If you are seeking quality customer service and sears representatives that are knowledgeable about the products, dont waste your time going to this store. Take the drive to Vegas if you are seeking parts or call the customer service hotline for technical questions regarding Craftsman products.The employees here are in a serious need of product education. I would speculate that their management doesnt take the correct initiative to properly train their employees. Theres also an apparent lack of care and customer appreciation at this store with their employees.

Amazing customer service. We bought a refrigerator, washer, dryer and BBQ Grill. Our refrigerator ended up being to big for the cabinet it was going into, Sears Hometown gladly helped us find another that would fit. We would highly recommend buying anything at Sears Hometown.

Buyers beware! Sears is selling washing machines that are defective and Sears is not being honest or responsible to its customers bout its product. I purchased a Kenmore Elite washer made by LG I had the machine for one year and the unit stopped working and displayed a code of E6 that indicated it had a problem with the clutch, I found out the unit was not manufactured with a clutch period. When I called Sears to see what I could do and get information about the warranty and possible repair work I was told I could get a an extended warranty to cover the defective part! When I called back I was hung up on several times, so I called back again! and again! and again! When I finally spoke to someone that help me I was told that my washer was not covered and would not be extended a warranty for short term defective washers and it was my problem! Good Luck! They will not give us our refund. We have been back n forth with them and Sears on the phone since June24th. Very disappointed. Tried to help locally and this is how we are treated.We need our money. This is over $3500.00.

I had a Craftsman Torque wrench go bad on me that I had received as a gift nearly a year ago. A store employee named Devon was able to find the purchase on the computer so I could get it replaced at no charge. Thanks Devon.

This sears is great, especially Devon. I buy a lot of my tools here and they are always right on top of the warranty service anytime one of them breaks, I highly recommend them to anybody.

I did not go here. I went to the dollar store in the same parking lot.

We are moving to Pahrump the end of the month and will need appliances for the new house. Michael answered the phone...was confused by my question about delivery and handed the phone over ro someone who didnt id himself, but rudely answered my question. I asked if they could make an exception on the delivery days since we would be buying 4 big appliances and he said NO! I then asked about other stores in town and he said he wasnt going to help me go to his competitors...he lost a huge sale by being rude on the phone...I would have accepted his delivery day had he used good customer service!!!
