I visit 5 times a month to pick up various meds over last 3 years. Consistently the slowest walgreens ever. No matter the time.
You guys have a gem in the overnight gentlemen that works there.Hes very knowledgeable and personable. I feel like Ive known him forever lolI love seeing him because hes always helpful and attentive to my needs. He always provides great, service, advice and recommendations on everything Walgreens.I appreciate him
The pharmacy tech was nice but if I have to make an appointment surly the person giving the shot would have me scheduled. I have been here 39 minutes and still waiting. Several after me and 2 in front of me. What the heck?
Worst. Store. Ever. We needed to switch pharmacies due to their incompetence, resulting in switching epilepsy meds with blood thinners and migraine meds with diabetes pills. Youd have thought their photo department would be reliable at least since its much simpler, but they take a $50+ photo order and (after it clears the bank) somehow lose all records on their end that the order ever existed. Its been 1 week. How does an order disappear on their end when we see it clearly on ours? Shocker, it is actually at their store.
Manager is extremely rude. I understand how frustrating it can make you feel when you dont know how to use a particular technology. But being extremely rude to a customer because you are frustrated is unacceptable. Unfortunately, it also rubs off on employees that adopt the same bad attitude.
You guy wonder why you have 2 stars! Absolutely worst pharmacy and customer service Ive ever had in my life!! Do yourself a favor and go to the smaller pharmacies. These places dont care one bit about the patient or customer.
Walgreens as a whole is a great company. This particular Walgreens on 96th however has drastically gone down hill. Recently I changed to another Walgreens in town. They were horribly slow, terrible customer service, and would never answer the phone.
Waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes as the second person in line. The line never moved so everyone had to back up so they could leave. If a line doesnt move for 35 minutes you have a huge problem with your staff.
Was sold incorrect medication, was lied to, then hung up on.Went through the drive through last night and was sold a generic version of my prescription without being asked. I opened the bag to check after pulling away and noticed this, so I pulled into a parking spot and went in to get the correct medication. Was told they dont have to legally tell me when theyre giving me a generic version, that they cant legally take the medicine back since it left the building, that theyre out of the correct medication, and that no Walgreens in town had the correct medication.I left and called the Walgreens 2 miles away and found out they had it, so I called back and asked to speak to the pharmacist and was hung up on (by the same person who had been unhelpful in the store). Ended up driving back up there to speak to the pharmacist in person (conveniently, the person who had lied to me and hung up on me was on lunch) and demanding a refund and to have the other Walgreens fill my prescription with the correct medication. It took me over an hour to do a 5 minute errand last night. Do not go to this Walgreens.
Pharmacy was quick and kind. I was afraid to use this pharmacy after reading the reviews. But it was the only option at 9:30p. Michael F. and Randa S. Were wonderful. Lines moved quickly. Ill definitely be back.
If I could would give no stars. Called pharmacy 7 times and got hung up on. Finally somebody picked up and I was told my doctor didnt call anything in. Called dr. Office n was told 2 prescriptions were called in. Will definitely have to find a new pharmacy . I believe they r to lazy to check n r so rude.
Have issue every single time, my insurance been the same 15 years and every time I go they dont have on file some how. When you call they constantly put you on hold without talking to you. Hold for ever.
Staffing problem.
They always take care of my needs! Sometimes you have to wait, but it’s part of it. I used to work as a pharmacy tech so I know how that goes!
I waited for 35 minutes after getting a text saying my prescription was ready. Once I made it to the window, the gentleman told me that my insurance said that I needed to get my prescription by mail order For my blood pressure. I told him that I’d waited 35 minutes because of a text that they sent me saying my prescription was ready. He said I could buy one pill for $12.50 but that I would need to go to the back of the line of six people to get the one pill. I told him I didn’t want to move I had waited there for 35 minutes and he told me that I could move or that he would call the police. I will never use this wall greens again.
When asked to buy a certain item, that only comes in a certain quantity when asked, the representative said they couldnt do it. When a manager was called, again, the manager said we can only sell them per item. The representative had a valid answer by stating she isnt the company, yet when a manager was asked to be called to the front, the representative discredited her good will and asked which one, and she works for 10 managers, at which point she was being facetious. Such a thought that ALL Walgreens were the same, but now we stand corrected as to only feel like your company has other standards per state and city and only have hired people that only will do as much as needed to collect a pay check.
The Pharmacy is unprofessional and unreliable. The Staff are rude and not trust worthy. Dont expect communication about your prescription if you want to ensure that your prescription and insurance are taken care of you will have to do it yourself. If there is a problem you can be sure that you will find out when you show up to get your prescription. I offered a solution as to how they could better to communicate with customers and was told by the Assistant Manager Tim that he could put that suggestion in to corporate but he was 100% confident that they would not even look at it. So do you really want to do business with a company that doesnt want to improve on their customer service and communication with prescriptions. That says that they do not value you as a customer and that your health is not of their concern. Excuses get you no where and neither do apologies when the problem isnt fixed. Plenty of places to get prescriptions filled and with great customer service. #GoodbyeWalgreens
Just got out of hospital with broken foot. Need to go home, dropped off prescriptions, only to be told it will be 1.5 hours because the safe needs to unlock for the pain part of my prescriptions. This may seem a good way to deter robberies, but so not cool for customer service or customers in PAIN!!! Especially when the safe unlocks and im called and told they dont have the miligrams my prescription calls for. Un.....believable!!!!! The government is completely going to create chaos with this bullcrap.
Absolute worst pharmacy ever. The staff is either purposely attempting to screw the public over to gouge them for more money or they are ignorant to how the insurance companies and rebate programs work. We go to Owasso Drug now to support the local community...and they provide the best service ever.
Went here about 730pm on 7/15. I Just had to give the pharmacy staff praise and especially Michael the pharmacy tech some kudos. I was picking up pain meds for a family member. We were traveling through town and had spent 6 hours in the ER. They expedited things for me and had the script ready in 15 minutes. This after going first to CVS across the street where they were not courteous and the pharmacist was snooty and rude. This kid Michael was hustling! He was super polite and efficient. He deserves a raise! Thanks Walgreens.
WORST WALGREENS IN OWASSO!!!! Called in prescription 9am the previous day and showed up the next day at 6:45 PM and it’s just not ready. No having to get approval from the doctor just a simply refill on one prescription.... Sorry we just haven’t gotten it ready yet!!! It will now take 15 mins and you will now have to wait in line again.....
The drive through is the slowest. 35 minutes and I’m still stuck in line. Also, needed my daughters prescription changed. The ER nurse asked them to call and they did not. I had to call again and ask for them to call hours later.
They were unable to fill my prescription at 9 oclock. They told me to return at 1 because they have to go through their boxes to find the appropriate medication. I returned at one. The representative then explains that I must wait an additional hour because they had still not gone through their boxes. It is a good thing I live an hour away, only came to this one because my doctor is near by. Never using this Walgreens again.
Bad customer service you can do a line 3 times for a prescription. And they are so slow.I looked for over the counter products for my children multiple times, but was not able to find.Better try another pharmacy.
Always busy in turn that equals no communication among staff and mistakes. Not friendly and frankly some of them can be very rude. Its terrible customer service to feel rushed about your problem especially when it occurred due to your actions. Now just go on down the road to the new Walgreens which used to be Drug Warehouse which has the same staff and they are great.
If your customer is standing there in a frantic TRYING to push for her daughters flu medication.. PLEASE take her as priority!!!!!!!! Some people are crunching on time!!! Time is of the essence for some people! Quit taking your precious time trying to follow the damn rulebook and actually tend to your customers needs!!!! I am taking care of 2 very sick people in my life and with appointments back to back in ONE DAY along with my JOB... I think it is ridiculous to WAIT >15 minutes for my daughters damn prescription! Especially since there were only 3 in-store customers waiting. My gosh!!!!!! We are in store waiting for a reason ok. Be more AWARE please. You can go to school all you want but if you cant deliver quality customer service then you have no business being in this type of industry. Walgreens 96 already has a bad rap with their pharmacy wait times why cant something be done about it? I just wish the Pharmacist would quit hiding behind her counter and actually be more aware of customers situations. Thanks for prolonging my wait time and making us late for another appointment. We didnt even get to pick up our meds!!!!!!!!!! I am livid.
If I could give them no stars I would. Their lines are ridiculous, they never have what you need and then when you are ready to pick up they never have the right amount because you have to add the insurance over and over again. I hate when my doctor give me any prescriptions because they are such a mess. I’d rather drive to Tulsa then deal with this.
Nice people but never enough. Got to the front online they were out of med, so wanted my other meds so they said lets check another location. Took me to another window then to get meds had to wait in line again for 20min. So 45min of waiting for a medicine. What a joke. Need better communication.
As long as you have your ID or Credit card ready, it doesnt take long at all. For all you lollygaggers who sit there knowing they are going to ask for either your ID or Credit card, try to be more efficient with your time waiting. Oh, wait, you want my credit card, uh that has never happened before. Get your $%^# ready before you walk up or drive through.
I dont like they put sales items tied to the stupid card
Went to walgreens to get the TDap shot. Having my first kid and doctor recommended it and went there as she said they do it. Go to the back and talked to the right people about getting a TDap shot. Filled out some paper work, didnt think anything of it. Doctor comes and gets me and it takes it 5 minutes. Easy. Wife goes in to get it a week later and says she needs a TDap. Said that i got it as well here. They look up my records there and told her i got a FLU SHOT. You would think when you ask for something you get it and dont have to ask 100 times that youre getting the TDap.
Were dealing with uneducated people at Walgreens. I called their CS, theyre super uneducated. How this type of ignorant even exists in the healthcare business? This store doesnt exists in the BBB, now I am even more suspicious.
Worst pharmacy ever! I had a prescription to pick up and they never mentioned they were filling it with the generic version and I didn’t notice until I got home. Now they are telling me they won’t take it back even though it’s still in its original packaging and I’m having to pay for my prescription out of pocket bc they sent the generic through my insurance! Terrible customer service! This will be the last time I use Walgreens!
Worst pharmacy ever. Never have enough help. Takes way to long! This post was a long time ago. They seem to have gotten a little better. Not enough to move up a star, but not awful.
Where it will be ready in 20 minutes means wait for over an hour. I will not be using them again.
Big Pharma is a powerful corporation. With the FDA backing them. Its the work of the devil. Its potion, poison, witchcraft, sorcery, apothecary, .pharmeca.
Staff is always so nice and helpful.
They did not have individual bags of plain Cheez-Its.
They are always professional and courteous.
Worst Walgreens ever. The staff is rude. Called the store and spoke to the manager and she was rude too and did not care how i was treated. Take your business elsewhere.
Takes WAY WAY WAY to long... never waited this long at CVS to get a prescription... will not be going back.
Long waits in line every time
12+ minutes of waiting to talk to anyone at pharmacy during off hours. Worst pharmacy response time and service. Do yourself a service and go literally anywhere else.
Excellent service
Slowest Walgreens ever
