We needed a queen bed frame to attach to our queen headboard in our guest room. My hairdresser told me about this store.When I visited the store, I was very skeptical because the price was so much less than bed frames I had seen online (which had TERRIBLE reviews). Bill actually removed a mattress and platform from one of their displays so I could examine the frame.At home, my husband put together the frame and said it was the best quality of any we had owned in the past. It assembled easily and attached easily to the headboard.We tried it out for a couple of nights. The frame was very sturdy and felt absolutely secure. The feet are wide enough not to punch a hole in the carpet. And NO squeaking!Thanks to Bill for his patience with my skepticism, and thank this company for providing an excellent product for a reasonable price!

We purchased a queen mattress for our spare room at Box Drop Mattress about 4 nears ago and we are still so satisfied with our purchase and very happy with that bed. We now need a bed for our master and we didnt hesitate to go back here. As many of you probably experience, I dont really go much shopping for mattresses often. Every 5-10 years or so, am I right? Yeah. Well, I have to say that I cant remember a more pleasant experience, not just buying a mattress, but in any type of purchase of anything, than the one I just went through. First of all, communication before going to the store with Mr. Brian was excellent. A prompt response and details even before heading to the store. At the store I met Mr. Bill Dorn, who I found out is Mr. Brians dad. What an amazing gentleman. Notice I didnt say salesman, or business man. He looks at you and sees a human being. A person. A new friend. Cause thats exactly what he is to me. A new friend! Not only did he hep me to find the right mattress for me AND my wife (he kept asking me, what do you think she would say about this one...), but I had the pleasure of spending some time getting to know him and vice versa. Its rare to find someone in a business like this with genuine heart and care for others. Anyways, on to the purchase. I was blown away by first of all, the quality of products and even more by the low prices compared to other stores. Needless to say, I got my king mattress, box springs and frame for lower than just the mattress at other big name stores. Go and see Bill and Brian. I promise you wont be disappointed. We were looking for a king adjustable bed with a memory foam mattress. The prices at the big box stores were much higher than we expected. My overall experience was absolutely amazing! I needed to get a new guest bed in a rush because I gave the old one to my 2 year and my husband surprised me with guests...whoops way to ruin that. I cant say enough good things about Brian and Bill. I worked in person with Bill on the order and via text with Brian for the delivery. I spent almost an hour just talking to Bill about random things. I also told him that I prefer working with more human businesses that dont have the extra baggage the bigger corporate-owned businesses have. He also gave me a fantastic deal on two mattresses and after one night in each I can attest that they are exactly what I wanted and excellent quality. I was just trying to find something reasonably price for my sons room in a full size mattress that would meet my budget. I found this company on Facebook Marketplace. I never would have guessed my experience would have been as easy, enjoyable and as stress free, as it was. The amount of personabibiluty was astounding! I have never been into any furniture store to shop where I was not immediately jumped on like a piece of meat.I was in the market for a new mattress for my elderly father, because his mattress was 36 years old 😳. Due to the current pandemic they schedule appointments so my father and I were the only ones in the store. When we entered the store only the owners were inside, the wife was casually hanging out on a couch and greeted us as her husband walked over to say hello. They simply introduced themselves and asked if we knew what we were looking for.After explaining that I was buying my dad a new mattress and how old his last one was, they immediately started giving helpful information and suggestions to my dad about what he may want (Since the owners were also an older couple). They stepped back and told my dad to try every bed on the floor and see what worked best for him. While he did that the owner asked me what price range I was looking at, since I was doing the purchasin. It was very much appreciated!Setting up the payments was super fast and easy, with ZERO HASSEL! Scheduling the delivery was also more than simple. My only comment would be that they do not haul the old mattress away, so I did have to do that.All-in-all though, my dad and I are richer in the heart for the experience. As I also am in the wallet due go their remarkably low prices LOL. My dad now sleeps straight through the night with no tossing, turning or waking and feels more energized each day because of it.

I contacted Brian to schedule an appointment and was able to meet him the very next day. He wasnt pushy and I quickly found a set that I like. After telling my parents, they decided to check out some mattress for themselves. I was able to schedule another appointment right away. They also put a hold on my delivery per my request. After my parents bought another mattress, I was able to get all my products delivered at the same time. Flexible and mindful of customers pockets. Will never go back to the big brands again. P.S. Im returning my mattress from Ashley.
