Had a very knowledgeable employee help us out. Very happy with the atmosphere. Have not been inside for over a year but needed something that my husband had no idea what I was describing. Clean store, friend check out host, and all around great experience.

I spend a lot of money here being a homeowner and its close to my house but most of the employees arent helpful at all. Sometimes you get a good one but most of the time you get a pointer. Its over there.

Can never find anyone to( or wants) to help, and when you do find someone they tell you that, that isnt their department and they cant help you.. So why were they working in that area????? Girls at the registers are always nice and helpful.

Went in to grab a couple items to finish a home project. They had what I was looking for and the prices were not bad. The store is celebrating 4th of July with a lot of deals. Staff is great as always. BIG call-out to the employee Ray who is always courteous and helpful. Great customer service!

I do not understand why it is so difficult to get a quote for installation services. Every single time I come in here I wait around for 30 minutes while 2 or more employees try and figure it out and and eventually tell me they dont know how to do it.I was just in again today (September 26th) and spent 25 minutes standing around at the service desk while Tony and Chris tried to figure out how to give me a simple quote on installation of a bathroom fixture. In the end I get the same old well our system is just too complicated we cant figure out how to use it! excuse before being told Ill have to try again another day.I then speak to the manager, who tells me the same thing, that there is NO way to tell me how much the installation will cost. Apparently my only option is to buy the fixture, have them do the install, and be prepared to blindly pay whatever the bill turns out to be in the end. Instead of blaming it on the system she blames it on the location, lack of support from corporate, the install companies they work with, and just about anything else she could think of before again turning me away from making the purchase.I really cannot fathom a business like this being okay with turning away customers due to either a lack of training or terrible processes.

This is typical of any Home Depot Ive ever been in. Its clean and well-organized Im sure if you know where youre supposed to be going and what youre supposed to be getting. But some of us are a little less Home Improvement inclined and find ourselves wandering the store for hours on end like a maze. Not once did anybody ask if I needed help. I was probably a good choice because I probably wouldnt even know how to explain what I needed. But theres a huge selection of items and the people seemed friendly although I didnt converse with anyone. I guess I would recommend this place especially if you are well-versed in the Home Depot language.

The only thing I dont like is the newer works tell you to look it up on your phone... why do you have a job then. Do some work people.....

This Home Depot had everything that l needed to have some smoke alarms & 2 fire extinguishers. Plus...of course l bought a beautiful Easter Lily & some plants seeds. Would definitely recommend!! The staff is always their to help you out. Check out is easy too.

Fast in and out. Found what I needed

I went today and got perfect service from Katey over at the gardening area thumbs up for her treat you like you want to be treated no matter age color or race!

I bought a pallet of cellulose blow in insulation and needed to rent the machine. The process took a little time, but the employees helped load it in my vehicle. The machine is very heavy, so be sure you have someone to help you unload it and load it back in your vehicle to return it. The machine itself looks a bit beat up, dusty, and has probably seen better days, but it worked like a charm! Follow the safety precautions. Be sure you load from the side that has the on/off switch for both the power and the agitator. That way, if you need to quickly turn it off, you can. Be prepared to get dirty! The cellulose insulation does not itch like the fiberglass insulation. I thought it might be helpful to show a few photos of the machine itself. Its a two-person job. One to load and one in the attic to blow it in. With two people, we blew in 1,000 lb of blow in cellulose insulation in the attic and about 5 hours or so. Of course it took time to clean up because its dusty! I think the most interesting thing I saw when loading the hopper, was a Rice krispie treat wrapper that was part of the insulation. I also saw quite a few twisty ties.

Good store..wish it was bigger with larger inventory.

Pedro, Juno, and Crystal were very helpful with great advice to help us get the things we need and save money to mitigate after this flood we just had. I find all the employees at this location very helpful courteous and enjoyable to deal with every time I visit. Mikey likes it! 😎

All their carts were being used for their inventory or whatever they were doing; and, I couldnt get the scooter through some of the aisles near the restrooms. A little bit of planning & consideration for disabled would be appreciated. Usually, a good store.

This place is a mess. Employees are rude and most of the time they have no clue where things are located. I was in plumbing asked a couple of questions and the older gentleman that was there had no idea where some fittings where. I ended up finding them myself.

Instead of helping me, the lady at the front desk was giving me directions to the competition down the street. Lazy rude employees. I had to stock the shelves myself to make my purchase. Ive only been to this store 4 times in 5 years. Its always the same story. Cant find what Im looking for, lazy employee lies to me and says that my item is out of stock. Then I find the product Im looking for on top of a shelf in a cardboard box. I think I know the inventory better than the employees. How low does your IQ have to be to work at this store? And Rude on top of it! This Home Depot Location SUCKS!

Yall need to get rid of the rats running around inside. My wifes not going back in there until the rats are gone. If you need help locating them, take a look at isle 50. Plenty of bird seed and rat droppings for you to investigate.

Very over priced on alot of their merchandise. Was looking at lounge chairs they wanted 119.00 and for the exact same brand at Wal-Mart was 54.00. Wont be shopping there for awhile.

Everything we got was good, but Im handicapped & so is my husband who was with Me. We went into the Nursery Side, following a Young Man who worked there, bringing a Electric Cart with a Dead Battery. We got inside & asked about other Carts, he had a Radio & said that he would Check, we stood there for a while but Standing Hurts Both of Us so We Assumed he would find out or walk to the area, instead he didnt do anything except ask on his Radio & say I dont know! So we decided to just walk so my husband went to find his items in the main part of the store & I went to the Plants. While there I was hoping for someone to Ask about buying Plants to Attract Hummingbirds, same Problem Different Reason! No one there to Help or Answer any questions! The Woman at the Outside Register was Very nice but was Not Familiar with Any Plants since She Bounces around Asstd. Registers, which I understand! The Home Depot advertises they have Lots if Help to Help You Find what You need, we needed Help but got Nothing! ☹️

Went there looking to buy a new dishwasher and the sales person was excellent. Got cool points for being dressed as a dinosaur and let us know that dishwashers would be on sale for black Friday soon. Thank you for saving us money and for knowing whats going on with sales.

Needed a new microwave. Went to the kitchen department and a young girl immediately came up to us and asked if we needed help. We were looking at the wrong ones. They were for above the stove so she pointed us in the right direction for stand up models. She even asked if we wanted her to go with us so she could answer any questions we might have. This is the first time we ever got such help. She was so sweet and kind. Wish I would have gotten her name.

Not crowded, masks required. A older man, military veteran that covers the isle with PVC pipe and plumbing is the person to go o for questioning. This man knows what he is doing and talking about. Thank you to this Vet.👍👌👊

Friendly staff.Bringing down to 2 stars BECAUSEWe are buliding our home here and literally after spending thousands of dollars at this store we came up 12 sheets of siding short to finish. Went down to get some they told us they discontinued the product. I checked other stores and many had 20 to 40 sheets in stock. They said they wont ship from one store to the other but if I found a carrier I could pay for it and they would let the carrier pick it up. Spending thousands at Parump store 12 sheets short and I did get to bad but sorry. No warning of a discontinue. I have to shop this store only one within 100 miles. YOU BE THE JUDGE! Very dissapointed in Home Depot so much for loyal or perfered customer here.

Low on stock lately. People were very nice. Made the lack of available items easier to deal with. Since its the holidays I guess thats to be expected.

Decent place out in little Pahrump, nice folks to deal with.

The employees are always so helpful and sweet.

Most products are available but customer service is the worst. We are remodeling but help to load at this store is just never offer, is luke pulling teeth to get loading empmoyees to help. To the point that we waited 40 minutes to get help to load in one instance. No communication between cashiers and loaders. :(We do aporeciated the veterans parking space.

Well I remodel homes for a living and just about everything you need Is at your fingertips! from the slab to the roof everything in between at a comparable price. Enjoy your visit oh and say hi to jack at the pro desk if I put have any questions because he has all your answers .
