Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Not happy with the cost of storage. It was reasonable when I was searching for storage units. I have been there a year. Prices have increased twice. Just received notification that they are dropping their lowest amount of insurance coverage ($3,000). The lowest amount of coverage is now $4,000.

Ive had a unit at this facility for about 5 years. Reasonable rental rates.

Very happy, affordable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I searched the area and this was the only one with decent monthly rates and even had a very affordable truck to rent. If you need storage, this is your place!

Very friendly and helpful staff. A great selection of different size storage units to choose from. Prices are definitely better here than other places I had looked at. Units are kept very clean, grounds are kept very clean, and the units are incredibly secure. Its comforting to know that my belongings are safe and secure

I have wrote a few reviews for the girl in the inspection bay. Sherri is her name. Why is there only reviews about the other girl Shelia. How much of a great manager she is. I dont think she is friendly at all. I only see sherri outside, blowing leaves. Or weed whacking. Not the other girl. I thought the other manager was very nice. Very friendly. I believe her name was Lisa. Was there for a long time. Good luck to you Sherri. Maybe you should be the manager. This is suppose to be for the Northbridge site.

Was pleased by the quick, easy, and contact free option for storage at this facility during COVID-19 social distancing times. As soon as I made my payment I was granted access to my unit. Temp controlled units are just that,and found my unit easy to access and spacious. Hours of operation allow access to the units 7 days a week, and give you tons of time to work around your schedule. Would definitely recommend.

Just rented a unit that I need for a month. Set it up online which was straightforward and easy. I used my own lock so I returned the one that they provided. The Ladies in the office were fantastic, Brenda even held the door open for me!! Definitely recommend!!

Used life storage 2 times in 4 years and I am very pleased with the service I receive and the great prices for their storage units. If you need extra hours when it closes, they will accommodate you with extra time. Very clean storage units and just recently renovated so they now have indoor air conditioning units. Highly recommend.

I rented a climate controlled unit for approximately a year and a half here. The storage unit was clean:and always easy access for us. We felt our items were always secure at this facility. Most of all: the girls in the office were ALWAYS pleasant and very helpful. It was a pleasure doing business here. My two sisters also rented here and one is still renting. It was so easy to get a storage space. Everyone at Uncle Bobs were so helpful, friendly, and treated me with respect in person and on the phone. They explained everything to me which was easy to understand. The price is reasonable as well. I give them 5 stars.

The best storage facility in New England, and no, I dont work there. Cleanest, most secure, lighting on property is like daylight, staff very professional. Ive been a repeat customer there since they opened years ago and Id go back again if I ever relocate back to New England from here in North Dakota. If I could give them ten stars, I would.

Competitive rates plus they let you use moving truck for free. Was going to use a pickup but very glad they lent us the truck. Saved a lot of time and trips. You do have to reserve the truck ahead of time.
