My family shops at Home Depot in Paducah quite a bit. Yesterday I purchased a deep freezer using their curbside pick up service. The process went flawlessly and the service from the employees was fantastic. Happy customer!

This is my favorite Home Depot. It is always well stocked and I am always confident that I will find an employee who is knowledgeable and can answer my questions. I drive to this Home Depot over locations that are closer.

Just another home depot to me! Staff was alright and we got what we needed there. They have cute Christmas decor too.

Horrible delivery service. No delivery service at all. Bought a $2,000 lawn mower to just be left sitting over two weeks later. I called the day before the delivery to confirm. I called at 8:15, 1:00, and 4. The lady I spoke with tried to contact the delivery driver (They use an outside delivery company) and said that he wouldnt answer the phone. I got ghosted. My grass is a foot high and I have no lawn mower. I lost a whole day of work for nothing and they are trying to get a new delivery date set. It would be faster to buy a lawn mower from a competitor located a similar distance from you as the Home Depot and just ride it home than it would be to get one delivered from Home Depot. Wasted my time and money.Update: The mower was delivered this morning. After about 20 minutes of operation, the deck belt snapped. When I called for help, they said Come get a belt and put it on yourself. They said I would need to call my local John Deere dealer for anything further. You shouldnt have to immediately start working on a brand new $2,000 lawn mower. I called back and said that I wanted to return the mower after the horrible experience with every other part of this transaction. They said that I had to transport it myself. I called the corporate customer service number and they said that Home depot had to pick up the return if they delivered it. When I called the local store back and told them what I had heard from corporate, they magically scheduled a pickup. The local store knowlingly lied to me to get out of having to come get their defective product. Shady business. I just hope that my refund processes smoothly so I can go somewhere else to get a mower and never have to deal with Home Depot again.

Returned an item I had bought and the young lady was more than willing to help me. She was very nice and very friendly.

MODERN DAY THIEVES! I rarely write bad reviews but this one is 100% accurate and deserved. You will wait a month for a $2K item and then when it gets delivered to the wrong address (even though they have the correct info) you have to threaten to get the police involved to get a refund.Home Depots response : they imply its your fault for entering the incorrect address (again all receipts and shipping docs have correct address), but theyll offer you a 10% discount if you reorder and do it all again.

I love their lamps and lighting they have a lot of unique things and different departments and the people are real helpful there

Dont expect any appliances that you order to be anywhere near the promised delivery date. I ordered in store on 9/6 told they would arrive in store on 9/13 and to expect delivery by 9/17. Having just moved here its a long time to live without a stove or a refrigerator but I accepted the dates, its the 27th, still no appliances I called and spoke to Carrie who was dismissive and seemingly incredulous at my expectation of recieving the items when Home Depot promised so it clearly is common practice. No apology or explanation just her interrupting me and asking do I want her to schedule delivery or not for the 4th. They know I cant just take my business elsewhere without the initial 3 week wait so bad customer service and all I am stuck with them.showing a little compassion or concern cost the store nothing and I would have just let it go...instead Im sitting here disgusted and dismayed. I still need to purchase my washer dryer and dishwasher and I will absolutely not give Home depot my business.

Store was clean and products were easy to find. Staff was hit or miss. You can tell half the team is straight up carrying the other half who look like they are working hard at hiding from customers and pretending to look occupied.

Anytime they have discounted wood they should call me! Great selections on most items, they dont have storm doors on hand for mobile homes, but thats ok. The garden center, its still I guess winter so there selections were low but still good. The cash register ladys (at the pro exit) are ALWAYS so nice, and informative. All employees have respect and manners (something you dont find in California) and they all talk to you (which I think is a plus). Really good store over all

Great experience. Went there to get a mower after leaving Menards, where an employee had been yelling at an elderly man for not wearing a mask. He told her he could not for health reasons. She yelled and ordered him to leave when he asked if someone could bring the mower out that he had purchased online. She told him no and told him to leave. He received the same response when he asked if he would be able to get his money back.By contrast, Home Depot was friendly and helpful. Definitely will never coming back!

I went to get a weed whacker because the one I have wouldnt stay running and they had em right by the front door. I spent some time on comparing different ones and ended up going with a weed whacker / leaf blower combo that I think will serve me very well.

Great experience even though they didnt have everything we were looking for in stock. The staff were very helpful. I purchased a few hand tools, but the standing freezer was not in stock. We can purchase online from Home Depot, though. Clean store, friendly staff, decent prices.

When my wife went to return some items she was told by a female employee at the contractor s check out that it wasn’t her job to help customers with returns. Very rude and talked with an accent that was hard to understand. Should be more customer friendly

My parents and I participated in a building workshop tonight. It was fun and a great opportunity to learn new skills.

Will never shop there again! Purchased $500 in lumber and asked the 3 employees standing outside to help me load and they said NO!

Nice people the layout is nice signs on every isle. Look for the girl with pink hair she knows her stuff and very polite.

Robert a fellow Floridian was amazing when it came time to help picking out paint for our new home we are buying! He spent an hour with us on a Sunday evening helping us choose the best Behr Marquee paint for our new home. Its so funny running into a Florida guy all the way up in Kentucky!

I wish our local Home Depot had the same amount of tractors, riding mowers and side by sides as this home depot. Unfortunately Home Depot in Kentucky is much better than Home Depot in Florida.

Excellent service. Ordered online, paperwork was ready when I arrived and loaded in less than 15 mins!

On this trip, I needed a circuit breaker for a small project. I went to two places closer by, and no luck. I should have saved time and driven straight to the Depot. I also love the lifetime batteries and wear parts of Rigid power tools they carry.

Sign in front says mask are to be worn, most employees are not wearing mask with very few customers wearing their mask. Not a safe place to shop.

Cleanest restrooms in town, probably why I go there so often. Hey, its a good sales pitch. The store employees have always been helpful. Whats odd is that across the country Home Depot probably outranks Lowes in sales, but for whatever reason, maybe because the store is not on the main drag of Hinkleville Road, this store is consistently not busy. I almost wonder how it stays open. But compared to Lowes in many respects it is just as good of a store and stocks things Lowes doesnt have. I especially like their tool department.

I used to prefer HD to Lowes, however, the customer service reps at HD are so rude, and argumentative, that I have decided to never go there again, and I will give all my business to Lowes.

Stood for 30 minutes at the wire rack waiting for an associate to assist with my electrical needs...I would have pressed the call for assistance button...but there wasnt one.Several associates saw me standing there and would dart down an isle before I could flag them down....THEY LOOKED ME RIGHT IN THE EYES. Will not be back. You had better make it right if you ever want my business again...I willfully make attempts to keep my family from shopping their also. Sorry, but it is what it is.

I went in to the store based on what their website stated they had for riding lawnmowers in stock. They didnt have a single mower under $2500 like their website said. I was told the website is never correct. They lost a $1700 sale that day to their competitors.

I dont have any complaints, everyone there seemed friendly and I was asked if I needed help way more times than I ever have been in Walmart.

I purchased approximately 1600 sq ft of Pergo flooring and paid for the install. This Home Depot outsources their delivery through what I can only assume was the cheapest bidder and they’re absolutely terrible. I believe their name is Yates. The delivery company delivered the flooring to my vacant home I was remodeling. The home was left unlocked for them to place the flooring Inside as no one was there. I arrived the next day to discover they stacked the flooring in 6x6 square. The weight of the flooring broke the floor joists under the pile. When I called to complain, the delivery company initially lied and said there was no where else to put the flooring. The house is almost 2600 sq ft on one level and completely gutted. When I pointed out this lie, they then said that’s where I told them to put it when they delivered. Once I proved no one was there to give them this direction, Home Depot washed their hands of the situation and said that it was the delivery company’s problem (that Home Depot hired).The delivery company initially wrote me a letter denying a claim? When I explained that’s not how insurance works, they reported the claim to their company, and lied again saying I was present and told them to put the flooring where they put (lies). This put me out of pocket $2400 to raise the floor back level and put in new joists and supports.The next issue with this was that I paid for the install of the flooring m. Once again they used another subpar company (Vandy’s). They installed roughly 100 sq ft before leaving and never returning. A couple of weeks later 1 guy showed up and advised Vandy’s had hired him To complete the job. He proceeded to lay another 700-800 ft and then he was gone. As this had delayed the remodel long enough. I had to hire another flooring installer to complete the job. He did an amazing job. The part Vandy’s guy he hired did however looks awful and will have to be redone. On top of this, apparently Vandy had stiffed him on payment so beg and harassing me to pay him for the partially completed job (I had already paid Home Depot for the install). I contacted the manager of the Paducah store where all of this was purchased. I believe Mark was his name. He told me would not do anything else to help me because I called and complained to Corporate. To this day, no one from Corporate or Paducah Home Depot has attempted to make this right.This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Fortunately Menards is opening a mile down the road, and I’m hopeful between them and Lowe’s, this particular Home Depot will go out of business.

I could handle going out of my way to get what I wanted the first time

I recently attempted a bathroom remodel which included a zero entry walk-in shower with tiled was floor etc. The flooring dept. Supervisor Eddie Ladd along with the other staff in flooring have been so helpful. While I am still learning I have felt like I can handle the job because of the help so willingly given.
