Dr Beliles and his staff are fast and efficient. I definitely recommend this office. He actually discovered an optic nerve issue with one of my children that my past opthalmologist did not catch. Thank you for your work and we will be back in the future!
Dr beliles gave me an excellent exam, I was very comfortable, and confident in his work. I got my glasses quickly, and can see well.
Was told glasses would be in ob a Saturday. They didnt come. Was told by another associate that it could ve a few more days. Called on Monday. Was told to call back. Called today (tuesday) at least 4 -5 times and no one will answer. Im working so I cant just walk in to check. Busy or not they should still answer their phone. My job would fire me if I didnt answer, busy or not.
If I could give 0 stars I would! The woman that waited on us, Lana E., never asked if we had insurance. When we got up to the register and she told us the total, I asked if insurance covered any of that. She acted like insurance of any kind wasnt accepted and reluctantly asked what insurance we had. I told her we had VSP. I knew they accepted our insurance because everyone that my husband works with with the same insurance goes there! She said oh we dont accept that here, do you just want to suspend the transaction? I said no its fine he needs the glasses. We paid and went out to the car where we called the insurance company to see if theyd been dropped by Walmart recently. They definitely had not been and the customer service rep offered to call the woman and see what was up for us. She called two different times with us on hold. The first time was a no answer, the second time she answered and put the customer service rep on hold. There had been no one in the Vision Center when we arrived or at any time during the visit. I decided to go back in to see if they had gotten THAT busy since we left. Lana E. was sitting at a desk playing on her phone when I walked back in. I told my husband what I saw so we went back in and told her we had called the insurance company and that we are covered at the Walmart Vision Center. She did a refund - no apology - and still insisted they did not accept VSP. During this time, the VSP customer service rep called back and a new lady in the vision center answered and put her on hold so she could talk to the lady waiting on us. Lana answered the phone and even said they dont accept the insurance there. A moment later she was off the phone and entering our insurance into the system because they do, in fact, accept our insurance. This woman was rude and I dont feel like she did her job.
Good service, overall. However, you can identify a Walmart business by long lines and solitary workers.
Dr Chris is always the best for the Ballards
Cheap frames and checkups. Quality and selection can sometimes be an issue.
