Thank you for helping me find the perfect foundation! I went in looking for a new bottle of a fave cleanser (Philosophy’s Purity cleanser) and found out they were out of stock, so I stuck around to look for a new foundation or tinted moisturizer. I was clearly overwhelmed with the choices, but two of Ulta’s team members stepped up and gave me some great options and suggestions. I left with the best color match I’ve found to date, AND a bottle of the cleanser that one of my angels today was able to find. Thank you!!!

So my husband and I went into Ulta by our house to get me some setting spray and a few other things. I needed one of the make-up artists help on what I should get to contour (I’m just now learning to contour) I got help from seriously THE BEST! Her name is Bridgett Stewart. I’ve never had a make-up artist actually help me so much. She didn’t just try to sell me anything and everything, she actually cared about showing me what products I actually need, that will actually work for my skin tone and teaching me what I needed as far as products to help me learn to contour, but not just that, I was using the wrong color foundation (I was using a powder because nobody in the past could help me with finding a light weight liquid foundation that actually looks good!) Bridgett took her time, actually CARED about what I needed and took her time to teach me how to do my make-up! I’ve never had that experience before. I did end up getting a lot of products, but I was so excited for my new products and brushes! Because I trusted her and everything she said I needed. By the end she had done my full face, and I like a more natural look, and I looked beautiful!!!!!!!!!!! And now at home, with all my new products and brushes, I’m practicing and learning how to do my makeup like Bridgett did for me! The past few times I’ve been to Ulta I’ve left with extremely pricey foundations, that are sitting on my vanity because they don’t work for my skin tone. (the stuff I got at Ulta from Bridgett, I use all of them!!!!) I just want to say how appreciative I am for Bridgett and the time she took to answer ALL my questions and being so patient since I am such a rookie at doing my make-up! She also does weddings, proms, special events, ect. I have a photo shoot coming up and I’ll be calling Bridgett to do my makeup for it!

Make up is life!

So i have left good reviews for this ulta location before as they are normally very helpful and on point. However today they were as unhelpful as possible. I went to get more of my redken clear moisture shampoo and conditioner. I normally buy the giant size and so havent purchased this in a while. I went in the store to the area where it normally is and didnt see it. I couldnt find anyone anywhere for help, so i walked up to the checkout counter and told the cashier i needed some help finding some shampoo. She called over her walkie for someone. I returned to the area where the hair prodcuts are and waited. And waited. And finally gave up and left.I checked their website and i am thinkg the clear moisture is just no longer available as the website only shows the conditioner available in the small size inly. Even more reason it would have been nice to get some quality customer service to find a good alternative.

I LOVE this ulta, great customer service and lillian is an amazing worker. she knows exactly what i want and she was so nice ! defiantly will be coming back and i recommend this location to everyone !

Smelled great inside.

My second time to get my hair done in the salon. Had picture of cut and color that I wanted and clear understanding that the stylist could do high and low light with an inverted bob cut. After 6 hours I left with all of my hair chopped into a spotted pixie!!My hair was actually melted during the foiling process and was not shown or told until I became upset with the length of time it was taking to cut and style my hair!!All they can do about this is to have them fix it 3 days later!! No thank you!!

I just left there after spending some time “trying” to browse and just look for anything new or appealing to me on top of the $80+ I had in my hand ready to buy, but these people won’t leave you alone!!! When I say I’m good, don’t need help, and you repeatedly badger me and ask me what I’m looking for, it tends to get on my nerves and I just left after putting the products I was going to purchase back where they belonged. I’ll spend my hard-earned money elsewhere!!

Clean store, have items you need in stock, great employees, very helpful

One day you go in and employees are nice, helpful and not trying to push products on you that you dont want. The next time you go in you may not be able to get ANY help even if you ask for it. To top it off now someone is camped out right inside the door to overreact EVERY time someone walks in without a mask. The sign on the door is enough, I am not against masks however you dont know every persons reason for not wearing one so you either need to allow customers to choose whether they wear a mask/not wear a mask or just close your stores again. If your employees are going to overreact and make me feel unwelcome over a mask I will go somewhere where my money is wanted. PS, the employee who overreacted to no mask couldnt even help another customer find dry shampoo. If you work at ULTA you should at least know the general area to find products. Side note, I dont want some canned apology to smooth things over or a reference number so I can talk to a representative who will assure me that something will be done.

My first visit was a couple of weeks ago. I came in after I got off work that day, so I was dressed nicely with my hair and makeup done. I received excellent customer service, which I appreciated since it was my first visit.My second visit was yesterday. I came in because I needed new hairspray and was hoping they would have recommendations. I expected the same experience I had the first time, which is why I came to this location. I came in while my dog was at the groomer. Her appointment had been booked last minute and all I had time to do before I left the house was shower and pop in my contacts. I came in with wet hair tucked under a ball cap, no makeup, and casual clothes. I was ignored my entire visit.Three employees stood at the end of the very aisle I was on, sampling various products and gossiping amongst themselves. They ignored me the entire time I was there. I wandered that one aisle aimlessly for ten minutes, clearly having no idea what I was looking for or what I needed, clearly needing help, and they didnt even offer.I genuinely believe I was ignored because I didnt look as cute and put together as I did my first visit, which is disappointing. Im not saying that Ill never be back, I just know to be prepared to help myself if I come in without bringing my A game!

I love this store. Ive always liked Ulta but the ones in Tulsa werent great. Always out of stock and not always convenient to drive to when I only needed a couple things. The Owasso store is well run and the staff are very helpful. Its my one-stop shop for whatever products I need. Hair, bath, makeup, fragrance...

This store by far beats the other makeup store in town. They have a huge variety, good prices (variety of prices), the rewards program is amazing, and the staff is always extremely friendly and willing to help. My only suggestion would be making sure each area always has someone in it because I’ve stood in the makeup and the salon (aisles) area for 5-10 minutes waiting for an employee to come around or even close to me on more than one occasion.

Don’t schedule their salon services! Had an appointment scheduled for 6pm, I was on time but there was only one person working in the salon and she was helping another lady. I didn’t mind waiting a little bit and the woman working apologized but then it got to 45 mins later and nothing. I walked out! Why bother scheduling an appointment, I thought I would try them out but nope! I do not recommend.

I buy all my cosmetics at Ulta, not cheap. Today I was prepared to make a large purchase to update my cosmetic box. Walked in, the new Owasso location. Just inside the door were 3 employees discussing politics who said nothing to me. I walked around, walking by them several times but couldnt find BareMinerals brand. They did comment rather loudly how conservatives arent very intelligent, and made it clear they dont like Trump. Whether you agree or not is beside the point it wasnt an important enough conversation to have in lieu of customer service and not a conversation to have in front of customers who could be offended. I left but only after the very sweet girl at the checkout asked my empty handed self if I was ready to check out.

Had a horrible experience in your Owasso Oklahoma store today. Asked an associate for a product. Then her and another associate spoke amongst each other about the status of the product. Didnt tell me a thing. They dont care how their customers feel. The associate then told me there was only one in the store and that it was unaccounted for. The associate then said it was probably stolen! Shame on you. Very poor management. Obviously you are not concerned with keeping customers and making money via customer service and empty shelves.

Everyone I know has been so happy this store is now in Owasso! The store is brand new, clean, and so beautiful to be inside of, the best part is how happy and nice the workers are. As soon as I went in I had no idea what I was looking for and beautiful Jessica popped up and immediately offered to show me right away and even practice putting on my make up, she was a great person to talk to and I bought my new foundation and concealer from her and I have no regrets. Then while I was being worked on amazing Christina came up and was also a huge help, she does perfect work on eyebrows and I cant wait to be seen by her.

Unlike the other reviews, Ive never had a problem at this ulta! Its always a nice place for me to shop, and Im usually asked about two times if I need help. Unlike other places where they literally FOLLOW YOU (cough, cough Sephora, Tulsa Hills) anyways, people here are very nice, and have a variety of products, pretty big, decent sized store, And open amazing hours. Love the locations, and how there is high end, and drugstore products here! Love this Ulta! This is my go-to makeup store! Bye bye Sephora!

Have not had a good experience with this place lately. I have made three hair appointments with this Salon, and all have been canceled. The first time, they did not even call me, but just said that the stylist was off that day, after I showed up. I was given an insincere appology, and the option to reschedule, and they were not concered at all about this. The last person to call me, and tell me to reschedule, seemed like she was actually trying to be rude.I have had no problems at all with this place in the past, and everyone seemed nice, up until now.

Here’s an industry standard tip for y’all: when cancelling an in store pickup for a customer place a courtesy call first.

I used to love this Ulta when they opened, but now I always feel unwelcome and no one helps me anymore. Decided to go to Sephora instead yesterday and I was helped the minute I walked in. Spent $70 there. Couldve been you Ulta.

Ive been there with my daughter and Granddaughter. If you cant find what your looking for they either dont make it or you should go to New York or Paris !

Marley was rude and acted annoyed when we had questions. She was very unwilling to help us find what we needed. We asked her a question about product location twice and her answer was “I don’t know”. We felt so unwanted and like a burden so we just put our stuff down and left. I’ll never return to that store as long as she is there.
