Even though we didnt end up buying from Allen Auto Sales. We had a wonderful experience from Kenny. He was very kind to me and my family. The only reason we didnt wind up buying was due to the fact our bank finally financed us at a much better rate but we had to buy a less expensive vehicle elsewhere. When our credit improves I will be back to buy from Kenny. Very nice sales people!

I courted many, many dealers in several different states looking for the specific make and model car that I wanted. I found my Nissan Maxima at Allen and it was in great shape! Buddy (how could you -not- like a guy named Buddy?) came out and let me drive it, gave me a good deal on my trade, and took care of me the entire transaction. Upon the sale, he had it filled up, cleaned up, and even took care of my financing for me. What great service!! Thanks for a great experience!It is shameful that terms such as respect for the customer, presenting a clean car for purchase, and trust seem to be lost arts in car sales these days. Im glad that Allen Auto and Buddy havent forgotten that! Id buy from them again and recommend him to any and everyone!

I simply cant say that Ive ever had a more positive experience buying a car than I did at Allen Auto. Every step of the way, they completely exceeded my expectations on what I felt like the best case scenario would be at a car dealership. They were conscientious of my time, respectful of my budget and my financial situation, and even came back to me with a deal that was significantly better than what Id been expecting after quite a bit of research and shopping online beforehand. Ken Harris at Allen Auto has some Best Salesman awards on display in his office, and I have to say that from my perspective theyre absolutely well-earned.

Ive dropped by multiple times over the years, and have bought more than my share of vehicles... but never from them. The men that work in there never seem too keen on talking to or dealing with women. Ive always taken my business and my money right on down the road.

Try to at least be truthful to your customers. After finding a few issues with the vehicle I purchased, they promised to fix them as a goodwill gesture to keep me a happy customer, even though the issues may not have been covered under the limited warranty. Living over an hour away, I drove the vehicle down and dropped it off, and they called a week later saying it was good to go. Picked it up late at night, in the rain. Looked at it the next day and nothing had been done to it, which was confirmed by my local mechanic. Everything that had been leaking, was still leaking. Seems they kept it a week just to make it look like they were working on it. Guess I should have known since they never gave me a printout of the work that was done to it, even after I specifically asked for it. I would have been totally satisfied if they would have just been straight up with me from the get-go and said they wouldnt fix the issues, but I dont appreciate their deceitful practice.

The finance dept was great. I had issues with the vehicle and had to return it several times. The sales person lied to me on serveral occasions and went back on his word. There is no service after the sale. The customer is just another commission.

Horrible customer service. Was told not to be a douche by an employee when I asked why they wanted personal information not related to the reason I was there. Im no expert, but I dont think calling someone a douche is the way to get business.
