Plenty of parking. Quality products. Friendly staff. Good sale prices. Best rotisserie chicken on the market! Costco can be pricey but the quality is there.

She took her time explaining how the store was set up and she answered all my questions. All the employees responsible for samples engaged with me and truly seemed excited for the product they were representing. I definitely look forward on becoming a member. A visit to this place makes you but all the vanities that you never missed in life. They show it to you so that you may just buy. You may never need any of it but you will end up with a cart full of stuff and a lighter pocket.

I shop at COSTCO in Owings Mill at least once a week, and each time I find a bargain I wasnt planning to buy. First and foremost, all staff and store customers are wearing masks and social distancing. All carts are disinfected after use with a sanitizing agent. The store is spotless clean and staff are always willing to help. You have to watch prices carefully and make sure you are getting a bargain, based on the law of large numbers and bulk purchasing. Overall, the experience is positive. As a side note and in full disclosure, I have stock options in COSTCO, which is unrelated to my positive rating. I believe the enterprise is a good investment, based upon past growth and the current business model and future posture. Regardless, COSTCO is a good membership investment for everyone. I encourage you if you have questions about it, go to your local COSTCO and look around. You wont be sorry.

It you buy things you can use before they expire the prices and quality are great. It is interesting to see the different items they have for sale. Lots of good merchandise. Gas prices alone will pay for your membership fee.

Costco is a great place to shop. I am always pleased with the experience and customer service. My mother was attitudinal and made my experience a little salty but it wasnt anything Costco did. The prices are reasonable for a wholesale club. The exhibits are neat and in place. The cashiers are accommodating and pleasant. When I ventured to the snack stand to order a full sized pizza for my kids, the cashier was very pleasant and my order was accurate. However, it would be a nice change if sausage pizza was an alternative/addition to pepperoni. Just a suggestion for Costco from a loyal customer.

Bought new tires... the process was seamless. Bought online and made my appointment online as well. Took my vehicle, was checked in and left my car there.. came back in 2hrs, signed off with instructions and took car home. They were having a special on Michelin tires, so I paid a great price for a full set after checking prices @ other big box stores.

I get my bottled water from Costco, which costs less than Wal-Mart for more bottles. I like the caesar salad too. We get at least two meals for two people for $8+. Truth be told theres something good in each store. Its just which one is closest to you at the time

We use to go to the Pulaski Hwy location but changed to the Owings Mills location. This location had more items, I guess because they cater to a different demographic.

Good crew here. They found me a great set of tires, put them on in a jiffy and even addressed an issue hundreds of dollars less than the dealer. Very professional and courteous people.

Now this is the newest Costco in the area (May 2019) so not that busy, yet. The parking may become an issue once the stores near it open, and their are not many places to put your cart. Lots of samples, a decent selection of kosher and halal goods. The food court has a dedicated food kiosk for ordering.

I was not at Costco. I was at jersey mikes. I must say this location is no easy near as nice as the timonium location. I ordered an Italian cold cut. My bread was sooo hard. I was already home and was not going back, so Im just taking it as a lesson learned. Im addition, i ordered it online while sitting in the parking lot. I ordered it at 2pm. It said it would be ready at 215p. We walked from the car at 215p and stood inside until 225p because it was not done.

Good looking and good location, a lot of packing lot, eazy to find location and entrance and exit roads. Gas station very clean and nice, Costco wherhouse is pretty good price and good items always served.

Very bad customer service. When I was at self check out line, and couldnt scan some items on my cart. The lady came over and said you didnt do right. Yes, I didnt do right, you just cancelled and throwed all my stuffs in my cart. She just scanned the one item then left. I had to stand there for couple minutes and nobody comes for help. I have to go cash register to check out. And other customer had same issues but the lady helped her to scan everything in her cart but not me

They have good prices easy to shop and they always have what you need

Great addition to Owings Mills.. I usually go in once a week to buy an entire Rotisserie chicken for only $4.99. I also like the fresh fruit you can get year long like mangoes and watermelons.

Pathetic. In Pearland and Webster, TX, Costoc is excellent, and I knew Costco at these places. But this Costco in Maryland was pathetic. The store looked old and dirty. Its stuff were not as good arranged as in those two stores in Texas. The extreme frustrating thing was that it was so hard to find help in the store and we talked to one employee for help. She was unwelcoming and didnt move from where she was. She just told us to go on the other side to find the item. But we already were there for a considerable amount of time, and didnt find the item we required. My experience at Costco in Pearland, and Webster, TX is that once they know that we cant find the item, they immediately take us to the isle, where item is placed. They are welcoming, energetic and resolve the issue quickly.

Cant go wrong with Costco. Their prices beat Amazon and the quality is high too. If you havent been to Costco before, youd be surprised by how they have pretty much everything!

Loved this COSTCO! More keto options than I’ve seen before in a big box store. Here were a few of our faves.

Bought Koran bbq beef tray, meat was fatty, grizzly and impossible to eat. Never will I buy pre made food again. Threw most of it away.

This location has recently opened six self-checkout stands that has enabled shoppers with fewer items to complete their purchasing much faster! It has substantially improved the customer experience!

Always find way too many bargains.

The Owings Mills Costco is always stocked, clean, and pleasant. The staff is friendly. When u are on the floor and need help their could be a bit more cross training so that staff can identify WHERE items are since its always hard to find a person to help. When u do, they are like deer staring into headlights.

They had everything that we could ever have wanted! I love that everything is in bulk so that my girlfriend and I don’t have to keep going back every week; unlike at a regular grocery store. Afterwards, we both got pizza and a drink and the total was only $5.16! That’s unheard of!!

Went in to see if I wanted to buy a membership. They told me I couldnt browse prior to making that choice - instead I would have to be given a tour like it was the Ritz Carlton. How weird and awkward! No thanks. Weirdness factor +10.

Costco is my favorite store🤩 I been a Sams Club member for 22 years. I now have an Executive Membership at Costco. The service is impeccable and the staff is the best. The quality of the food and products are well above all expectations. My family is extremely satisfied. I will still remain a Sams member too, I still value our long relationship . These chicken burgers 🍔 are the greatest of all turkey or chicken burgers, this company got it 100% right . Air fry it, whatever you do don’t dry it out delicious 😋.

Not everyone was wearing their mask properly. Lots of people with their mask under their chin. Employees were properly marked, polite and helpful.

This Costco opened recently. As with all branches of this chain, this Costco has lots of stuff at reasonable prices. They have lots of free samples of food items in the food section of the store, and they have hot dogs that taste pretty good, but not great, and that are larger, but less costly, than normal hot dogs.The reason I gave them four, rather than five, stars is that they dont have good signage describing what items are in each row. This lack of way finding help for new members such as myself is a problem not shared by the BJs nearby in Owings Mills. BJs has great way finding signage.

I’m quite disappointed with Costco. First of all, they are way behind BJs and SAMs. At BJs I can use a scanner myself if checking out on the 15 items self check machines, far easier to find items, and more variety. SAMs has a self check out by using the app, no need to stay in line waiting. Easy shop and go, gas prices are better. Costco is all the hype and nothing to show for. Gas is higher, groceries not enough variety, I have to lift up my bulky items to check out on the self check out machines, they have no manual scanner. Yesterday, I was waiting too long for someone to help me as the machine was not scanning properly. The woman that came to help me had an attitude. Later, I ask again for help and waited long again. Another woman came to help me, again with an attitude as if it was too much bother. The store wasn’t even crowded. I bought the executive membership thinking it was a good deal in terms of shopping experience and now I think it was a mistake.

Helpful employees and a clean environment in the pandemic times. There was a worker wiping down all of the surfaces you involuntarily lean on while picking out meat and seafood after every shopper.

By far the better of the two Costco options for those living north of Downtown Baltimore. Conveniently off I-795, unlike the horrific left turn lights miles from the Beltway in Middle River. That Costco out there is not bad if you are already in the area, but Owings Mills has much more space for social distancing and the check-out lines and receipt inspection lines there run a heck of a lot more efficiently!

Hard to find things and not enough staff around to assist you looking for certain things. I got my membership and 20 minutes later instantly regretted it. Hopefully next time I go in they will have things on my shopping list in stock

Huge, good variety... Food variety from asian, Turkish, Greek and Indian too. Not much options though in case of laptops and wrist watches. Rest everything is good. Bakery is fantastic & on Halloween I loved the pies and Tarts they made. I love Costco

What can I say? Its a warehouse store with a wide selection and great prices. You hafta be prepared to purchase goods in a large quantity. Clerks are friendly and helpful and Ive always found customer service to be very good.

So if you havent noticed your local Costco has now switched to self checkout and reduced their own check out lanes. Its also quite nice they decided to shut down all but one staffed check out lane and all of the self checkout were open about 45 minutes from closing. As an added BONUS they have their little helper at the door count each and every time in the basket! Never been more insulted and offended.

Everything you need for a great price

I legitimately cannot get over Costco’s. My fiancé and I go here as the first stop for all party food, presents, and cleaning materials. The dragon pictured is the perfect present for a kid; it’s the softest stuffed animal I’ve ever squished, and it was only $10! This is also one of our favorite places for a quick, cheap date because all the food at the food court is BIG and between $1.50-$5 including a drink. Can’t remember the price of the Legos but I’m sure it was between $15-25, which is insane for Legos. Rock on, Costco.

I like to shop at Costco for some things. Costco has better options and lager variety/selections in groceries and different food items as compared to SamsClub. The one thing I would love for Costco to start doing is that they need to start ‘Scan and go’ option like SamsClub. That will make life so easy for shopping at Costco. Scan and Go option at Sams is the best. You don’t have to stand in a line at all.
