Great size store with everything you need! From mats to electronic cleaner— anything! The staff is great as well. Very friendly, and even helped me carry my items to my car.

Stopped in today and was help by Joe! He was professional and knowledgeable and friendly as were the whole staff! Took care of everything I needed and carried my parts to the car. This location has my business for now on!

The people working here are absolutely fantastic and they went above and beyond to help make sure I was all squared away.They were all very proficient when it comes to all things auto and provided exceptional recommendations to ensure I got what I needed with the best value.I was so impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and personality of everyone here that I made sure to inform the managers.

I always go there and buy my motor oil and things that my family needs. So I was trying to see how much a cabin airfilter for my car would be. The girl that waited on me was rude. She wouldnt even give me a price as I didnt know if my car was a 4 or 6 cylinder. I will not come back to this store and pick the one further down the road. It was 12.37pm today and the store was not busy. Guess she didnt want to be bothered and get back on her phone.

The associate who helped me was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly this is where I will now exclusively shop for auto supplies. I wish I remembered the gentlemans name who helped me remove the decal from my car. He was amazing.

New store so it was stocked well, but rather unclean for being so new. Staff was available to help and ready when time to check out.

The young men helping me were very knowledgeable and friendly. They also helped me load the car and offered to put in my battery.

Just left here and the 2 employees at this store didnt want to be bothered. Autozones have been dependable in the past but theres always that one bad egg and this is it. They didnt come out to access my windsheild wipers or radio, just kept saying they didnt know or those in charge werent around. Seriously why is the store open ?

Joseph F, is an awesome employee and very helpful. He doesnt mind going the extra mile to help. I needed a battery installed and he was more than willing to put it in.

I needed a battery for my Hyundai Genesis and this Autozone had it in stock. When I got to the store, they already had the (very large and heavy) battery ready at the counter.I asked if they could install it since I really dont keep tools anymore and two very nice young men, Xavier and Joseph were more than happy to do so.The install was not easy (the battery is in the trunk) but Xavier and Joseph worked at it for about 30 minutes and were able to get it done with no issues.I definitely will continue to shop here.

Bought a battery for my motorcycle from them and the warranty was only 90 days!!!The battery is bad after 120 days and they would not help me out. Never mentioned short warranty. Bad business never buy from these clowns again

I am so thankful for this store being so close to my home. Their were two women who helped me and gave quality customer service. Very professional which is a big plus for me.

New store Toni prejudice kept watchin and waiting for someone to steal the albino OS somewhat cool l. Kept talking football and her girlfriend breaking up with Jr instead of helping me. Toni burned holes in my back by watching me discriminatory. I decided to go back to randallstown.

I worked with manager TOI and her assistant CHAY. They helped me in a way that was unbelievable! I had visited the dealership prior to learning about your shop. leaving the actual dealership, spending over $250 for something that wasn’t the issue for my car! Then arriving at your location. discussing things with toi. I was able to understand what was going on with my car and properly get it fixed! Thankful for her service and the care she and her team extended me! I would recommend this company, at this specific location! Ask for toi, chay or really anyone! They all will definitely take care of you!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE US.... STANDING ON LINE FOR 5 MINUTES THREE PEOPLE ON CASH REGISTER ONLY ONE WORKING TWO DOING NOTHING, LOOKING AT THEIR PHONES AND COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL. One star just because I cannot review without it. They dont deserve one even.
