My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience at this location!!! John meet us at the door and treated us like royalty! He took his time to explain everything in detail and made sure we found the perfect bed for us! We had no intention of actually making the purchase that same afternoon but after the great experience we had with John, we purchased the bed right away!! We will definitely recommend this store to everyone!! Thank you again John!!!

My wife and I are repeat customers of this product. Our first time in this outlet in Paducah. The store and staff made us feel like king and queen for a day. Rarely do you see the staff companions work with such unity. Walt Gilbert, our sales man, very knowledgeable about all the new features since we bought our first sleep number more them 20 years ago. The company back then gave us awesome care and service; and we have no doubt that we will receive the same.

Store was fine. Some of the details in the returns process were very misleading. Spoke with a supervisor with Sleep Number, got nowhere. They will pick up the mattress, but we’re stuck with a $2300 base. The mattress is comparable to that of a hospital bed. The sad thing is we had slept on one previously, which is what led us to this. However when delivered from the first night has been miserable. We’ve had to add a foam pad to the mattress just so we don’t feel the bars from the base below. Needless to say we’re going to buy another mattress from a different company. Perhaps would recommend the base, if you like the flexibility, but DO NOT recommend the mattress itself. So save yourself the money, just buy a regular bed. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dont go in unless youre ready to buy because once you try it out youll be buying one. Our salesperson Amber could not bave been better. She completely explained everything, didnt rush us or push us to buy. Plan on it taking a while but it was worth it.

Visiting the Sleep Number store was a wonderful experience. The salesman was so helpful in finding our actual sleep number and explaining the benefits of a good mattress. We felt comfortable and safe in testing the various options and are now excitedly awaiting the delivery of our new mattress! Thank you for making this experience both enjoyable and educational!

This was a positive experience for my husband and myself. Our sales assistant happen to be the store manager, Jeanne Goldsby who was utmost knowledgeable and so kind to stay way past closing time to make sure our questions were answered in depth. She was never pushy. She helped us from her heart. We love our Queen Dual i8 360 Smart Bed. It has been a blessing! Both of us suffered from chronic back pain and it has truly helped us both. We definitely recommend this bed to anyone who suffers as well.

The Store was fine. The Product is terrible. My husband and I both want a low number (soft bed). Each side sinks in the middle which means there is a ridge in the center. It is Very Uncomfortable if one wants to snuggle.

My husband an I really enjoyed being walked through all the different way the bed works an as being a disabled person in looking forward to a much better sleep! Yes this was a large expense for us but we felt that this Sleep Number bed was the best choice. We will receive the System an bedding along with pillows on March 30th.Doris Schroader
