Took a nice three hour drive to this location this past Saturday. Ben was the salesman and by far the nicest “salesperson” I have ever met. I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle this time…sorry Ben, but will definitely make the three hour road trip again in the future just based on my experience!!!

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from Nissan of Paducah. Specifically, the salesman Bruce. I went to Nissan of Paducah on Saturday, August 21st to look at a few Rogue’s. When Bruce came outside, I asked him how negotiable the price was on a specific one and he said “it’s not, the world isn’t what it used to be” blah blah blah and we asked “so does this price INCLUDE tax, title and license?” And Bruce said “Yes.” We then asked if there was still a warranty active on the vehicle to which Bruce said “It should still have the standard 5 year, 60,000 mile Nissan warranty with it.” Fast forward to sitting down to purchase the vehicle, Bruce goes “WOW! This car actually COMES WITH a 100,000 mile power train warranty so you still have about 60,000 miles left on it” and I’m ecstatic obviously. Come Wednesday, August 25th, four days after purchasing the vehicle, my oil change light comes on so I pull out the paperwork to see if there was fine print about things like this because I’m annoyed that they didn’t bother to change the oil and I had only driven it maybe 500 miles from the time of purchase, only to find out that Bruce lied directly to our face and charged us $1800 for that 100,000 mile warranty that he was raving about COMING WITH the vehicle. As well as charging me tax, tile and license fees. I called him on Wednesday, August 25th to express my concerns and see about returning the vehicle because it was a very shady and unprofessional experience. I called the office landline number, he says he has to call me back which he proceeds to call me from his cellphone, I can only imagine because he needed to step away so no one could hear how he was going to address the situation. & proceeds to tell me “I don’t care what you do with the warranty you can cancel it or keep it, it doesn’t matter to me but you’re not returning the car” I said I needed to speak to the manager and he said “call away, call whoever you want, I don’t care, you’re keeping that car”. He never once apologized or showed remorse or anything to rectify the situation or compensate for screwing me out of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. Sure, I should have triple checked the paperwork but I never once thought I was being lied straight to my face while asking these questions. I wanted a Nissan vehicle so I came to a Nissan dealership, expecting professional and honest service which was the absolute opposite of what I received. If I wanted to get the run around, I would have went to a back alley sketchy car lot. This was a stereotypical sleazy car salesman sale. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

The dealer sent me a Summer service offer of an oil change + tire rotation for $54.99. Service writer/manager did not no a thing about offer. Charged me $70+ for the service. I had to use my time and gas to come back to dealer to show service writer the Summer offer sent to me in order to get my over charged service refunded. This should never had happened. I may have to look elsewhere for my next oil change.

Was from out of state for a wedding when my transmission on my nissan was malfunctioning. Stopped in to the shop and began speaking with the person at the desk who started with I guess Im in front of the desk busy but go ahead and start telling me your problems in a rude tone. I began to tell him about the issues and how I was from out of town but was willing to pay any fees needed to have my car seen in an emergency. As I was telling him the issue he interrupted me and stated that unless I had an appointment the soonest he would get to my car was in august. I asked him if there were any other shops around that could look at my car as fast as possible and he then said I dont know man thats not my problem. Google it or leave your keys and we will call you when we get to it.I went to the paducah transmission down the road and they were amazing. Dont go to the nissan dealership in paducah
The service department went above and beyond to help and alleviate any issues.The mechanics also went into detail to help me understand what they found and what work was performed. Overall a great experience.

I went to Nissan to purchase a truck that was sitting out front. Clean truck all the way around, and I had an awesome salesman! Said that the truck had a 360° inspection, and nothing was wrong with it. After getting home I noticed that the unlock button doesn’t work at all. I took it back two days later, told them about the problem, and was told that the truck was sold as is and they wanted to charge me $1,500 to fix it. After putting a pretty penny down on the truck as it is. Not impressed with the company it self at all. Next time I look to buy, I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere.
I am from out of town and I broke down on my was to Nashville. Heather on the service team was amazing! She stayed late waiting for me to get towed in and hooked me up with a loaner so I could continue my trip. She stayed in contact for the whole month it took to fix me care. So grateful for awesome customer care!

We were traveling 500 miles from home Tuesday evening, when our Altima began running rough. We arrived at the Nissan service garage right away the next morning. They immediately got our car in for service so we could be on our way to the gulf coast.
I went for a recall on my Rogue. Jerry took great care of me. Easy in and Easy out. They even washed my Rogue. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to sit and visit with others.

Went to get my Kicks serviced. Was in and out quickly, and during the wait the waiting area was clean and pleasant. Jerry was knowledgeable and kind and informed me of what was serviced on the vehicle and of any problems that it had.

They knocked out my oil change within 20 minutes which was great bc I had my 2 year old with me. Even offered to wash my car but I didn’t have time. The service department has improved over the past 5 years - I plan on purchasing another vehicle within the next year and it will more than likely be with Nissan of Paducah, purely based on the customer services.

I had a 2012 Nissan Frontier with 166,000+ miles on it. Wanted a demonstrator but was told they were a rare find. John Thomas contacted me and said he thought he had something I would like. My experience with Nissan of Paducah was wonderful - heres why!On the day before Thanksgiving 2019 (11/27/2019 to be specific), my transmission went out on me in the middle of a road trip from Chicago to Georgia (I was traveling with my parents to be with family for the holiday). After being towed to Nissan of Paducah, I met Heather in the service department, who let me know that theyd take a look at my vehicle and let me know what was going on. While I was waiting with my parents in the waiting room, I met Stan, one of the car salesman. Stan let me know that if necessary, he could get me into a new vehicle that day. I told him Id be open to talking about it, BUT, I wasnt going to make any quick decisions. During my talk with Stan, Heather let me know the unfortunate news - my repair costs, including labor would run me about $5200! Now, I knew I couldnt pay that, so I started thinking to myself WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?!? I decided to go ahead and try to get a car rental from the Enterprise next door to Nissan, but they had a wait list of about 12-20 people ahead of me. At this point, it was about 2pm in the afternoon the day before Thanksgiving, and I was about 6 hours from home and 6 hours from my intended destination... and all I was financially prepared to cover was the cost of GAS and fast food on the trip (not a $5200 repair nor the cost of a new car)! I let Heather know that it wasnt going to be likely that I got a car rental from Enterprise, but she told me that shed have to check, but she thought she may be able to get me a rental through Nissan... and she was! So, I left the Nissan dealership and went along my way to Georgia. On the Friday after Thanksgiving, I called Nisan corporate to simply inquire about if they offered any assistance to customers for repairs, and to my surprise, they were able to assist me! During the 2 weeks after my transmission went out, I received nothing but SUPERB customer service from both Heather and Stan. Heather kept me in the loop with updates and Stan continued to check in on me and to offer assistance to thin through whether or not Id get a new vehicle. After having the rental car for a few days, it needed an oil change, so Heather told me to bring it on my by to the dealership on my way back, which I did/ On that day I got to meet Dedra, the owner of Nissan of Paducah, and got the chance to say hello to Heather and Stan. While there, I happened to mention that I overall was okay with stopping in Paducah because I found out the grocery store across the street from the dealership sold one of my favorite brands of ice cream (Blue Bell), which isnt sold in Chicago, so I was going to take the opportunity to buy some to eat on my trip home to Chicago. Well, fast forward to yesterday, 12/12/19 - I went to pick up my Nissan Rogue because the repairs were finally finished. On the way there, I got a voicemail from Heather saying that she may be at lunch when I arrived, but to make sure I waited for her because she had something for me. Once I got to the dealership and settled my bill, Heather came out with something behind her back - IT WAS A BAG OF SEVERAL PINTS OF BLUE BELL ICE CREAM in several flavors! She let me know that she and the owner, Dedra, wanted to gift me with that since I mentioned my love for the brand and how I couldnt always get it since its not sold in Chicago. While tearing up and thanking everyone for how nice they had been to me during this time, I asked for Stan so I could say goodbye to him, but they let me know that he would be back soon because he had to go across the street for something. I said okay and proceeded to wait for him. When Stan came back... he presented me with TWO GALLONS OF BLUE BELL ICE CREAM!!! I was tickled pink and sooooooo happy! This was the best experience out of a stressful situation. I may not have purchased a vehicle from them this time, but I 2000% would drive back to Paducah from Chicago to purchase a vehicle from them in the future. The entire team down there is AMAZING and are now my Nissan family!!!

Bought our new truck here. My husband had called because we live out some distance. Ben Thompson, the sales associate he spoke with was so very helpful and knew his stuff! We went in the next day and bought the truck! Ben was dynamite to work with and helped us out when we forgot a couple of things from our trade-in and had return to retrieve them.

Purchased vehicle little over a year ago. The bottom guard under bumper keeps falling down. Has been reclipped 5 times. Last time was this past Monday and didnt last a week. Clips fall out just driving down the road. All I have asked for is a permanent fix. Apparently there isnt one. Find it to be poor quality. I will not purchase another Nissan.

Went in for a $14.95 oil change and two recalls on software. I agreed to pay for two filters and tire rotation. My total bill came to $159.00. How is that for a shocker?

Absolutely terrible experience. They could not give me a correct price on a vehicle. Car listed for one price online and they tried to charge 1000 more and act like they were unaware of their online prices. Also felt like it was the most stressful experience Ive had buying a vehicle. Went down the street to Honda and was in and out with a bran new vehicle with no underlying fees or changes in prices. Will not be doing any future business with Paducah Nissan.
