Michael Hancock & Charly were both extremely kind and very friendly. I was given a bid to do my 2007 Honda Pilot on 1/4/21 for a hole and a deep scratch that needed repair. I was given a whole estimate for all the things that were already there when l bought the car. The bid was more than l had just bought the car for. I was impressed as l DID get a call back from them. I explained that I had only paid a lot less for my car than their estimate. I wasnt going to run it through my car insurance as l didnt want to take the chance to raise my rates. They were going to just do the door repair only and do it for the same price of Als Auto Body in Pahrump. I decided to go with Als as they gave me the option to make some payments.

Our grandparents vehicle was involved in a accident. Them having no knowledge about insurances now days ended up by Mike and Chris aka A1 Auto Body . There car was very poorly repaired. They received the money from insurance and did a terrible job. We are coming down there to fix this situation for them. As far as this place being a honest or a professional shop forget about it. They did a extremely poor job they are very shisty as soon as they take your money. They will not answer once they recognize your phone number. Highly suggest you take your vehicles somewhere else. Please be very careful might end up worth your money just taken.

Great body shop owner was very knowledgeable and helped every way he could the downfall was is AAA the insurance company would not allow me to get a rental car until they were able to start on the vehicle which they could not do because the insurance company did not want to pay the money they needed to fix my car so its been drawn out until I can get a vehicle lined up at the same time when Im not down in San Diego

I love being welcomed by Hailey the sweet daughter of the owner. Who has a smile on her face when I rack my Jeep and first walk into the shop. I just love working with Hailey! she had kept me up to date on my Jeep... When my Jeep was done, I was shocked at it. It looks like it was brand new sitting in a car dealership! Seems like management has changed. I went there a couple years ago and was not happy. I decided to give them another chance. First contact was very respectful. They went out of there way to make me feel like I was in the right place. Not too many people are knowledgeable about the Jaguar air suspension system. Its complicated with many parts. Just like any business, acquiring parts can be a nightmare. The insurance adjuster didnt want to give enough for parts, New parts would have been over $6000.00 and he wanted to total the car. I wanted the car fixed. He agreed to fix it with used parts if the body shop would agree to it. They said they would. I would have settled for any parts they could get, but they didnt. They acquired OEM parts and installed them. It was not their fault that the parts didnt work. They had to order new parts and do all the work over and didnt even charge for it. They even worked with me on my deductible. I paid $300.00. They seen that my front tires were bad and put really nice used tires on at no charge. Its hard to find a business with integrity, but thats what you will find at Auto Body Connection in Pahrump, Nevada. I definitely recommend this business and give them an A rating

They painted my Jeep doors perfectly, were pleasant and helpful. The price was right too.Its nice having a trusted business here in Pahrump. Sure beats driving an hour to Las Vegas.Edit Ok, they also repaired my pickup after the bed was damagedCant even tell the the truck had a new bedside installed.Edit again!My Jeep was in a crash. They fixed the front end and did another superb job. Paint looks perfect. The Jeep is back!
