Very rarely do they have updated pricing on items. They told me a game was $55 used when it was on sale for $38, they should know what is on sale and have correct pricing on items. Even if they do have correct pricing they rarely have stock even when the website says they have it.

Chuck at Owosso Michigan Gamestop was amazing! I really appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me. He was very knowledgeable and nice! Give this man a raise.

The manager there is a nice guy and great with getting you the best price for your trade! Walked in with a few consoles and walked out with a new switch lite and xbox one x!

My son spent his hard earned money on a fighter pass for the WII switch for his older brother for Christmas and being a kid he didnt know to keep the receipt for the code and wasnt told to by the employees, so like any other kid he threw it away. That being said we went back in not to get a refund but asked to just get a reprint of the receipt. We knew the day and the time that we went so it wouldnt have been a hard search for it, of course we were told no. I understand that they have to make their money but to knowingly cheat a child out of their money is messed up. I hope that everyone that reads this knows that this gamestop is not only higher on their prices but they dont do anything to help the consumer.

Horrible business practice! I called and was told they had Playstation 5s and I ran over super quick thinking 499.99 like the rest of Earth. Was told it would be 759.00 and had to buy 2 games and a controller for a total of 900.00. Price gouging. Never going back.

Amazing employees, by far the best GameStop Ive been to. Always have the games I want. The store is always cleaned and organized. Ive never had a bad trip there! :) The employees greet you by name if youre a regular, like me. And they always help me find what I want, and talk me into my weaknesses. ;) Love this place. 150% would recommend!

Its a 3 only because I was gonna make a video about some amiibos but the did not have the ones I needed but still a really great place

Used game selection seemed a little lacking thats why I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars. The staff here is top notch though. They are always very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable.

I’ve been needing a Xbox one controller for weeks every time I call seem to not have any in stock poor management of getting products in stock pretty much useless to have a warranty on a controller and can’t get a replacement cause they don’t have any in by far worse store I’ve seen with getting orders in for product

Preordered 2 items and they came in they gave me a call and I acknowledged that I would be in. A few weeks later I finally make it out to that store and they tell me I only had 48 hours to pick up my preordered toys that Were ordered 5 months prior either a deposit and they sold them. I ended up checking with 2 other stores about how long they hold orders and I was told by both Two weeks to a month and they would recalled..So basically in employee figured that the stories were going to be valuable as which they are and took it upon themselves to purchase them themselves. Which i’ve had a very difficult time locating more.

Some of the most honest & helpful retail associates/managers you could hope to deal with.GameStop (in general) is in need of some reputation repair, but this particular location gives A+ customer treatment.

Staff were great but store policies are absolutely atrocious. How you can charge a customer $25 for game used when its being sold brand-new on Amazon for $20 is just beyond me.

I was in before Christmas and had reserved a new game that had come out that week. I went in like 6 days later to pick it up, and they let me know that reservations actually only hold the item for 24 hours. (This was totally MY fault for not realizing this, and I shouldve known that because I never paid for it online). Anyways, turns out they were actually out of stock, but the gentlemen were super friendly and one of them called two different stores to make sure and find it for me!They didnt have to do that and couldve just said: yeah sorry, were out of stock. But they made sure to find a location where I could pick it up. They ended up having a Flint location hold it for me, which I picked up that day.Thanks for the help guys!

Good employees, but they are hampered by the mighty fist of corporate B.S... They honestly deserve better than what they go through. Store wise they are very clean and have a good selection of games.

This store is one of my favorite GameStop locations because of the fun, light atmosphere they maintain while still having the cool professionalism I respect and expect from a reputable store.

Pretty cramped store. Associates are annoying, but only because corporate dictates their terrible policies. Always trying to up sell and push things people dont want. Guy even tried to convince me computer gaming was pointless because of hackers and I should buy the other game we were discussing on console. I go to Disc Replay in Flint now.
