I did not get my eye exam here, but I will from now on. (I’m new to the area)Mrs. Ellen L. from the moment I walked through the doors of the(extremely clean) store was not only professional and friendly but showed great knowledge of the eyeglass selection available. I was visiting family from out of town with my girlfriend and she ran out of contacts and needed to get some testers to make the drive home. Luke went above and beyond to get contacts that would work for her and was extremely friendly. Highly professional and clean!

I had a great thorough eye exam. The eye doctor checked all parts of my eyes and was very professional and polite. I was done with my eye exam in about 30 minutes. The sales team helped me find a great pair of glasses and sunglasses that looked good and felt great. They also explained the differences between a an invisible line and traditional line bifocal lenses. I would definitely recommend looking at LensCrafters to get your eyes examined.

I love going to LensCrafters. Everyone is always so helpful. My eye doctor is just in the office next to the store. It makes it so handy to get my eyes examined and shop for glasses or contacts after Im finished at the doctor. I would highly recommend Dr Mansfield. We needed a new pair of eyeglasses for my mother-in-law, who is 93 and has severe dementia. Adam Peek was able to read her existing glasses and get the prescription, performed a yeoman job repairing her broken frames, and created beautiful new frames for her. I would walk barefoot across broken glass to use this LensCrafters store.

Thorough eye exam, best fitting I’ve ever had! Will recommend to everyone.

Its been 3 months & they cant find my glasses. Now i wait longer while they reorder. While trying to get options of what i can do. ADAM left me on hold for 1 hour & 41 minutes. Hes rude & talks over you instead of listening. When asked for a regional manager he says he wont give out any names or numbers.the customer service line says they cant help with in store orders only online orders.your told you can only deal with the store. PLEASE, do not waste your time with lenscrafters !!!!!

Dr. Mansfield and his staff are wonderful and made me feel very comfortable and like family during my exam and while explaining my benefits and options for ordering contacts/glasses. I highly recommend the Mansfield Eye Clinic!

I came in to buy new frames to put encroma lenses in, as I have previously purchased frames here. I have not been spoken to at all by any employee. I’ve been in here about 20 minutes and another customer came in and they greeted her immediately. All in all it has been a very poor experience and I more than likely will not return to buy frames here.
