional job. I always drive it off the lot thinking that it feels like a brand new car again. They are the best, and I will not go anywhere else.

The free diagnostic and available financing are great, yet sometimes holistic evals from franchises fall short on ethics. I find it better to compare opinions and quotes an independent mechanics like Complete Transmission and Auto before making a deal.

I have always had great experience with this company and their work. They make sure it is done right. They have replaced/rebuilt both of my cars transmisson and done a.c. work on 1 of them as well as front end work and work on the heater hose.if my husband cant fix it we trust our car/van in the care of Mikes crew

Automatic transmissions are a complicated car component. If you want a non-dealer to service your car, these guys are it. Why would you want a non-dealer to service a complicated car component? Price. So what is more important: quality or price? Luckily with owner Mike and his guys at Complete you dont have to compromise. They rebuilt my 2004 Honda Accord automatic transmission for a decent price and worked on it with as much passion as me, a car guy would have. I felt fully entrusted that they would do a quality job, the way I would have done it. At Complete there is no saying if you want it done right, do it yourself. They will do it right.

Couldnt get my car to start after work one day. Called these guys and got my car towed over there that evening. Even though I inaccurately described what was going on with my car the guys were able to figure out what was going on and still get it fixed at a good price. Everyone was good about explaining to me about what was going on and what they wanted to do. I would recommend to friends!

These guys know what they are doing when it comes to transmission repairs. I had them rebuild the trans in my 2002 Camaro Z28 and they did a wonderful job. The car drives and shifts flawlessly and performance is much improved over the factory parts. Took my poor old Hyundai elantra to them. It was a late year 99. They rebuilt the transmission as well as doing the ball joints and motor mounts for less than other shops quoted for the transmission alone. They worked their butts off on it. Being a late in the year 99 with charges happening with the 2000 models it was a Frankenstein of the two years. Took a little longer than expected to get it back but that was not the shops fault. Transmission was still operating perfectly when I sold the car last year. About to bring them my pick up for a new clutch as the original 1990 one has gone out.

This guy is a crook!!He has an excuse for everything to cars he worked on extensive motor work..1st one ford 350 tells me my bill is $4200.00 for motor work he says come by pick up your car .i show up then he stats now you need anew engine we fixed all the wrong stuff.thought i could trusy him spent previously on same truck a few months prior on new tires brakes and shocks$2800.00Nexy cat ford ranger hadoil leaks stopped fixed motor problems 2months later engine blown..he wont honor his work..got ford back from him radio dont work .well he kida fixed it he says you just got to pish on it ..they had to take the front dash off..he tries to blame me.I dropped nearly 10g in this place and i got 2 trucks with blown engines..he jb welded a lower oil pressure pump..!! I call him he does nothing..i have sat in his office and observed a few unsettling things and new i would never do buisness with him again ..Man claims to be a Christian has his jesus fish on his sighn..to me all that is a sighn of a crook trying to hide behind jesus as if he can be someone to be trusted typical con man stuff.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

I took my 2001 f150 there knowing it needed a new transmission. They advertised a price of $1000. I had it towed there after confirming the price. 2 days later the price jumped to 1500 saying there was a kit they had to get that was $400. So I checked a couple of junkyards and found a transmission for $450 and a shop that would put it in for $350. I went in to see if I could get them to put in the transmission and they said no and became rude saying you need to get your truck off our lot or pay storage fees so I immediately called a wrecker to tow to the other shop. After hearing my phone call they then said what if we could find you a transmission and put it in for around the same price...... $800? I agreed since the truck was already there. Another 2 days went by and the truck was supposedly fixed. A month later I heard a big clunk and a hard jerk and the truck had trouble changing gears. I took the truck to another shop to diagnose the problem and they said that there was a leak in the main seal so severe that they wouldnt even put fluid in it because it was running out so fast. So I put 3 quarts of tranny fluid in myself and drove the truck to another shop and they said I had a bent drive shaft. So I found another drive shaft and went to put it on myself. When I pulled it off I discovered that the yoke on it had been sawed in half and was not fitting all the way into the tranny causing the leak. I bought the drive shaft for $25! This place couldnt just replace the yoke......instead took a hacksaw to it. I wonder if they even replaced the transmission. Never again......dont take your vehicle to them!

Ive been going to Mike and his certified team of auto mechanics for almost all my auto repair needs since he rebuilt the transmission on my 2004 Honda Odyssey over three years ago.When I purchased the van in Indiana, I was told the transmission had recently been rebuilt. I was even given a receipt from the mechanic who said they fixed it. Im sure you can guess my surprise to learn I was having transmission problems.After Complete diagnosed my transmission problem and informed me I needed a new transmission, Mike, the owner, then took the time and showed me how the previous shop had performed a shady fix by spray painting the transmission to make it look rebuilt.At the time my van had about 170,000 miles on it. We now have over 240,000 miles on our van and the transmission is still running great.Since then, Ive also purchased a set of 4 tires, replaced my timing belt and water pump, had my brakes replaced, purchased new shocks and struts, had a new radiator installed on my Ford Focus, and had other routine maintenance repairs on my vehicles.I will only take my vehicles to Complete Transmission & Auto because Mike takes time to explain whats wrong with my vehicle in language I can understand, and I know I can trust Mike and his team to perform the work my vehicles need.
