This is the first time in over a year and a half that I have been inside the store. Stock was very low, and it was hard to find a clerk to locate an item showing as in stock at this store online.I am disappointed. There were other items I was considering, but wanted to look at more closely in person. There wasnt even a spot for them on the shelf.

Clean neat store. Cashier was not friendly, never said one word. You cant see a smile thru a mask, but, it would be nice to hear a friendly word.

This store is pretty much like any Bed Bath & Beyond you would find any where. They have a ls large selection of the same things youll find in all the stores. The prices are a little high I guess that is to off set all the coupons they send out but in the end out.

Employee was clueless on the return policy. He issued me a store credit, and told me it was because I returned an online item in store. I assumed he knew what he was talking, but when I questioned why I was receiving store credit, he said, “because you bought it online.” My first assumption was maybe I missed the days in which you can return…nope. I accepted my gift card, googled the return policy, and nowhere does it mention that online orders returned in store will receive “merchant credit”. Before I even left the store, this employee clocked out and left with someone on the back of a motorcycle, which tells me he rushed me along and did not take my inquiry seriously, due to the fact it was quitting time for him.

Store had some good values with my pass but seemed to have less stock than typically.

Nice clean store. If you look in all the corners you will find food deals. Very friendly staff. No maskholes today

One of my favorite places to go shopping. I can find everything I need and if I dont, they help me have it delivered at home

Nearly impossible to find pricing on a lot of items, staff was helpful and friendly though. More budget friendly options would be nice

I love shopping in Bed Bath and Beyond at Paducah, Ky. The management & staff are very friendly and helpful to the point of WOW!! VERY well maintained with most things in plain sight! I have asked where a product is located. Always have been shown about similar items that might help me manage my choices!!I would give more than 5 stars, if the option was possible! Bargains are there if you pay attention or ask!

I love my bedroom,I love my bathroom,I love my kitchen. I definitely love buying new kitchen tools. This place has tons of all that stuff...but I never seen to find anything I wasnt there. Maybe outs to run of the mill. Then the rest of the space is find with word unicorn tumblers and light up cat speakers as seen on TV... Yeah its weird.

I was disappointed that the only 3 things I needed could not be found in-store. Nice associate, but took forever to find anyone. Just not the upbeat atmosphere Id come to enjoy.

Always a great place to shop

I just had to write a great review for this store. Today we went in after hearing about their store having a college dorm check list. Very nice and detailed. We browsed the store. Great selection, ideas etc. On the way out a store manager saw our list in hand and immediately says they can print us a college specific check list. He printed it, went over the list of things you can and cannot have at MSU. So appreciate the manager taking the time. He even told us of items to come over the next few weeks for college. So thankful for the gentleman taking time to assist us. So appreciate the store having so many helpful employees!

Staff is snooty selection is so so. The place just feels unwelcoming.

Went in for a specific items. When I couldnt find it a worker located it for me and brought it to the front so it could be there for me when I was finished shopping. Excellent customer service.

LOVE this place! They always have coupons available and will even honor expired ones if presented. Their 20% off coupons can even be used on most big-ticket items, which saves a BUNDLE! Employees are friendly and VERY HELPFUL - if they dont have it, theyll order it for you! Their customer service is second to none! And their return policy is phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and SHOP HERE! (No, I dont work there or personally know anyone who does!)

Its a place that has lots of stuff a little pricey but its fun just walking through the store.

I was looking for a new pillow to help alleviate neck pain and needed to feel different kinds rather than just read about them. BB&B had a good selection of styles and prices. I think I made a good choice.

Every time I go into this store, I always have a good experience. The store is always clean, the staff is ready to help, and Ive never had an issue with returns. On the few occasions that Ive not been able to find what Im looking for, someone always offers to help me order.

Not the selection they used to have. Disappointing. Staff was friendly and followed COVID safety precautions well.

Bed Bath & Beyond is L by Kentucky oats mall and Paducah Kentucky off of exit for On He go bill road also known is highway 60 you cant get to bed bath for me on make it Tokyos mall and the same um pardon want it is outside in a mall and some of the strip stores in the mall
