Julie was my sales person. We ordered a bunk bed off the online store (key words bunk bed) I had to wait 6 months for it to be delivered. I was moving so I didnt get to take it out of the box for a couple months and TURNS OUT this isnt a bunk bed. Its a LOFT BED with stairs that we cant even put together because it doesnt have the right bolts and screws with it.

Went into the store recently looking for a new recliner with good back support after having back pain for several weeks. Julie was the salesperson who helped us find the perfect recliner for an excellent price. I recommend them for all your furniture needs.

Julie and the FWG team are fantastic! Not only were they able to help us find the couch and loveseat we needed, we were able to pick out our first king-size bed too. Plus, with great prices and easy financing, we were able to get all 3 at the same time! To top it off, they delivered them on the day and time we needed, and they even took away the old furniture. We had a HORRIBLE experience! We went in to shop to get a new sectional for new house. When browsing, we found a sectional that we liked. One piece had a rip, the sales associate told us that a replacement had been ordered and would be in next week. We told her we really liked the couch, but needed to go measure and make sure it would fit, but we would be back later that day(Friday). We came back to purchase the sectional. We filled out the paperwork, and paid IN CASH. We were then informed the ripped piece would be ordered that night! That we would get it in 2-4 weeks. A MONTH goes by with no word from them, so I called and waited on hold for over 10 minutes, when someone finally answered they put me on hold for ANOTHER 10 minutes while they found my ticket. I was told it was ordered on Monday, THREE days AFTER we paid cash. That the only person able to check special orders wasnt in, but would call me tomorrow. Two days go by and I call again. I was told that my order had been received, but that was all they knew. A few days later, we stopped in to talk to someone face to face. This person gave us a different story and said it would be in next week and to call them. I called a week later and spoke with another person who said that they were currently building our couch and it would be in next week. We called again the week later, we were told that they had the order and hadnt built it yet! I told them that they needed to call the company and tell them to built it, that we had been waiting over a month for a special order. Finally, a week later I called and it was in! They NEVER called to tell us that our couch had arrived. I told her that they could deliver the couch after everything that had happened. We had been given multiple stories and lies. She refused. I told her that we would be there that day to pick it up, and that we expected a partial refund. I did not yell, cuss, or call them names. When my husband picked up the couch that morning the STORE MANAGER, told my husband that I try to do whatever I can to make my customers happy and will bend-over backwards to help, but when your wife is yelling, and cussing, and calling us names it makes me not want to do anything. SHE LIED. AGAIN. We did get a small reimbursement, but we will NEVER go here again. This was a NIGHTMARE, at a time where we should be happy and excited to get a new couch, to go in our new house.

11/14/2020. Have called 16 times as have counted on phone. Trying to contact Bernie to change appointment and they think i’m Calling to harass. I’m done. Returning chair and getting money back . Poor customer service after sale.

Went in and got exactly what I wanted!

They lie! I purchased an entertainment center back in March. I had called prior to see if they had more stock other than the display, as I told the sales agent I didnt want the one on the sales floor due to flaws, hardware on crooked, cracked & discolored. I was told they did. So, I went & purchased it. It was delivered the next week. Well here we go...the delivery team did not put it together correctly ( & I paid $100 for delivery & set up!) so my husband had to fix himself. When I got home from work that day I noticed it was the display they had sent me!! I had pictures from their FB page so I was able to pinpoint it was the display from the sales floor. Needless to say I was furious! I specifically said when I called I didnt want the display & it was NEVER disclosed to me from the sales agent that this is what I was receiving. I was lead to believe it was being ordered as I told them I was in no hurry. I assumed, since it was being delivered in a week, that it was coming from their warehouse. I called & spoke with the store manager & explained the situation & she was kind enough to let me know she would order one from the vendor for me since I was lied to about it being the display. Well...that was March 20th & I still dont have the replacement. I have called repeatedly & I keep being told it is stuck in a warehouse somewhere & they are having issues with their trucking company. I have also not recieved a single phone call from the store manager keeping me in the loop, I am the one who has to call every 2 weeks. At this point I am almost positive I am being lied to again & being told this story about the warehouse issue & that it has never been ordered. I think they think I will just drop it & forget about because of the hassel. Well, thats not going to happen. Not only is it about my hard earned money that I spent ($1800) but now its the principle of it. I have worked in retail management for 28 years & would NEVER treat a customer this way!! Horrible customer service, they lie or mislead so the sales agent gets their commission (no matter what it costs the customer) & terrible communication!! I will NEVER purchase from them again!!! Buyer beware!!!!

Bought 2 couches. One did not appear to be the one I ordered. When I called I was told the tag was mislabeled. The other one had a small tear in it. Made multiple calls and problems were not resolved. Poor customer service.
