I recently went to Advance Auto Parts to compare prices for a new battery for my car. The service was excellent, I believe I was offered the best deal (price and warranty) and the service was outstanding. My battery was installed in less than 5 minutes as well. I would recommend this store, the staff and service was truly awesome.

The sunroof in our car was stuck in the open position, which was not great. Auston saw we were having some trouble and came out to trouble shoot the problem with us, excellent service here

Called before we arrived they said the part was in, once we got there it was the wrong part, but Auston saved the day for helping us. Still had to come back another day, but Auston helped us out for our time waisted.

How do you order something and 2 days later it not ever be ordered.

Serpentine belt gave up the ghost. Made it to the parking lot. Went in and got the part we needed, they even loaned us the tools​. Would have been a 5 🌟 visit if they had put it on for us 😊. Thanks guys.

Advanced auto on west Oxford loop is a lot better than on Jackson. On Jackson they take forever even with 2 or 3 people in the store.
