This was the first time, there were many, I went to buy a vehicle that I was out, with the new vehicle, in less then 2 1/2 hours. That was great. No hassle, easy to negotiate, friendly people. Even the finance person didnt push all the extras, just presented them and had me make the decisions without the hard core sales. Great place.

My tire warning light came on. Brought my car in to have them put air in. While doing so, I ask if they had time for a quick oil change. They said sure, no problems. It’ll take about 30 minutes. Great….

Since they are down on inventory the sales person we spoke with was more like a hungry shark than a knowledgeable salesperson. Very pushy and after being informed of what we were looking for, (they did not have it) tried to convince us to try other vehicles that they had on the lot which were not SUVs that we were NOT interested in.

My father has been buying cars from this dealership for many many years now and now hes brought me to this dealership to buy my truck. This is the second car I’ve purchased from here and our dealer, that always helps us when we come to purchase our cars, Craig Swan is always on top, professional, friendly and patience! Everything requested was done professionally. This was my first time at the dealership. I just moved into Pahrump.

The battery was going bad, and it was replaced. During the replacement process something was bumped and was loose when a bump was hit the check engine came on. I went back and talked to the service writer, and she got me in right away the problem fixed within an hour. Everything is working good.

Weve bought two brand new cars at this dealership and just bought another brand new Tahoe through their company branch. Its always a great experience at Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza and management went beyond the call of duty assisting us getting a rare model when it just came off the truck. Great communication too, even after the purchase. As sales people change at car dealerships over the years, its key to deal with the right sales person to have a good customer experience. As far as we know, this dealership had the same management for about a decade, so thats a good point regarding integrity and quality as theyre definitely doing things right. Also, their Service Department is very good and we serviced our GM vehicles there since 2012. Its a nice facility and very relaxing. Although we live in Las Vegas, we enjoy driving over the hill to Pahrump to this dealership. I brought my 2020 GMC Denali H-D 3500 in because my engine light came on and onstar reported my emissions control had a problem. 2months later and 8, yes I said 8 visits to dealership they could not figure it out, they eventually blamed it on my Banks tuner I had which is GM compliant as the problem. They literally just gave up on me. I took it to Findlay Chevrolet in Vegas and they figured it out right away and obviously it had nothing to do with the Banks tuner lol.Denise my service rep was excellent, she was the only good thing about my business there. It’s sad to know my local Chevy dealership is so poorly staffed with less than average mechanics. I don’t even trust them to change my oil. My son has had problems as well. Findlay Chevrolet is such a pleasure to work with compared to Pahrump Valley Auto Mall. They lost out on my whole families business and we own 5 GM vehicles. I can honestly say that Pahrump Valley Auto made me reconsider being a GM guy, that’s how frustrating this whole experience was. Thanks Findlay Chevrolet for picking up the slack and restoring my confidence in GM.

Let me set the record straight. I am from Huntington Beach, CA and I had a particular trim, color and model that I was looking for. The closest one that I found happened to be at Pahrump, 270 miles away from me. I put in a request to be contacted just to see what could be done, not thinking that I would encounter one of the best sales people in the business - Frank. Frank is a straight shooter and doesnt pressure you into the sale. If he doesnt know an answer to a question, hell tell you he isnt sure unlike other sales people who will make up an answer to make the sale.Being that this is my first out-of-state purchase of a vehicle, Frank, Wayne (sales manager), and Brian (Finance) gave me the expectations from the beginning.Because I could go on and on about how great of a team is at Pahrump, Ill keep it short and sweet...Frank drove my new vehicle so we could meet half way, and drove my trade-in back to the dealership so I didnt have to make the 4 hour trip. Documentation was handled before the trip so all we had to do was sign at the meeting point.If you want service that goes over and above expectations, Frank is your guy. Call me crazy but for my next GM purchase, Ill be starting in Pahrump.Keep up the good work Frank and team.

I selected Pahrump Valley Auto repair facility because it is an AAA Approved Repair Facility. I am a long time AAA member and also a full time RVer. I have used AAA Approved Repair Facilities all over the US with great satisfaction.I took my vehicle into Pahrump Valley Auto because it started running rough. Pahrump Valley Auto determined that I needed a new engine and said a compression check was done. They has determined this using a computer. A proper manual compression check was not done. If it had, the shop repair costs would have been more that $34. Pahrump Valley Autos estimate for a different engine was $8,000 for a rebuilt and $11,000 for a used engine. They recommended I purchase a different car.One of the other codes was that I had catalytic converter issue. I had both catalytic converters replaced Oct 2020.I decided to get a second option from another repair facility in Pahrump. They determined I needed a tune-up. They preformed a proper manual engine compression check and did not find any problems with the engine. Repair costs $1,300 for the tune-up. Car now runs perfect.I am less than happy with Pahrump Valley Auto. I am following up with AAA on my experience.

I purchased a Buick at Earnhardt in Vegas, and the car started having problems before I made the first payment. I am not a mechanic, but can recognize the signs of an issue with the turbo (vehicle going into limp mode, loss of power on acceleration, etc.). I took it back to Earnhardt and was told by the service team member that without the check engine light on youre wasting my time. Come back when it turns on. Literally REFUSED to look at it even though it is still under warranty, and turned me away.I then took the vehicle to Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza and they were FANTASTIC. They resolved the issue (new turbo) of course, which any decent service department would do. But what made them stand out was the service itself; I was kept in the loop the whole time, never left to wonder where we stood. They showed concern about my getting to and from the shop and what they might be able to do to help. Just all of the touches that Earnhardt failed on. Definitely earned my service business the next time, and almost surely earned my business the next time I make a purchase.

Ive bought lots of vehicles from dealerships As far as speed from the time you walk in and start the paperwork till the time you drive off they are quick however, Be warned they do not completely inspect their vehicles that is on you bring a mechanic and mechanics tools like OBD2 reader and give it a full once over also give it a good test drive there is dirt behind the place to test your four-wheel drive, I hear people talking about salesman being polite that is their job of course theyre going to be they want to make sales, I will also tell you that they do not have a lot of new vehicles they are predominantly used car sales and have good credit and a lot of money because the vehicles are overpriced and do your research.

Reoccurring problem with auto. Second time same problem has happened within six weeks. Had to visit three times last time to get repair made. 1. To have check engine light checked and schedule appointment. 2. To determine what was needed to correct problem and order parts. 3. To replace faulty sensor. Now same process. On step 2, and waiting for part to arrive (to fix the same problem). New car that we have only made two payments on. I am Not happy with Service or at this point Vehicle.

Set up appointment for check and oil change. I arrived for the appointment on time and was driven home. Shortly after being dropped off I was called to say they didnt have my oil filter in stock. It took a week for the oil filter to show up so they could perform the oil change.When they did the oil change it was done quickly. My only real gripe is that when you make an appointment the associate or the techs should verify that the items are in stock so that issues like this dont occur and we all waste time and resources.

I scheduled my appt. for my oil change and it took over 1 1/2 hrs to get it completed. I feel if you offer to schedule your customers, either A. Dont overbook OR B. Walk-ins must wait till all scheduled customers go first. The service team was nice and helpful but your long wait times are ridiculous for Chevy Owners.

Great place to buy your next new car. Great inventory and nice used cars at a good price. My Mini Cooper was Baught used from there. Used cars are inspected to new car standards. I know, I use to work there as a Mechanic for the used car Department. You buy a car there and you get free car washes for the life of your car.🙂

It is not valley auto plaza service or quality of workmanship. It has everything to do with the 2021 trail blazer. It has been in shop 3 or 4 times this year so far. Is there a lemon law in the state of Nevada ? yes and I will look for an attorney if this vehicle continues to spend more time in the shop, than my garage.

My service man, Jay was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He told me that the car needed a water pump and that at that time was too dangerous to drive any further. He asked me if I had another vehicle to drive and when I said no, he provided with a loaner until my car was fixed a few days later. He checked my warranty and told me that the water pump was covered and that I had a $100 deductible and that the other part was not, but it was not very expensive. I was pleases with the service and the fact that it was not going to be super expensive as another dealer had quoted me $1200!

Gm made me a impossible deal on a great newer gm certified used car with long warrenty.so I didnt need to buy one.jim

I bought a used 2012, F150, from them (got a good, fair price.) and after about 10 days I start to hear a squeaking noise from the back end. So I am all worried that I just bought this truck and now I have a problem. So I take it to the dealer, thinking maybe its the brakes? They tell me that the brakes were serviced before it was sold. I leave the truck and they give me a ride to my house. A few hours later, they call and I had a rock in the brake caliper, the truck is ready and BTW they noticed there was a light missing on the bumper, so they ordered the part and will replace it. No charge for any of it. You have to appreciate a dealer that treats their customer right.

Straight forward deal. I buy several autos a year, and this was one of the easiest. Glad I did the drive. Exact GMC I wanted. LV areas wanted premium, $8k (Earnhardt - Joke), over MSRP given current post-Covid chip issues, but Pahrump came in at MSRP, discounted and gave a GMC rebate. Great trade in valves on two other moderate mileage trucks.

My visit was for a purely cosmetic issue. The cover plates behind the rearview mirror popped off when I went over a speed bump. I scheduled a time, went to the dealer and the needed reinstall was done in no time. Always terrific and friendly service.

Came in to have oil changed and my Equinox was taken right in. I waited inside while it was being done. The service tech came to let me know of a few other things that needed to be done soon but I declined having them done that day. I was very pleased with the service received

The buying experience was satisfactory. I did enjoy the conversation with my sales guy and his follow up. The service dept not so much. After making my appt and arriving my service advisor was no where to be found. I dropped off for a simple routine service. No one called to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup. They did not run my vehicle through the car wash. The tech made suggestions on service my vehicle didn’t need according to the manual. I’ve been buying new vehicles for over 40 yrs and Pahrump Valley Auto Service has some retraining they might want to consider implementing as it’s all about customer service as it should be and this wasn’t the first time I used the service dept. my plan is to have my future service at a local family owned service station where I have received very good all around service.

Bought a car from there have had nothing but issues with it since and they have no solution to the problem and was lied to about an extended warranty t.I is the sales mans name he is a liar and the place was a reputable place to buy in this little town I will not recommend this place to no one and will tell everyone that they lie cheat and steal well the service center left me a voicemail and it sounds like to me that there is guy complaining about a key he bought there for 250 dollars and it don’t do all the options his car has

Very confusing when I was told that you didnt have a filter for my oil change!After voicing my concerns about something happening to my vehicle while we waitfor a filter and possibly damaging the engine, I was told : As long as my work ticket remains open, the warranty will not be voided. So, I leave the dealership and five minutes later I get a phone call and they tell me that they found one filter in the back!!!! Someone isnt doing their job!

After receiving an email about the sale on tires with rebate. I contacted Denice at your service department. She assured me they would match prices on the Pirelli tires I wanted for my GMC Canyon. We agreed on a price and they were in 2 days later and installed. With the rebate no one in Pahrump was close. I bought the PU from PVAP to have local service. I have not been disappointed in the care I have gotten over the last 3.5 years.

This was a very easy low pressure experience. I drove 3-1/2 hours in each direction to get to your dealer and your team had me in and out in less than 40 minutes. The whole event brought joy back to the car buying process.The dealer ship was following all CDC guidelines, everything was sterilized and cleaned constantly, the pens were even pre packaged to prevent contamination.

Just bought a brand new vehicle from here and it was a pleasant experience. Our salesman Jody was amazing to work with and I felt no pressure at all. I was hit in the rear of my 2018 Colorado and pushed into the vehicle in front of me. My truck was drivable but out of alignment. The shop I selected for repair arranged to have the alignment done do that I could drive the truck until the necessary parts arrived. I dropped the truck off and the alignment was promptly completed. I especially liked the print out of the measurements. Great job.

Needed a leak fixed emergency but they wanted to do all of the My plumbing which is needed but did not have the money for it tried to tell them that could have had a leak fixed theyve lost my business because of it
