Theresa was so helpful with turning in my truck, to securing my storage space, which, was very clean. I feel like, my belongings will be secure here. She was pleasant, supporting, great sense of humor, and just an overall great person. Thank you, Theresa, in helping transition back to Alabama! Virtual hugs!

I was in the middle of a move and had issues with the truck service at another location. The management was very helpful and eased the stress of the move. Ive had a storage there for over a year and would reccomend this location. I am very pleased with the family atmosphere of caring for the customer. Great customer service.

My experience was wonderful ! They were very helpful and polite. My husband and I rented the truck on a day it was raining and needed to keep the truck longer than expected due to storms. I called Scott and he let me keep the truck longer at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this uhaul facility!

I went to this place this Morning to tried to rent a small truck to move some furniture from Oxford To Birmingham (one way) Francesca at the front desk told me that she did not have anything one way. I told her that I saw 2 of the trucks that I was looking for in the Building Parking lot. she responded very rude to me that those were her trucks and they were not for rent one way. no wonder I was the only one in her office. do not go there. it is not worthy the time to spend for some body to tried you like that. take your money to the store in Down town Batteries unlimited. the owner it is very good taking care of his customers

Showed up at 2PM to look at storage units and they had a semi in the drive and we had to park on the road. They said come back in 45 min. Drove to Anniston and back at 5 and entered the office and nobody showed up to the desk or answered the phone for 30 min. Finally 2 workers came in and they wanted to hold my passport for an in town rental even though I had planned on renting a 6x12 sized unit for the next 24 months... There’s no way I was going to leave my passport with guys who left an office unattended for over half an hour!

Be prepared to wait 15-25 minutes for any type of service. Do not recommend.

Arrived at 9am as told to in order to rent my truck. There is no such thing as accelerated check in here so dont waste your money. I waited around 30 minutes for the lady to get to me. Apparently it takes 30 mins for the uhaul lady to rent out a tow dolly to another customer. Then after waiting they tell the truck was moved to the Anniston location. Somebody should have called you she says.Ya think? Meanwhile my movers are waiting at the house charging me by the hour.If you dont mind crappy slow service then try this place.

These guys went above and beyond with everything. Couldnt have asked for a better experience working with Francesca. Highly recommend.

Had the hardest time trying to get them to let me in because my card didnt work, got in then couldnt get into my building cause they had put a lock on the unit for nonpayment but the bill was paid. Would not recommend these guys for nothing!!!

Scott and Francesca are great to do business with. They are friendly and professional.

Rude to customers and acts like their job is a waste of time. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Save your time (and theirs!) and find a different U-Haul or Penske.

Francesca and Scott cannot be matched by any storage facility in town, or out of town for that matter.I can honestly say, if youre looking for storage or uhaul needs, you can stop looking.
