Julia was great! She handles work pressure very well. This is my goto UPS in Owings Mills. I arrived about 3 minutes before the closing time (7 pm on a Monday) she made sure that my package was received and prepared for shipping ASAP. Will definitely be back.

Myself and my Mother came to this location for several services. Printing, shipping, and notary services. We had the pleasure of working with Julia, and she was EXTREMELY pleasant. She went above and beyond. She was thorough. She took the time to explain which services were needed and why. And we could tell she was smiling even behind the mask. So often we share negative reviews about services rendered, but rarely hear positive experiences regarding good customer service. So I would like to take the time to tell you about my experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Julia who was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. She took time to explain UPS procedures and timeframes, and is an asset to UPS. I will be going back, and recommending this location and their services to others.

Julia, the store owner is the most professional person I have seen in customer service. I went in there with 4 kids for passport photos, I stood on the corner while I waited for my photos to be processed and watched her handle every customer that came through like they were her family. She handled multiple issues at the same time (multi-tasking) and attended to everyone in a timely manner.

This is the best UPS store I’ve ever been to! I’ve been to quite a few but this store was head and shoulder above the rest. Their customer service was beyond phenomenal, they went the extra mile to make sure my items were properly packaged and shipped. Julia (store associate) and the other gentleman chased down a UPS delivery guy that had already left with one of my packages to rectify an error I had made with my shipping contents. If that wasn’t enough Julia spent 15 minutes after that reprinting labels, repacking, and helping me correct the problem I created. All while helping other customers that were entering the store. She was patient, well informed, and genuinely cared about my packages being handled the right way.

Staff was super professional, helpful, and very family oriented. They made me feel as if I had known them for years. They were of tremendous help in returning an Amazon 3rd party purchase.

I went into the store and attempted to mail an envelope. I was quoted a price of $32 for the envelope. I expressed that I did not care what time or day the envelope arrived. I indicated the value of the contents was zero. They offered me a $32 price again. Then they offered me the option of changing to their special envelope which would then reduce the price to $27. This seemed incredibly high for a UPS envelope. I left. I looked up the price online which is $11.90. I went to a different UPS store. I was quoted $11.90.Buyer beware.

Excellent service especially from Danielle and Julia very sweet fast-paced people and very loving and welcoming and friendly as can be I personally stay longer just for conversation because that’s how welcoming ups is ❤️❤️❤️

The manager (I believe her to be) was very very helpful. I went to her store in the time of need and she took special care of me. Little did she know I was suffering from short-term memory loss and could not figure out how to fax my docs. She did everything for me with the kindest heart, she kept my information secured and wish me well in my situation. I am forever grateful. That’s what customer service is about.

From the moment I spoke with Julia on the phone regarding a P.O. Box, I new I was in good hands. This is my first experience renting a P.O. Box, and I was extremely nervous regarding privacy. I needed a package sent back to Amazon and the box was unsealed. The lady working wanted to charge me for tape, whereas other locations don’t charge for a piece of tape.

Person working was friendly. Heads up, they charge $3.18 to print out a label. The FedEx up the street does it for free, incase you get to choose between the two for returns.

Every time that Ive gone to this UPS store the customer service has been awesome.

Thank goodness GREAT customer service still exists.......It does when you visit the UPS store in Owings Mills! The staff is always polite, and their multi-tasking assures everyone is satisfied and taken care of. If theyre visible after closing, and you approach the store with a box, just missing store hours, they still graciously accommodate you. I really hope the attitudes of their staff never change because not only is it important to me, as a customer to be treated with respect, its also a pleasure to know that establishments still care about their customers!

The young lady was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to assist with returning a very large package. We had an issue and she stepped in and got everything resolved in minutes. Quick follow up on the professional and courteous service provided by Julia and James. Ive been to this location several times prior to this visit. Found that Julia and her staff to be top notch.Particular situation which occurred this morning, brought me the store today. They were awesome in providing the information I needed to get a personal item to San Antonio ASAP!When everything was finalized I shared with them the following: I drove past a Fed Ex store, never gave them a passing thought. Had higher expectations for the services I needed would be accomplished at this store.Big shout out Julia and James. Thats what customer service is all about.

I’ve been here a number of times and always get great service. Even after COVID they really communicate well. All you need when it’s crowded is for an employee to say “We’ll be right with you” “Sorry for the wait” that changes the whole experience!

Wow! What a fantastic spot. They went above and beyond for our shipping / scanning needs. Our daughter loved the extra time they took discussing her best options for packaging her school books that my wife and I decided to share our experiences with each of our practices. I used this location after being left waiting at the Red Run Boulevard location by a clerk who appeared to be overworked, confused and unfriendly. The gentlemen at this location greeted me and quickly handled my transaction. My package was large and weighed almost 30lbs. He asked if I could please set it on the floor for him before I left as his leg was in pain. No problem, respect and a kind word goes a long way. This was a good experience for me.

I came into this UPS store twice & Julia has always been very sweet & professional!!

I came here to do all my wedding invitations, place cards, signs and I was pleased with all the results. John, the manager, ordered the type of paper I wanted, which was a textured, matte, linen paper, and he even ordered the vellum paper I wanted which was just going to be a cover for my wedding invitations. All my print outs were done very quickly, within an hour. I highly recommend coming here to do any type of print job done. The people are professional, quick, and nice!

This is a great store and I typically have no issues however, I absolutely dread dealing with the gentleman with the long hair. Hes constantly rude, rushes me through whatever I need to do, and acts as if hes too good to deal with anything or anyone. My guy should really check himself before coming in to work and dealing with customers.

Today New Year’s Eve at 3:50 i had the worst experience in this store location.Julia (Korean lady ) was not customer service friendly.She spoke to me like i was not a valued customer.Her tone was like i was someone she didn’t want to deal with.I guess she picks and choose who she will provide good customer service too.Julia is A bad representation of UPS.Julia need to be trained on customer service and the policy of non discrimination.

Very friendly staff and great customer service. After calling four banks and traveling to two stores looking for a notary, the UPS store at St Thomas shopping center had two notaries on staff. We had six documents notarized and two staff members agreed to be the witnesses that were needed for the documents. Great job!

Waited to be helped. While team addressed others ahead of me. When it was my turn a gentleman who did not know I was waiting cut in front of me. The clerk who new I was waiting because originally I was the only one in store for five minutes waiting addressed man who came in and helped him first. I didn’t wanna be rude so I didn’t say anything. However when he finished and was ready to help me he didn’t even apologize for the confusion or misunderstanding. Found this extremely unprofessional.

I had a work presentation that I was planning.We had to make an order of 200 place cards, brochures, and ancillary media materials. I have shipped items with this location before and knew that they offered printing services so I figured that I would give them a try.Needless to say, I was surprised by their level of expertise and help. The manager helped me get the perfect card stock and paper stock for the brochures and place cards (They had to special order it, but was willing to do so in order to get the materials to look perfect). Due to the changing needs of the presentation, we had to go back and make frequent changes to the design. John was very helpful and quick to adapt, making necessary changes on short notice.The level of service from the staff here, and their commitment to doing a job right has made me a dedicated customer, and I drive here from Baltimore.

The work on my email. He didn’t want to open the document and tried to print from the email so my document came up and printed askew. Then he goes on and on about charging me money to edit my doc. I want to give this store no stars. When i first arrived no one was there. There was a sign up that said be back in 10 min. It was about 4 or 5 in the evening. Waited 10 to 20 min for me to walk in and speak with someone that was very rude and displayed poor customer service. I will not be going there again. Instead I went to the store on red run blvd. I Was treated very nicely there.

The chunky asian store clerk was very rude, impatient and had a serious attitude! I just attempted to return 2 items with labels in its original packaging. She tried to first hustle me out of $10 for “preferred” packaging and when I declined, she then tried to charge me $5 to just seal them, like a damn scavenger! I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

Went to send back books. A man, who I assume to be the manager or owner, came from the back talking on his phone. Never got off the phone, carrying on a personal conversation ON SPEAKER. I go to grab a bubble mailer and he insists I need a box but whenever I go to the Red Run location, they’ve never said that. I thought maybe because the books were heavier than my usually that I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. He tells me it’ll be $7 for the box and I asked him if the bubble mailer would be cheaper, which he replies no. I paid and then called Red Run who confirmed that I could have sent it in a mailer if I wanted for $3-$4 less. My friend has also had an issue with them trying to sell him more expensive options. I’ll be going back to Red Run (2 miles away from this location) who I never have an issue with and are honest.
