I have used FedEx Kinkos for years and I am finally writing a review. They just have great service and provide the services I need. I typically will give them a project and come back the next day and its completed. Great management through the years.

One of the best FedEx Print and Go offices I have used. I can expect excellent service from the Owasso store. Zach normally assists me. They are very patient with my questions and helpful with my concerns.

I love going to this store for all my shipping and printing needs! They are always so helpful! They are also very patient and willing to provide the best service.I went to them when i needed to ship some parts back to a manufacturer. Well i had forgotton a step so my return could be verified. I had already left the store when i realized. The step i had forgotton was to cut out part of the email that shows who ordered the part and what the part was. So i called the store asking if they could cut it out and put in the packages for me. They said yes!I cant thank them enough for their patience and willingness to help me! Especially Sidney! She is the best and helped me through it all!

What are awesome little FedEx! I came in here to print out a label, buy tape for my box I sold thru an app. I thought I was gonna have to purchase tape and pay to print, but they took care of everything, didnt cost me a penny. Thank you guys! I will be back!

*** I have a FED EX Account number*** so with that being said only for this purpose its easy for me to drop my packages off and ship them with little to no trouble... I know depending on who youre dealing with depends on the amount of time it takes...Mostly friendlyIf youre from out of town staying in Owasso a good central location to ship or receive business materials or send love ones gifts back home...***BONUS*** lots of reasonably priced restaurants in this location...

During the past 2 months it has been necessary for me to use this facility repeatedly. The personnel are all exceptional! They are professional, courteous, helpful, intelligent and friendly. The office is always clean and neat and the machines are in good working order. I would recommend this office and these employees to anyone who requires knowledge and assistance.

Terrible experience. Charged me $4 for stuffing paper no bigger than a small travel size packet of Kleenex. I complained and they said I could pack it with my own paper. That is NOT Customer Service! FedEx has figured out how to nickel and dime their customers for anything & everything. No matter what I bring in, they have a rule that requires me spending more to be in compliance with their shipping policies. Especially packing paper. Good grief.

Terrible Customer Service. I tried to ship a package and it took them three tries to get their system to work. They kept saying the system was shutting down everytime they would swipe my credit card. Found out later that my card had been charged three times. Each time was a different amount! When I called to have the extra charges removed they said there was nothing they could do and tried to make it sound like it was my fault. Unbelievable. They wouldnt even transfer me to customer service - they just hung up. When i called the corporate customer service line they bounced me from person to person. Each time saying thats not my department. I will never use them again.

Poor customer service. Poor execution of product. Overall had to discard final product and have reprinted at privately owned print shop. What a total waste of time, energy and a considerable amount of money. I would stay away from this location and FedEx as a whole as their resolution of problems ultimately ends with we take no responsibility for the mistakes made on this transaction. Terrible!

ExcellingThis FedEx location is about one year established, so I cant expect a set up like Delaware & 11th. I am finding that this location is quickly catching up to the well established franchises. I had once needed to send out form letters from pdf . They were able to help me print from flash to cardstock and I was able to create a list of names from a new business terminal. In the end, I went in with nothing and left with 15 form letters cut, stapled, and packaged to rush out the next morning before a party. This place now has everything the other locations provide me. Ill be using them more often.

Not necessarily for this office but fedex in general. I ordered the party supplies for my daughters 7th birthday party with a guarantee to be here the day of the party. Well it went out for delivery and the stupid driver went to a business that was closed to deliver it and then i was told the local office was closed so there was nothing that could be done and id get my package i paid express 2 day delivery for 6 days after i ordered it. Needless to say my daughters party was ruined and i was scrambling last minute to find plates cups and cake decorations that didnt match her party at all...all because the driver couldnt read a freaking address and realize an apt # means its a residence and not a business. I was given the run around from customer service from 9am (when they were open andit could have been resolved) until 4pm...i did get ahold of someone who said they talked to the driver and he was on his way back to deliver it and he would be calling me and i never got that call or my package. So thank you fedex for ruining my daughters birthday party. She was quite devastated all becauseyou driver doesnt know how to do his freaking job. Sadly this is not the first time fedex has screwed up my delivery...in fact the last 5 times ive had to waste my time and days trying to track my stuff down. Will never ever be using them ever again.

The staff are always very helpful, and I find the service to be vastly superior in quality and efficiency to other alternatives in town. I use them all the time!
