My Wife and I have shopping at this location for years. The store is always well stocked. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. A special two thumbs up to a young clerk named Lawrence. On our most recent visit, he helped us through questions, providing ideas, and gave excellent customer service.

Great place to find anything you need for your home, dorm, or apartment. Includes anything from kitchen, bedroom, dining room, bathroom, or laundry. Great place generally speaking but better when you use coupons to get the discounted prices. The bad news is Owings Mills location is closing but the great thing is pretty much everything is discounted by default. Sorry but coupons will not work and all sales are final.

I love this Bed Bath and Beyond store. I went recently to pick up some poultry shears and Bed Bath and Beyond happened to have the best price around compared to Amazon, Walmart, Target and Sears. I love the 20% off and other coupons that come my way. The staff in the store are attentive and care about the customer. The store has many interesting items so I usually tour the store even when coming in for a specific item.

This BBB is well managed. Shelves for the most part were well stocked. Lighting was good. Staff was very attentive. Plenty of parking. Plus I love the fact that finding BBB 20% off coupons is always easy. I recommend this store in Owings Mills.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful at all bath and body works stores. I also come out spending over $100 when I go. Lol which is why I usually only go to bath and body works maybe three or four times a year. I love this store!

My first visit and it was a success. Minus the one girl who just looked like she was to tired to answer any question. But my awesome find allowed me to wish her well as I found these babies marked down to $1.99 a rod. (By the look on the managers face clearly a mistake). But she was awesome. And they wrapped all my glass items beautifully. Sits back from the main road a bit. Lots of parking. The plaza is deserted as its the on only business in that section. Happy hunting.

We go there when we need some great items for a big party, we go there. The coupons are always good -- they never expire. Got to love BB&B ❤

The whole place seems to have been re-done since I last saw it years ago, and it is very nice! Still crowded and packed with stuff, but the decor and items are more modern and up to date. Its great.

I went for replacement pimps for soap dispensers. Found them inexpensive. While in line another customer gave me two of her coupons she wasnt using. I purchased more then I came in for but got everything I needed.

I shop here frequently and buy everything with cash and very satisfied, however, this past visit was atrocious. They didnt have in stock what I wanted. The sales woman very helpful and we ordered what I wanted online at the store.Well, it took 10 days and 5 phone calls to the shipper (FedEx). I guess FedEx was the lowest shipping bidder. Well, you get what you bid for.To make a long story short, my street was closed up for gas line replacement. The driver was too lazy to walk one block down to deliver the package, however, another FedEx driver did deliver a package to someone else in the same building! After making phone CALLS to FedEx, they assured me that it would be there the day.The day came and it did arrive, but they left the package outside where anybody could steal it. The lazy driver didnt even have the decency to ring the doorbell! The only way I found out it was that I had been tracking the package all day and happened to notice that it said DELIVERED! So I ran down stairs and retrieve it.This all could have been avoided if BED, BATH and BEYOND would let people do INSTORE PICK UP! Its not hard BBB! OTHER STORES DO IT! If I have to order online again Im going somewhere else. BBB will lose a sale.

I was informed by an employee the store is closing because you have up to 10 years to bring items back ! No wander! Stuff came back in all kind a f conditions! A customer backed a truck up to the store & brought back $6,000.00 worth of stuff. So shop at another bed bath n beyond obviously this one is closing! Due to that policy!!

I hadnt been in a while. Everyone was sooooo nice there! Even the customers! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is bc the bathroom needed attending to. Other than that, I had a great experience :)

This is our local Bed Bath & Beyond. Normally no issues, no surprises and nothing odd. Tonight I witnessed something that left me dumbfounded as a business owner.A young lady was working in Customer Service interacting with customers as she sucked on a lollipop. She was handling purchases and returns with a white lollipop stick sticking out her mouth.I can not fine the words to express how unprofessional that is. It makes me wonder who was or is in charge at this Bed Bath & Beyond.The merchandise was what you would expect from Bed Bath and Beyond. The team members we spoke to and helped us were great. It was just the lady in Customer Service that left me shaking my head.

Very poor service due to the employees being on their phones. I kindly asked for a staff member to look up an item - I was the only customer in the store. Why should something take 20 minutes to find when I’m the only customer in the store?!

Wish the process were better for my budget, but they do have mostly everything. They were willing to work with me even though it was outside of their usual customer service - because another employee gave incorrect information to me about an item. I will be returning.

I have no complaints about the store, other than its somewhat cluttered and hard to maneuver a basket through. They really need to move it to a more convenient location. Their business would pick up tremendously.

Clean well lit very organized friendly staff some interaction with staff on the floor. Slow checkout three cashiers only one line. Clean-ish bathrooms but no sign as to location of them

I love this Bed Bath and Beyond due to a young associate name Jade. She is so wonderful, I will miss her as she is off to college(wishig her the best).Bed Bath and Beyond should recognize there associates with something even a gift card if they get great reviews. I can spend my money anywhere I choose, I choose this location because of warmth and friendliness of your associate. Do better by your people and your customers will return time and time again.

The store is very well stocked. It is pretty cluttered and the entire staff seems to hate their jobs. It puts off a really sour vibe and I only go to peek at clearance now if even that.

It pays to come here with your flyers to get somewhat of a good deal. Although you can find those hard to find items that you cant find elsewhere. They are pricey but will try and match prices if other stores.

The man who checked me out was super nice. The store was easy to navigate and I found a few things to purchase even though I hadnt planned on buying anything.

The Owings Mills store is closing so many items are 20% off. Be careful...you may buy things you want but may not necessarily need and wind up spending a lot more than you planned!! 😊

Placed a order on February 8th, of curling irons. Have not received any tracking information other then a label was created on February 11th. Called FedEx to see why isnt there an update. FedEx referred me to Bed bath and beyond to find out why the item has not been shipped. Bed bath and beyond representative advised me that the order may have gotten mixed up with another tracking number with the vendor. Representative stated she would email vendor to verify an update of tracking, or she can send out a replacement. I advised her to email the vendor, instead having to wait weeks for the replacement to come or risking the same problem from happening with the replacement. This is my first time ordering online with bed bath and beyond, and I am not pleased with the relationship between the vendor and them. This is not good business! I will never order something from bed bath and beyond again because this is ridiculous.

Bed Bath and Beyond in Owings Mills is a very nice place to shop, but it can stand a major upgrade in a much better location in Owings Mills.

This Bed Bath and Beyond always has what I need at the time and the employees are very courteous and helpful.

Also, be prepared 2 watch out for things that you can get either at another store and use your 20% coupon, or wait until they have a larger percentage off as the store is about to close.

Staff is rude (most of them). Called to complain about a rude employee only to find out she was the manager on duty. Disappointed, dont want to return.

The lady at the register was not friendly at all it was like she did not want to be bother talking on the company phone having u wait in till she was ready to wait on you. No where good customer service like it used to be.
