BEST OF THE BEST!!!!! I can not say enough about the awesome customer service I received. Joe, Isaac and Matt were top notch. The teamwork between the 3 was fabulous! I would first say that I have been purchasing vehicles since 1984. I am very particular with my vehicles.I had my pride and joy an x3 m40i serviced at Bluegrass BMW- Unfortunately, when I had received it back, I noticed a new ding in the drivers door - I notified Dan Darden- who immediately sent Gerald, a very courteous transporter to pick up my vehicle.The door ding was repaired bringing back the car to showroom condition. Gerald then drove the car to my home. I received the vehicle back vacuumed, washed and waxed.These days when it is easy to deny responsibility, Dan did the right thing repairing the ding. This further justifies my faith in Bluegrass BMW-I did fail to mention that the service department has always performed top notch service in the three years which I have brought my car to this facility- addressing issues the first time around.We as customers have choices where to service our vehicles- As a busy professional I rest assured that Bluegrass BMW strives to provide exceptional service which rivals Lexus and Mercedes.

Purchasing my fourth BMW, I searched nationwide for the right car, price and dealer. Bluegrass got my business because they were the most straight-forward and professional dealer of all those with whom I was talking. Aimee and Joe were timely and transparent and, in negotiating my purchase, more competitive than other dealers who had similar vehicles. I got the car I wanted at a very fair price. I chose to fly to Paducah to close the deal and take delivery. I was picked up at my hotel, and everything was ready when I arrived. The terms of our agreement were fully met, the business manager explained all of the documents, and Aimee patiently talked me through the cars features. All of the required paperwork was sent in good order to my states local vehicle registration office, so there were no hitches in getting it registered. This was, by a wide margin, my best BMW buying experience. I strongly recommend this dealership. Thank you, Aimee and Joe.

WENT IN TO GET OIL CHANGED. 2 DAYS OUT OF OIL CHANGE MY BMW ENGINE LOCKED UP & STARTED KNOCKING LIKE IT HAD NO OIL. THEY SENT A WRECKER OUT & TOLD ME MY LESS THAN 60K ENGINE HAD METAL SHAVINGS. HOW WOULD FRESH OIL HAVE METAL SHAVINGS & NOT HAVE HAD WITH THE OIL CHANGE?! I HAD TO PAY $14K FOR A NEW ENGINE. THE PADUCAH BMW DEALERSHIP WAS HATEFUL TO ME. THEY ACCEPTED NO FAULT! When the battery on my BMW328 failed, I was stranded in my driveway. Fortunately, I live fairly close to the BMW dealership. They brought a new battery to my home, installed it and drove the vehicle back to the service department for calibration. Within a few hours, I had my car back! I was on the hunt for a Certified Pre-Owned M2, and was having difficulty finding one that was new enough, gorgeous enough, and with low miles... until I stumbled across one at Bluegrass BWM. Sent an email to check availability, which started off the easiest, most enjoyable car-buying experience of my life.Salesperson Aimee Dial was not only super responsive to my unending questions (like... What color stitching is on the seats? and Whats the HP compared to the 2020 M2?), but she also has a wicked sense of humor and she made my car purchase fun. I know... rather atypical. This is not your typical dealership. The others I dealt with, Joe Langston (Sales Manager) and Matt Colburn (Finance/Business Dude) were similarly awesome and easy to work with.Bluegrass BMW made me a great deal on a barely used car, and made it really easy for me during the entire process. And let me add here, I live in Austin, Texas... about 850 miles from Paducah, KY... and where there are two BMW dealerships. I wasnt just going to pop down the street to pick up my new car. So heres what that looked like: they drove the car to Nashville where I was flying in from Austin, signed a few papers in the airport, and I took my car (full tank of gas, thank you!) on a 16 hour drive back home. They also have a paperwork expert that got all the title/licensing/registration details sorted out so Im all legit in Texas. And, bonus... I had a nice length of time to play around with the car and see how all the different driving modes work AND... I only got pulled over once on the drive home. And take a look at the gorgeous ride they hooked me up with!I would absolutely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Totally worth the drive to do business with these guys. I really appreciate all the little extras these guys did for me! Highly recommend!

I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW X5 in November of 2019 from Aimee and was so impressed with the extraordinary level of care and detail provided. Aimee and the entire team made the purchase process very easy. A few months after the purchase I had a minor issue with the car that should not have been covered under the warranty, but Joe (sales manager) and Dan (service manager) stood behind the car and made the repair. Low/no pressure sales), quick professional detailed responses and Joes meticulous FaceTime walkthrough of the car pointing out blemishes in the paint/interior, of which he noted and addressed, it was easy to buy the car without being there in person. After having good dealings with them for several years I went in for an oil change and was promised a loaner car to get back to work. Got a person there who said he was new, and told me no cars were available and fumbled around trying to find one for me. They stick me with some car they pull off the lot which is suspicious now in hindsight, I should have just walked away, but I go on.Then I drive to work and come back later that day as normal, and the guy has a second person perform a walk around, not him who did the original walk around and of course she finds an issue and I get stuck with a 600 dollar charge for a scuff under the bumper that either he just didnt see in the first place or perhaps even chose not to.Whether its new hires, new management, or some other change, I wouldnt go back and would advise others to do the same.Update:Dealer response was just for show on this review.

I have never enjoyed the experience of purchasing a new car until now!!! My husband and I just purchased a 750 xi. From the beginning (which was less than a week ago) Aimee Dial worked very hard to find us the car with only the options we wanted. She found it, and within 2 days, snagged it from the dock in Maryland and had it on the lot at Bluegrass!! My husband and I feel like we were treated fairly with price on trade in and finding BMW new car discounts for which we were qualified. Chance did the check out paperwork. I have never had such a bad experience in my life with the service department! This X5 is my 3rd BMW, and yesterday I called for service because my lights, windows, and entire left side is not working. The man that my husband talked to was short with my husband on the phone because we knew what was wrong with the car by the computer sy3and the manual. He gave us an appointment for 7 weeks from the day! How am I expected to drive my car in the coldest part of winter like this!???We call the dealer in St. Louis and got an appointment for 2 days later.....Apparent ly, Their Southern Hospitality is long gone!

The dealership needs to get a their employees under control when they take their vehicles out-of-town driving them. I was passing through Union City Tennessee and one of their black BMW SUVs with their dealership name on the back of it flew past me well over the speed limit then cut around a bunch of people in the emergency Lane to make a turn and then cut across three lanes in front of a bunch of cars without stopping to yield right away.

Everything about my experience at Bluegrass BMW was incredible! I drove almost three hours to come do a side by side comparison of the 2018 M240i and the 2018 BMW M2 and of course the M2 won! I am in the car business myself and this crew great at their job and exceeded my expectations! I had tried to get our local BMW as well as a few other BMW dealers to give me a great deal on a new M2 but they were too selfish! Joe Langston, the Sales Manager, made it very easy and fun to get me the M2!! Nick Miller was my sales consultant and he made the entire process seamless, and easy with zero pressure selling and great product knowledge. Nick even cleaned the Car himself because we were there so late without a detail dept. I had a blow out at 1130 pm in the middle of southern IL. I was lucky enough to find a hotel nearby and spent the next 2 hours trying to find tire repair shops in the area. Fortunately I remembered my beautiful little BMW Assist button. Within 5 minutes they had me scheduled for a tow to the nearest BMW dealer, which happened to be Bluegrass BMW. When I arrived in the morning the staff were incredibly friendly especially the Service Team (Charissa and Dan).It turned out that in addition to having 2 tires that needed to be replaced, I also had a badly bent rim. As fate would have it I was on a tight schedule and needed to be in Louisiana in a HURRY. Subsequently having to wait in line for a tire change and getting a rim ordered just werent going to work for me.The first thing that impressed me about the dealerships service team was their willingness to work me into their schedule to help get me back on the road quickly. But what really impressed me was that rather than charging me for a rim that they would have to order and keeping me waiting an additional day, they were able to provide me with a rim that was a spare that they had in store. It wasnt an exact match but they got me back on the road in record time. I am always impressed when companies are more concerned with their customers needs than making a dollar.The team at Bluegrass BMW went WAY above and beyond what I ever expected. Ive been to several dealerships in various cities and although BMW service is usually pretty good, this is a team of ROCKSTARS!I wish I could have Bluegrass BMW as my regular dealership. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!!!

My wife and I were driving through Kentucky (from NY) when we started to have some battery trouble. I searched for and called Bluegrass BMW and they said bring in the car to check it out. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful way beyond my expectations. Not only did they repair the car, they offered us a loaner (remember we are from NY, not regular customers), washed the car, AND removed all of our luggage and other stuff (this was the end of a 2-month road trip) and cleaned the interior, and then put everything back. I cannot say enough about the amazing service we received at Bluegrass BMW. We were on a road trip from Nashville to Chicago and had some car trouble. Kent went above and beyond to fit us in and get us back on the road in a timely manner. We had 2 60+ lb. lab mix dogs with us and the whole team were more than welcoming to them and even allowed the dogs to wait with us in the lounge. We even received a follow up phone call from Kent the next day to make sure we got home ok. Thank you all so much for the accomidations!

Went in to schedule an oil change and ask a few questions regarding my vehicle since I’m a first time bmw owner. They seemed extremely impatient and frustrated at every question or comment I made. I asked very simple things such as “where do I get a jack adapter” in response I was told in a very sarcastic tone “why would you need that? You don’t need that for your car.” Turns out I actually do need one. I stopped asking questions because they didn’t feel welcomed or appreciated. I understand these individuals are human and have emotion but leave your attitudes at home or at least try to see someone’s perspective as a first time bmw owner, people have questions. In conclusion, if you enjoy being grilled for not having as much knowledge as the high and mighty dealership employees then head down to bluegrass bmw. If you appreciate feeling like a valued customer no matter what, head elsewhere.

I can honestly say that they put me before themselves here, after Midas of Carbondale had destroyed my wheel lock key, I decided to come to the professionals. Once I arrived here I explained my issue and they said they would do the best they can. After sitting for 10 minutes they said their tool may break removing the locks but they would do their best. They came back said it took a lot of work but they finally fixed the problem and could now mount and install my tires. The customer service here is amazing and they honestly care about their customers. I will from now on drive or get my car towed the hour away to get my services done here. Not to mention they are probably the best dealer for service I’ve ever used surprisingly cheaper then most other shops as well. They are amazing here I would recommend them to any vehicle owner.

This is for the service department you charged me $127 dollars to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle told me it was vanos solenoids I bought two new ones oem cost $260.00 for both and you all wanted to charge me $500.00 for both and $200.00 labor for something that took me 15 minutes to put both of them in guess what that was not the problem so I call back and was told I would have to pay you again $127.00 to tell me it’s something else that’s not the problem I think I should get a refund or recheck my car for the problem and get it right

We were on our way from Naples FL to Chicago on a Sunday afternoon, when about 40 miles east of Paducah a clatter started on the drivers side front of our BMW. As we had planned to stay in Metropolis, we were pleased to learn that there was a BMW dealer across the river in Paducah. We arrived at Bluegrass BMW on Monday morning at 7:30 AM without an appointment and were greeted by Emily Fontalbert in a most friendly and professional manner. Although the service staff did not arrive until closer to 8, she immediately took down our information, introduced us to the Service Manager (Dan Darden), and they got our car in for an evaluation immediately. As the issue was not mechanical, there was no service charge for a detailed mechanical inspection, and as the broken part was not in stock, they securely bolted the loose piece to the undercarriage so we could continue on our trip--AT NO COST!!! I cannot express how tremendously pleased we were with the reception, professional service, and welcoming attitude we received--deserving a ranking well beyond 5 Stars--as we also received a free detail, and Eric did an exceptional job I wish we were closer to Paducah to use the services of this dealership on a routine basis. It goes without saying we recommend Bluegrass BMW for all of your vehicle needs. And as a small-town boy from Illinois and an ILLINI, it was also enjoyable to share some old Illinois HS basketball stories with Dan--most of mine were way too old for him to remember--except for the Cobden Appleknockers!!!
