I’ve had multiple positive experiences here. The front desk people are friendly, and they do a good job of keeping you in the loop of what’s happening with your repair. I went with the expectation to spend some time in the waiting area while both our cars got oil changes. They didn’t take very long. It’s a comfortable, clean waiting area. I’m pleased with the service I received, and I’ll be back the next time either of our cars need work done.

Tired of being refused service because they are too busy. I have worked in the automotive service industry and have never turned a customer away because of being too busy. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also had a friend schedule an appointment, left his vehicle all day for a simple alignment only to find out before close that they forgot about his ticket. Good people work at this establishment, but they need to get it together.

They didnt have my tire size on hand but did order me one and put it on for me pretty quickly.

Great experience, seems to be good pricing. I only wish they wouldve been a little more descriptive on everything they checked (for example, I have no clue if they checked the rear end or not, even though I requested it). Would recommend, the folks there are very friendly and do good work.

Best tire and suspension shop in town. Dont waste your time and money at Gateway, youre better off coming here. The staff are very friendly and they are honest about your vehicle. I do recommend calling ahead.

Rude, short and ill tempered staff. I would rater drive further and be treated with respect.
