I ordered a guitar from them a month ago, paid cash over the phone with a receipt. A week later I got ghosted after being told I would get a tracking number. Not once did I get the tracking number. No communication. Phones never are answered and then stopped working. Finally when threatening to take them to court if they did not communicate with me they responded stating it came back to them and they would reship it to me again (this being a Monday) on Wednesday I ask for a tracking number and they told me someone picked my guitar up. Without contacting me or any verification from me personally, they just handed it over to JUST anyone. Now I have no guitar, they won’t refund my money and I have to file a small claims against them. I do NOT recommend virtual shopping with this company!

Straight shooters, gave me a great price on a DeArmond T400, shipped it, and it arrived in a condition better than listed. Fully functional, setup properly, with original case. Would buy again from these guys 👍
