I made an appointment to get an oil change and a repair per a recall. The service guy said it would take an hour (which includes a courtesy car wash). Two hours later, I received a video text which showed that my car was being serviced. That was nice, but it was TWO hours after being there. The one hour service at the dealership was really THREE hours. No apology for the delay—business as usual. My car and floor mats were still wet from the ‘car wash’ when it was presented to me. No one used protective covering while inside my vehicle. No one wore masks (I guess masks aren’t mandatory). No snacks available! Not even a snack machine existed. A few bottles of water and diet soda 🤢 were in the refrigerator, tea/coffee packets were on the counter. At least the wifi worked and a television existed in each waiting area.I received MUCH better customer service when I owned a Lexus. I expected much better service and attention to detail from Audi. I’m disappointed. Maybe the customer service is poor only at the Owings Mills location.I will share my concern with corporate, as well.

Had a really positive experience getting my car fixed at Audi Owings Mills. Came with an emergency that needed immediate attention. Was received right away, treated so nicely by all the staff on site. Jess was kind and curteous, explained everything with patience and had my car taken care of in less than an hour. The waiting area was spacious, comfortable and clean. And the car was fully fixed and returned in excellent shape.I have been to multiple car dealers/services and this is by far the best one Ive had so far!

Most times, managers/supervisors are the worst of the company to talk to because of their power trip, but not this one! I was there for service on 9/28/21. Everything went well. The work was done on timely manner and no issues. I didn’t walk away happy because I was told the car wash is not working/broken then a car parked behind my car freshly washed. I was told the car will be vacuum and nothing was touched 😕

This review is for service only. The facility was nice, the staff were friendly, and the pricing was fair (for a German dealership 😜). The service advisor kept me updated via text, and my car was finished pretty quickly. Definitely a good experience, and Ill be returning in the future.

The waiting area is comfortable and the staff hospitable.Jess W is a great service advisor and has shown me some controls and functions on my car that I did not know.I also like getting the video inspection with the tech explaining what he is seeing.

Tom Dinatale is first rate when it comes to dealing with customers. He is very responsive to questions and returned my calls in a timely manner. The dealership provided me with a brand new loaner that almost made me want to tell them to keep my old car (really sneaky sales gimmick, but it almost worked). People at Audi of Owings Mills are friendly and courteous and the waiting area is very comfortable with lots of amenities for their customers. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I contacted Owings Mills Audi early morning on Saturday for an oil change, I tried multiple times to get through and each time service department line never picked up. Next time I called nice lady who answered the phone said leave a message and they will get back to you within an hour. 1.5 later I called back since no one returned my call. Same lady who answered the phone finally put me through and I spoke to Jeff. I told Jeff I could be there within an hour can he still do the oil change or if could drop the car off. His attitude and tone was less than pleasant. Okay, he was just pure rude for no reason! I usually get my car serviced at Rockville and they are super nice so this was shocking to me. I was so disappointed with the way he talked to me I called back and told the lady answered the phone what happened, she apologized and said their manager will be in touch with me… never got a phone call. I would not recommend Owing Mills Audi service to anyone. Very very disappointing!

Jess took care of me from start to finish when my E-Tron had an issue with the all-wheel drive module. He kept me updated at least once a week throughout the entire repair process. We had an issue with the replacement parts being stuck at customs but he still kept me update to date very week. Thanks everyone at Audi of Owings Mills that played a part in getting my E-Tron back up and running.

He was able to get replacements parts within hours and gave me a loaner so I would not have to wait for the repair when another dealer told me I would have to wait two weeks. I am very grateful.

If youre looking for a nice Audi, ask for Nancy H. I called on a Friday and set up a test drive right away. Drove home in a new car a few hours later. Nancy was very nice, low pressure, and got me lots of details about the car. Audi Sport Libra Package was a plus. The finance guy was helpful working with my credit union making the process quick and easy.

I own a 2006 Audi A8L W12 sedan. My Transporter car had multiple electrical issues with the MMI system. The service writer Tom recieved my car, promptly photographed it for any damage and took it to the shop. Once there it awaited for the technician who as a senior tech was familiar with the car. He quickly repaired my car over several days. He did some old school repair tricks and got my car up and running without replacing expensive computer parts. I highly recommend this dealership.

I negotiated my price over the phone emphasized my desire to arrive the next morning and depart in less than one hour. I was able to get my car in on a Saturday the same day that I called about my brakes. I had front and back brakes taken care of in about 2 1/2 hrs as promised by Jess. After my car was finished, I remembered that I needed Windshield Wiper Fluid, Jess told me that it was already taken care of along with my clock changed to the correct time. Jess remembered that I have trouble with that. Its the little things that mean so much.

I had been in the market looking for the right vehicle, but had been putting it off until I was able to close on my house. So, for a long time, I rented from Enterprise. If any one has had to rent a car for months knows that that bill can be converted into a reasonable car payment. Initially, I walked into the dealership unannounced because I was in the neighborhood.However, I had made previous contact with Nancy Hughes, the shops top sales agent. Before meeting her though, I met Mr. Du Bois, who greeted very warmly and offered me a beverage and to help me officially meet Mrs. Hughes.We talked about leasing or financing a 2021 Q5 Premium SUV. I processed an application, submitted all the necessary documents and the real work began.The heavy lifting is done by Mr. Robert Williams, the assistant general manager. The number 2 guy. He went to back for me to get me proper financing on a 2019 Premium Plus! I am very happy with the no-hassle, smooth operators at this dealership. I look forward to continuing to build my relationship with this Audi dealership!

I recently purchased a brand new, fully loaded 2021 Q5. Within 1,000 miles the car needed 2 qts of oil. I took it for service. Within another 1,000 miles, another 2 qts of oil. By 4,000 miles the car had been in for service 4 times with no resolution about the oil and engine problems. This was considered “normal”. What?!?! After many lies and much frustration I sold this car for a huge loss for a wonderful BMW X5. Do NOT trust this dealership. You are NOT “Priority One”.

Called for an unscheduled brake job, as I happened to be in the area and had spare time. As I waited for a return call I happpened to drive by the shop and stopped in. They were already looking to see if they had the parts to do the job. The attendant explained they may not be able to perform the work til early next week, but I could leave my car and take the loaner. I took the offer as I had a board meeting and a few errands to run. I called into the parts department and spoke to a parts salesman by the name of Brian, I asked him if he could give me 2 part numbers for my turbos if I gave him a VIN, he said no.....we don’t give out part numbers......I called another Audi dealership not far away and I gave them the VIN, we verified I had purchased the correct aftermarket turbos and I made my service repair appointment. In my opinion no matter what, if we purchase these cars from the Audi Dealership, we should have the right to request and know the OEM part numbers on our vehicles. I’m big on customer service and I probably won’t return to this dealership. I know it’s a small deal to many but to me customer service is everything.

Although I didnt ultimately end up purchasing an Audi from Audi Owing Mills, my experience w/ Kevin DeFord was professional, accommodating & stress free. Honestly one of the best experiences Ive ever had at any dealership in the Balt- Washington area.....so much so that I took my Audi to be serviced there (even though there’s a different one much closer to my home). The service dept was equally as professional as their sales dept. Thomas Dinatale was efficient, thorough and notified me that I still had a previously purchased servicing package was still valid from the previous owner. Definitely recommend Audi Owings Mills above all others. You will not be disappointed.

I negotiated a deal with my salesperson on an Audi q7 and got to the finance director where the terms were totally different. The finance director and manager couldn’t figure out or explain my lease figures. Love the car but definitely felt dirty leaving the dealership. Very misleading and in my opinion shady experience.3 weeks later - no response from Audi -DO NOT USE AUDI OWINGS MILLS. The balance of my lease when I called Audi financial services doesnt even match the contract. If you do use them - read your contract carefully. Still no response from the dealership at all. Such a sweet response they will be happy to talk to me anytime to clarify....absolute lies. I went to audi corporate 10 days ago and no response. Filed a complete with state attorney general and the CFPB, next step is a lawyer. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.....VERY SHADY!

Took my car in for an oil change. Get my car back and it’s noticeably low on fuel, my drivers seat was all sorts of messed up, and my drive settings were pulled up on my car. So whatever tech worked on my car saw my carbon fiber intake and decided to go for a joy ride. NOT okay. I called today to speak to a service MANAGER. And a service WRITER (Jess) answered and told me the tech doesn’t have a “trigger finger” for fancy cars and would never do that. Said they logged a mile and a half on my car which is normal for service. Which 1 makes no sense given the service bay is less than 100 yards from where I put my car. And I was down so much fuel, with a trip logged at 18mpg. Also said the drive select comes up automatically when they do service which is NOT true. I expect this behavior from a jiffy lube type place not a freaking Audi dealer. Will never take my car here ever again.

I would rate this location ZERO stars if I could.Tom Dinatale in service was the primary person who helped me, or was supposed to anyway.The day I dropped my car off he called and let me know he had a dentist appointment so they would need to keep my car overnight. That was fine. Even though it didn’t concern me or my vehicle.The next day, I get a phone call from him saying they didn’t find the issue that I dropped the car off for but they found a few other things that could be done but not necessarily right away. But he did recommend doing them in the near future.One of those things was new rear tires, which I had just gotten a new rear tire two weeks prior due to a flat. So that was a lie. He also recommended an air filter, that also had just been replaced when I got an oil changed less than a month ago. So that was a fabrication as well.So I come pick up the car and the “SERVICE DUE!” Was on my dash.That was not on when I dropped the car off.I walked inside and asked him if that could be turned off since no immediate service was due and he said no because I didn’t have it serviced there.They charged me $155 FOR A CAR WASH basically because that was all I got.So when I asked to speak with the mechanic who inspected the vehicle, Tom said that was not possible.Made no sense.During my visit did have the pleasure (actually exact opposite) of speaking to the service manager, who also informed me of their very unfair and just plain poor policy that they would not turn the light off even though it wasn’t on when I dropped the car off.This location was extremely unprofessional and rude.

My wife and I had a great car buying experience. The sales team and finance office were very helpful and patient. Our salesperson Mr. Kelly worked with us to get a great deal, provided great customer service, and was very responsive.
