Great location. Staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The Geek Squad is very well trained and knows their stuff. Phone repair guy doesn’t come in until noon, so don’t come early. Lots of inventory all year round and they have access to the rest of the mall for any other shopping needs.

I dont typically review huge chains because the staff is regulated at a faceless Corp and doing their best for little money but Im making an exception this time. I ordered an action figure (see photo) and it was shipped without a box and with a huge sticker on the front. This is an asinine policy that needs to be fixed because the poor lady that handed it to me said, people are always complaining about beat up merchandise. Uggh, do better than this!!

Not a bad store at all just kindof small and not alot of selection. Got a 1k tv for 800$ during black friday a couple years back. They have one of the best warranty services too

I Love best Buy, but not the work the Geek Squad did mounting my TV, they Put it up and its Leanings! And they didnt run the wires as advertised.

Very helpful staff! We were greeted almost as soon as we entered. The gentleman, wish I remembered his name, knew where to go in the TV section for what we needed and was knowledgeable about the computers as well. Answered all our questions!

Would have been a better experience had the guy working the computer section not spoken over the top of my head to my husband about the gaming computers when I was the person that wanted to buy a computer.

The Paducah Best Buy has always been my go to for electronics shopping. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Went through a process trying to pick a monitor last year and they were quite helpful and understanding when I went through 3 buy and returns before finally picking one.

The manager was very rude to me and didnt have basic knowledge of what a 9v adapter was. I understand theyre getting ready to close but he could of been more courteous. He rudely pawned me off on some associate who didnt know what it was either. Worst Best buy ever.

The young man helping us was new to his job, but was being helped by a more experienced employee. No wait time. Easy in and out.

On one hand, its awesome to have a store to go look around and see all the technology.On the other hand, I try to look up the stuff they sell online and its always cheaper. Even the used deals on things cant compete with eBay. I seriously saw a headset for $60 on clearance at Best Buy which costed $25 online.

They were on point! From selection of products to amazing customer service, this place rocked! Will definitely do more business here in the future.

Hands on is the way to go when buying the latest technologies. At this location you can see, touch and even try many of the items before you buy. I found this location to be very organized and the shelves were well stocked with the latest and greatest technologies. it was very sparse with customers when I was there, but this may have just been the time of day.

I researched a cordless phone system online, looked on their website to purchase & did a pick up curbside @ store. Seemless transaction without having to wait to be shipped! Didnt even have to go inside! Thanks, Best Buy!

Best buy has the best selection of electronics and appliances. I shop at Best Buy for all my electronic and appliance needs. I get great products and great explanation of those products from the knowledgeable staff.

Got hung up on after waiting on hold then called back and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. If you dont have enough associates to also be able to pick up phone lines then dont be in business.

Just a pass-thru visit while walking the mall. My sister recognized a sales rep from when she bought something at the first of July - he remembered her and asked if she was pleased with the item!

What happened!!!....games minimal, now appliances, but much higher than Lowes or home Depot. Displays not impressive... Sad, used to be the go to place...

Unbelievably bad service, especially from the Geek Squad. We scheduled having an iPhone battery changed, and after my wife drove an hour for the appointment, they apparently cancelled the appointment without letting her know. My wife made another appointment, only this time I called in advance to make sure they didnt hose us again, and lo and behold they cancelled the appointment again due to the specialist being out. When I asked why they dont call to let people know, his answer was well we try our best to let people know. Chalk one up for participation trophies and trying your best is good enough mindset that has taken over raising the last generation. We will not be returning to Paducah Best Buy for anything whatsoever.

Just browsing asked associate about two canon cameras. The associate very knowledgeable, glad he could help .

I love best buy, but seriously, just answer your phones. I am not the only one having issues here either. Some people just have simple questions they want to ask and not have to drive half way across town to find out. Wondering if I should just call corporate and help everyone out here. Maybe they can teach these employees of theirs how to answer a phone.

Great place for anything electronic you could want to buy. Prices are about as low as you will find at other stores.

The manager who walks like a turtle is arrogant. Not everyone works in air conditioned and carpeted retail stores, tough guy. In todays world a salesman should be happy to answer a few questions. My daughter will pick out a laptop on Amazon. With the savings shell get some accessories too.

Not much help in the computer department, guy didnt explain things, I just dont think he knew much. But, when I was there a few weeks ago a guy that helped me was great and was so knowledgeable, wish he had been there again!

Very friendly staff and very cooperative. I exchanged and upgraded my 1 week old Lenovo tablet for a new Samsung.Very happy with my experience.

Found what I wanted. Had to chase someone down to get the GoPro out of the locked display case. The employee that we found acted as though he had better things to do than to help me.

Didnt purchase anything but. No personal attention. One guy did smile as he went past. Since the world is opening back up hopefully thats why it was so cold. And warehouse feeling. Will try again.

This retail location has seen better days. They are plagued with low or non existent inventory, inflated prices, and extremely scarce staff. They stand as the last bastion of electronics retailers and are fading fast.

Curtis was absolutely 💯 helpful and kind. He explain the technical making of a computer in words that this non-technical woman can understand. He was kind and personable. He was very relatable.

It was OK except that we was there about 15 minutes and a sprinkler broke where they store inventory and set off fire alarm. Everyone had to leave and couldnt go back in for a few hours. Plus I wish their items was cheaper. Lol

They were on the floor offering to help in most areas. Every one had a mask on and they were nice and courteous.

I understand only having so many people in the store, but asking why youre there and only letting you in if no one else is shopping for the same item. Huh?? I appreciate that they are open. I only go out on a limited basis, we needed something for work.

I would give it a 5 star but it took about half hour to get some help with tv questions but once I was approached things went very well.

Poor, poor Lucas had to deal with us today in mobile phones. We avoided long waits at the AT&T store by going to Best Buy and purchasing a phone. Lucas’ customer service was over and beyond. He really was great to deal with in a slightly annoying situation...that was our fault. Go see Lucas! And Best Buy, pay his phone bill this month!

Wasnt much help I ordered a tripod and it didnt meet my expectations

Do not call best buy apparently the phone number does not go to the store itself but according to 2 associates goes to a st Louis or somewhere so you can not reach the actual store at all. Sat on hold for 40 mins had to drive all the way up there to find out they didnt have what I was looking for so wasted my time and gas for nothing.

I bought a 3 yr protection plan and first they refused to help me then when they finally did help me they told me it would take 3 weeks and the best they could you do in the meantime for my laptop is if I wanted to buy a nother laptop and return it after 14 days and then buy another one and then return that one so that I could have a laptop while mine was getting fixed but yet I can go to someone local and get them to fix my computer in a week without having to get a new laptop and I can take mine home until the part comes in dont get Geek Squad they are useless and FYI the only way I got the information about getting another laptop to take the place of mine well mine was being fixed was by going online from outside the store in my truck

Bought a new TV, asked if it needed any new cords, the old TV, had old screw in cable, he said no just plug it in and good to go, 2 days later we are calling direct TV, and all it needed was a HDMI cable. Best buy, I blame on you, is there any training involved here. This was hours on the phone days later, because he had no idea????

Good in store experiences. Poor customer service if you call in to ask questions on appliance delivery. You will be put on hold and cannot get anyone to speak with.

They have the products I want. Had to exchange a coffee maker I bought because the water tank was broken. Quite and easy exchange.

No customer service at all. Employees standing about gossiping with floor manager.Floor manager had a discrepancy about me wanting to make sure items stocked are priced accordingly. Then disputes whether or not they can remove item from case to purchase it. Not very good service. Looks like they are going out of business buy the shelves and non maintained carpet. Looked old. Not effectively communicating except amongst the gossip group of about 7. 👎

The stove I order took 3 weeks to come in. It was a big dent on the top. So I went into the store. They found me another one to replace it. Now it would only be 5 more ore weeks if I had ordered it. I call that pretty bad!!!!

Best Buy in Paducah, KYPretty sad company that does not offer Military Discount, I talked to a couple of their employees and they don’t agree with the company not offer the Military Discount either. Just remember ungrateful people you live and eat and peace because of the military. You don’t even have a clue what Military people go threw when fighting for your “FREEDOM”. Very sad store.

Guess Im used to going to Best Buy and being acknowledged by the associates. Well, not here! Theyll stand being there counters on their phones. I needed two items which took me awhile to find as Im not familiar with this store. I found one item but not the other. I decided to put it back because it was inappropriate to do business with this store.

Always helpful, and the staff is very professional. Theyve always been able to assist me, in all my computer questions and needs.

I understand that associates get busy with other customers. I stood inline waiting for approximately fifty minutes. Everything was going slow but you have to be patient. Finally one of the associates was ready to help me. He asked what I needed and the process started. about three minutes in to our exchange one of the other associates needed help with the customers they were helping for the last fifty plus minutes. The associate that was helping me walked over and set down to help them. Just left me standing there. All the other associates walked off. Buying my phone someplace else. Horrible customer service.
