I have done business with Mike and his team many times since 2012 and I have never been disappointed with their work. I am an avid PC builder and gamer and they have always been there to help me do what I cant. Most recently, they saved a $300+ CPU I bent the pins on during maintenance. Prices are more than fair and speed of getting your stuff back in working order is excellent.

My computer had stopped working. Did not respond to any passwords. Master tech was able to remove passwords and put my computer back to factory settings. They were very professional. Would recommend to anyone. The best part only $99.00.

1. I brought in my terabyte drive Which was corrupt.2. She stated to me that it will cost anywhere from 40 to $503. Received a call from master Tech she stated that it will now cost $80 I will probly lose my files because she said that the drive is not working at a 100% capacity the drive could be badd4. So I said why should I pay $80 if you have no guaranteed I just said forget it Ill pick up my drive.If you are not computer Sabi do your research before you bring it in to any computer store not satisfied with master Tech.Footnote I called my son up who lives in Vegas and he repaired my drive less than 6 minutes should have gone there 1st but I live in pahrump.

As always the employees are friendly and helpful. They have what you need when you need it.....Great little PC shop.

They are good, have what you need and a bit more. I got a good old wired keyboard yes wired so I was happy to see that they even have some old stuff kicking around you might need one day.

Very unprofessional, neglected to verify their stock before telling me they had what I was looking for, disappointing to say the very least. I guess even asking for the bare minimum level of customer service in a place like pahrump is a difficult task to fulfill.

Then we took in our old computer to have data erased and to update so that we could donate it. since we were new to the area the owner, being involved in the community, recommended several places to donate the old computer to. Had an urgent repair since I work remotely - they quoted a fair price for ROCKET REPAIR (same day). My problem was an easy fix so they charged me less than half of their quote! Very high integrity. Rare find. I won’t go anywhere else.Thanks MASTERTECH!!

I fell for a telephone scam (they were very good). I googled the so called company and found out the truth. I shut down my computer immediately and brought it in to Mastertech. Mastertech checked out my desktop and tuned it up. It now works better than before. They do excellent and honest work. I have been going to them since I moved to Pahrump 10 years ago. They have custom built two computers for me and I have had no problems. I also like that I can call them up with a computer question and they will give me an answer I can understand.

So I call them about replacing the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ and got quoted 2 prices for repair. $60 if they dont break the back or $80 if they do. So they seem to think that if THEY make a mistake and break the phone then YOU have to pay for it. When I asked them if THEY thought this a fair policy he hung up on me. The only reason why I gave them anything because this was my 3rd time using them and the first couple of times that were good. But I will never use them again.

They were able to diagnose my broken laptop within a few days of dropping it off. Very professional, went out of their way to help me.

Computer was running slowly due to problem downloading and installing a Windows 10 update. I backed up and deleted all personal data and attempted a recovery to no avail. I explained this to Mastertech and said they could totally reformat the hard drive if needed. All they did was disable Windows Update in Administrative tools. Problem persisted almost immediately upon return. I bought a new copy of Windows 10, installed it myself, and it is now working perfectly. Expensive lesson: $119 for a download version of Windows 10, plus a wasted $80 charge to Mastertech.

Mastertech is exactly what theyre name implies....they are master techs at computer and electronics repair. Always, a good job at a fair price! Ive used them for at least the last six years.

Honesty isnt with this company, They over charge for everything. And they feed off the naive people who happen to be 70% senior citizens that dont know anything about technology and think if they pay top dollar they are getting the best service in town, All in all they are a joke and rip people off. I dont know how these people sleep at night.

No bs, legit computer service in Pahrump. My external drive failed and I took it to them for assessment, and a fix (if any). I gave them instructions stating that if the drive is bad to not extract the data as I have a backup. They did exactly as they said they would, kept me in the loop, and because they were unable to fix it its a no-fix-no-charge deal. I am floored at the service they provided me, and their honesty. They have earned my trust and will be my pc service provider as long as I live in Pahrump.
