Its 5:15 on a Friday afternoon and a fried chicken special. However No one in the area waiting for chicken I ask how long on fried chicken?? It would be 30 minutes. And this is after I just drove from another Publix that told me over 45 minute wait for chicken and had no diet tea. At least this one had the diet tea but I had to take home cold chicken so I could eat tonight. Because thats what we are craving Publix chicken on a Friday night. I cant wait till the one in suncrest backup I miss my customer service and my smiles at that one. I dont feel its their pleasure to help me at all!!!

Nice wide variety of food and deli. Plus lots of bakery options and free fruit and cookies for kids is awesome! A bit pricy though; large markup, but not too bad.

Its sad to see Publix installing self check out lanes replacing more and more of the people that makes shopping there a pleasure like they say. If they want to save some money, they better pass the savings to shoppers because with their prices youd think they should be hiring more. I still like Publix, but its getting ridiculous.

Unfortunately this store has largely converted to self checkout. It used to be a quick, friendly place to shop with great service. This morning, a Tuesday, I shopped at 7 am and had a cart full. The only cashier was checking out a gentleman with a huge cart load, with paper bags, and no bag person. So I could wait 15 minutes, or deal with the self check out nightmare. The machine constantly screaming about unauthorized items in the bagging area. Or screaming when I took my full bags out of the bagging area to bag other stuff. Or screaming when I lugged my case of water up there and scanned it but had the nerve to put it back in my cart rather than put it in the bagging area. Piling up bags all over the floor because the cart is still full of stuff to be scanned but so is the bagging area. All while a bored teenage employee supervising the self check out watches me struggle. Good times. If I wanted this aggravating experience I could have shopped at Wal-Mart where I don’t have to pay the premium Publix prices. I hope the other Publix stores in my area do not follow suit.

I love the morning crew! I know a lot of them and they just love caring for others! But I dont care to go in the evening, the younger crew is there and there not as friendly and they love to talk to each other more than the customer. I notice it all the time when I self checkout. They need to be less focused on friends and more on the customers. But I do love Publix, Ive been going to this publix before they moved to this new location! Way back when.. love them

This was on my way home and very close to my home when I lived down there. Hands down the best grocery store. I’m from the Midwest, never had a better experience shopping. Staff offers to help you load your groceries if you bought a lot. Basically the Chick-fil-A of grocery stores. If you come here, visit the deli and get the Havana Bold pub sub. Fantastic.

Was out of town trying to find a birthday cake on short notice and they had everything I needed as always. It was clean and friendly.

This Publix is so chill. I drive a little further to go to this store because I like it better. Always clean and the staff check me out super fast every time.

Always clean, bright, Public liquor store next door, great specials. I would recommend checking out the two-for-one special deals that are always ongoing, located towards the bakery department.

The employees are well trained to be friendly and helpful. But once in a while as in today was at lotto counter and a young lady with no friendliness, no thank you for the purchase and wore a pained expression that she had to wait on me. Just takes one person to ruin a shopping experience. And went to the counter on the way in and again on the way out same experience. Other than that this has been my publix.

Happened to pop into this location as I was in need of a new SunPass for my SUV. The unfortunately were sold out of them, but we were able to grab a snack for the road while we were here anyways.The location was clean and well organized. They have some self-service checkouts and of course, regular checkouts if you prefer. I stopped at the guest service area to ask about the SunPasses and the associate was very helpful and did their best to find one for me.Overall: AGreat staff and clean location.

Everyone is always super friendly and welcoming here. Very clean and neat. I can honestly say this is probably my favorite Publix.

Very clean facility and well stocked and staffed.

Fantastic store staff. Always a good experience. They called someone to help me in the freezer dept. They were there right away, I told them what I needed and they went right to it. Took seconds for what would have taken me 15 or until I finally asked them. Plus they have western union services which I needed so I took care of two items off my list with one stop.

The Deli did a great job making our ultimate sub! They even have sweet potato chips. Very nice store with cordial cashiers!

My husband and I had to run in to pick up something from the deli before getting on the road. The person in charge, I think her name was Lisa, was outstanding. She was so friendly and smiling and very helpful and my husband I really appreciated the fact that suggestions were made for us that would be quick and easy to eat while on the road. This is a great stor. It was clean, there were no issues that we saw, and again the people inside really made it a nice experience for a quick trip.

Dont go to this publix, lots of employees walking around but no one working really. I felt myself growing old at the deli counter waiting for someone to help me. The chicken tenders are good but not worth the time waiting. Left my cart and walked out.

I came in to Publix this morning for a typical grocery shopping trip. I always choose publix for their BOGO deals, super fresh produce, & they make the best glazed donuts! Once I got back into my car, I realized my battery was dead. I didn’t have anyone I could call to come give me a boost, but the super kind manager came out and helped me boost my car battery so I could get home. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I love my Publix ❤️❤️❤️

I dont come to this Publix often BUT when I do Im never DISAPPOINTED! Staff is friendly and this Publix is clean. Also if you are still concerned about Covid, as I am, the staff and most sports are wearing mask.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Minus a star because they need some improvements in two areas - first, the bakery has messed up my cake orders twice. The first time they flat out just didnt make it because they didnt get the order even though I ordered 2 days in advance and they found the ticket when I came to pick it up. I understand people make mistakes but they didnt even apologize or offer to make me one or anything which is really the opposite the the Publix customer service they usually have. Second time, cake was old and stale - complete waste of money. I think Publix bakeries are AWESOME - just not the one at this store unfortunately. Second area is online food ordering - order is never, ever, ever ready. If they arent capable of doing online ordering correctly, it should just be disabled.

This location is clean and well-lit. Staff are easy to find when needed and are always happy to help you find a product or look it up. Wide selection of grocery products. There is a traffic light at the entrance making it easy to come and go given the high-traffic intersection nearby.

I spend $250+ on groceries with my black card every week at this specific Publix. Today as I went to return some products of my large purchase, $30 worth of returns as I was on a business conference call? I overheard the manager, a very big guy with a blue shirt on talking bad about me, ( he thought I couldn’t hear him) saying “ yeah that’s what customers do so that they can go and buy more groceries with that money.” I was on the phone so I couldn’t respond to his comment which he was saying to another co worker, but after I heard him say that I turned around and walked out of the store and did not make my weekly purchase. That is extremely unprofessional for a manager/supervisor to be saying (pretty loudly) to a co worker, ( a girl with black hair) at the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk! I am appalled and from now on I will go to a different Publix for my weekly $250+ grocery shopping trip! Sorry but you lost my business!

This Publix holds an incredibly high standard in customer service and experience. They may not have EVERYTHING all the time, but what grocery store does? They put in so much effort to insure everyone feels welcome. Bravo to everyone both management and non for holding such a high standard. Employees greet everyone even if just passing by. The shelves satisfy my OCD completely, just beautiful. The experience my wife and i receive is why I pass 2 Publix to shop at this one. Great Job Everyone!

Why do online ordering when you end up waiting in the deli line just to ask about your order only to find out it’s not even done yet. This is my break and spending most of it in a line stinks. I have dealt with certain public several times and I am not at all impressed by there deli. They should really work on this.
