Folks there are so Great

I LOVED working with The Divine Design Center on picking out my new luxury vinyl flooring for our downstairs! They were very knowledgeable on the products and their installer, Danny Wallis and crew, were awesome! We couldn’t be more pleased!!

I recommend Divine Design Center to anyone who needs a little help putting your ideas all together. I knew the general idea of what I wanted our kitchen and our master bathroom to look like and Gela and Steph helped me pick out those things and gave me the confidence that it all went together and looked amazing. I loved that I could pick everything out right there at their shop and didnt have to go anywhere else!! Danny Wallis, who did our flooring was so kind and easy to work with. Wayne and Kanley and their team with K & W remodeling were also great to work with. Their team showed up every day and we were able to get this big remodel done in 8 weeks! I am thrilled with my new kitchen and master bathroom!!

Divine design is a really cool place to find your dream cabinets. The staff was warm and welcoming. Niko my designer was so great and very knowledgeable. She made my cabinet designing so fun and easy!

We went in there 2 1/2 months ago, stood there for 15-20 minutes not being greeted, listen to the sales lady and some lady gossiping. The lady left and the sales lady offer her help....with in second the phone rang she again starts talking to her sales reps things she was talking about to her sales representative sounds more like dirty laundry gossip. We patiently waited another 10-15 minutes for her to get off the phone. She had me write my name and number down said she would call with some prices tomorrow. (Seemed odd they didnt have prices but okay.) I called within this time 3 times the lady didnt come to the phone, told the girl to get my number she call me back. We still havent heard nothing from the lady. If this is how they treat customers beforehand.... I couldnt imagine if there was an issue after they got paid how they be. Sure isnt like the old Marys Design Center thats for sure. That place was Great!!

My experience with this company wasnt necessarily a good one with this company. It was a great one with the employees of this company. I am actually VERY DISAPPOINTED to see and hear how immature these adults are acting in the business world. Divine Design Center in Paducah Kentucky needs to grow up and act accordingly to handling there business more like a business and less like a bunch of children. The best of luck to Divine Design, because your GOING TO NEED IT!!! What goes around ALWAYS comes back around! Thank GOD that not every business operates like these people do!!!
