Shady! Sold me a car with problems and they dont want to pick up the phone anymore. The worst nightmare.Managers and service department are ignoring my calls and not replying any email. They are not willing to speak to me. I do not recommend you this place.

Quick in and out. Friendly, professional servicepersons. Good guidance and follow through. When I advised them of a 4,300 mile round trip drive starting in a few days, they did a comprehensive check up and determined my Outlander Sport fit as a fiddle. I found that reassuring.

Polite, friendly, and helpful staff specifically Victor at the Service Department, lady at the cashiers office, and Mr. P (technical department). They always make sure that I receive all the information I need related to the service of my car, and the work done on the day I need it. So far, Ive been to 3 other Mitsubishi locations, and Oxnard Mitsubishi is the only location that makes me feel that work is done to my satisfaction and proud to be a Mitsubishi car owner. Cheers!

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever received. Not paying for my rent a car after telling me to get one is an outrageous breach and dishonest too.

We saw an ad for a truck we liked, so we called and spoke to Fidel and Martin at the dealership. We made an offer on the vehicle, which was accepted. They gave us an honest, detailed description. When we arrived, the vehicle was exactly as they had described, and the paperwork was ready to go. Drove the truck, everything worked! Everyone was wonderful: from the very nice man who greeted us at the door, got us the keys, to Martin who sat with us and answered our questions and Mike the finance guy who helped us navigate a pile of paperwork. Thank you guys! It was the easiest car deal ever!

The parts department is great. They more or less match internet pricing and open by appointment on saturday for people who must drive 2.5 hours to get to the nearest Mitsubishi dealer.

Well... the service is friendly, funny guys, very reliable cars (Mitsubishi). I have two advice to you guys.1. Id like to get free coffee or tea and snacks to be a regular customer. Its would be more friendly;2. Id like to see here more expensive vehicles of Mitsubishi. Not for poor people. You could list for sale an Outlander GT, Outlander PHEV GT, Eclipse Cross in top. Not cheap. I bought Mitsubishi because these vehicles are reliable (most reliable in the world I thing). Also I would pay +30% for the LED headlights, leather on a seats, strong engine... but you have only cheap cars.Im sure, me and other people could pay more money for the modern and convenient options.Other things are fine.

Did not performed the recall like they were supposed to, didnt try to clean the windshield sprinkler just told me to replace it and lost a piece of the brake shoe and pads were moving. the whole thing took 2h30minWent to another mitsubishi location (don robinson) and they had to perform the recall correctly, i had to replace all 4 brake pads because this little piece was missing and they cleaned the sprinkler in 2 min. Only problems at this location for me. Glad i moved and have a new mitsubishi location that really care about customer and performs the task as they say they did.

I went to their website and did an online chat to get pre-qualified for a new car. I spoke with James who took all my info over the phone. Later that day I received the good news I was approved and all I had to do was bring in my trade in to see how much they would give me. I actually arrived thinking I was just test driving the car but I ended up taking it home that day Wahoo!!!

When my husband and I decided to go to look at a possible new car, I wasn’t happy. I wasn’t unhappy about getting a new car. I was unhappy about having to deal with pushy salespeople and their tricky tactics. But, I was wrong completely wrong. Oxnard Mitsubishi isn’t like that at all. What an amazing dealership! We went to just look at the Outlander PHEV but the car and the salesperson, James, was so amazing that we bought the car. We LOVE it! Not only was James terrific but so was everyone else there. I would highly recommend this place.

Bought a used 2007 Kia Rio and got a great deal on it, the finance guys were very flexible with how I wanted to do my payments, and my sales person Alfonso was super easy to work with, not pushy at all. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I have no doubt in my mind I will be working with them again in the future.

Great service and an Awesome Team! Mitsubishi should give Oxnard Mitsubishi an award. Filipina Salesrep Irish Perez was the best. She was patient with my schedule and kept in contact with me. From when I stepped in the dealership she made me feel welcomed and treated myself like a special guest like family. I was straight to the point and said I need my monthly payments to be lower than what I had it. With her great team, the manager Jose Estrada was very helpful and very welcoming. Made me feel like I was his relative/family as well. We negotiated about 3-4 times and they were so generous and gave me such a great deal I couldn’t resist. I got a 2017 Outlander Sport LE. With no money down and a vehicle trade in they offered me delayed first payment for 45 days, 0% interest with a low monthly payment which was way lower than what I had before. All this included the unbeatable Mitsubishi warranty of 5 year road side assistance, 10 year/100k maintenance. Also I had $500 off for military and $500 off for loyalty since I was trading in another Mitsubishi, a total of $1000 dollar off. To top it off free first oil change. Hands down best team I’ve seen but special thanks to Iris for keeping up with me and treating me like family. Without her efforts I would’ve not been able to have this car buying experience.

Informed us that they did not receive our contract, though it was sent through priority mail. Was placed on hold for 15 minutes and was told I would receive a call back in 10 minutes so they would have time to look for it. Never received that call. I called 30 minutes later and had to tell them to check their own mail box to only find out that the contract was indeed there. No apology for their inconsistency what so ever. On the other hand they were very pleasant, but 2 stars because they incoveniced me majorly. Situation could have been avoided if they would have checked their mailbox.

Vehicle shopping is always tedious and stressful especially when you do your research on what vehicle you like beforehand. My husband and I had visited several dealerships before making our stop at Oxnard Mitsubishi and all of them had no interested in our preferences and didnt appreciate our research for what we were looking for. However, arriving at Oxnard Mitsubishi was a different story. From the moment we walked in, we were attended and adknowledged for what we were looking for and even took it further to have one of their most knowledgeable sales person take care of us. Chris is phenomenal. He was very patient with us and after working with him for about a month, we decided to purchase a vehicle. Although Chris wasnt available to be with us at the time we did make the purchase, their salesman Fidel and their financing manager were amazing. My husband and I appreciate all of their hard work and we look forward to seeing them again in the near future.
