Thank you to this particular DQ for going off book and creating a cake that my daughter loved! Loved the lettering and everything that was put together for the cake... And delicious as always!

They were busy Wednesday evening around 730pm but they kept the line moving. Must have had a new person working because they repeated my order of 2 items. Nothing wrong with that I thing that is great, it removes mistakes and waste.

Dairy Queen Painesville, Ohio. Had the Extreme Reeses Blizzard and the Turtle Blizzard they were good just thought they would of had more taste?

8/4/21. Waited in line for 18 mins. 1 bacon cheese burger and a pineapple malt. When I finally got to carry out.... my Malt was melted and I drove away without the Burger. Suggestion...NO.. more than 3 orders in drive thru...you lost 4 cars as we waited!! And my Family visit.....

Always very quick service and have never had a order be messed up, definitely my go to for ice cream in the mentor/painesville area.

Staff is always nice and willing to draw cute little things on the cakes for my daughter. Have never had a bad or overly frozen cake.

6-10-2020 We ordered parfaits, they were made proportionately decent. Good service. For how hot it was outside they held up befter than usual.

Some of the greatest, nicest people work here, and I only wish there were consistent surveys on the receipts so I could directly state how awesome these guys are! Keep up the great work, you all are great!

Absolutely one of the best DQs Ive ever been to. people are extremely friendly and helpful I try to make a weekly visit. Cant wait until they become a full-blown brazier. They say theyre working on it.

Great staff great team work and they take good care of their customers. your competition is just up the street at East Coast. And I still think they do a bang-up job. Not to mention the awesome manager at DQ...

Great banana split ice cream and a park like setting with benches. One of the better DQs in the area.

We did arrive about 5-10 minutes before closing time......but that being said, our Blizzards were milk by the time we made the very short drive back to our hotel. As much as we were looking forward to a delicious treat, we were very let down.

The staff is friendly and nice! Clean too

Ice cream cold, cone crunchy. NO RESTROOMS, Female cashier matter of fact with a bit of attitude. At least they had chocolate when the other Mentor Avenue DQ was broke down.

Laughed at by the employees. Only one in the drive through and took 7 minutes to make one small Reeses blizzard! I could see at least 4 people working. Unacceptable.

Icecream cones are tasty.
