Jim and James at Saitta Trudeau Collison are beyond top notch when it comes to customer service. The fiasco with my truck is interesting in itself. Jim (Kentucky Jim) has gone above and beyond. He made my day last Thursday. Cant wait to see my truck. If I could give them a 10 rating I would.

I have had some of my worst experiences in there service department. My last experience was not pleasant at all. I had just paid $4000, on my way out (after paying of course)Zack the service manager told me i was having bigger problems i honestly would have paid double to have my truck fixed. I didnt even make it home without engine lights popping. If you want communication, not the place! I have gotten to the point of being scared to deal with them. Like i said, i was willing to pay double! Ouch!

These folks are wonderful so far. They analysed the issue and ordered the part, all on a walk in!
