Accessible right off the road, Kurlee Kone provides a variety of ice cream flavors and shakes! The prices and sizes are good and affordable! The staff were also friendly and courteous. While the ice cream is not too bad itself. The peanut butter brownie sundae and banana shake were on our menus and did not disappoint! I would definitely come here again! They only get a star knocked off due to a bit of difficulty finding parking when we went!

My family and I live right down the street from our favorite ice cream shop. so on our after dinner walks we tend to always find a reason we need to get Kurlee Kone !!!

Not as good as Cruisin Coneheads, but not horrible. Kurlee Kone needs to get more milk fat into their ice cream for it to be excellent.

I come here at least 2x a week! Theres a new flavor of the week every week, but the regular flavors are friggin good too. Strawberry banana... yes please!

I used to live up the street! Love Kurlee Kone! They have the best Hawaiian Delight sundae! Took my kids for kiddee kones the other day and they were as big as an adult sized cone!

This place is extremely hit or miss. Some times its amazing. The best. Other times the milk shake taste like milk and no ice cream (literally a cup of 2% milk) If it sucks when you go, try again. Its like a grab bag... worth the gamble

Prices way up. Sundae with blueberries. Well it was a squeeze bottle of juice. Very little fudge on mine. And the med cup was only about 2 to 3 inch tall. My nuts were crumbs. For $ 9.00. Wont be going back.

Top ice cream establishment east of the Mississippi. The Kone takes tremendous pride in their service, quality, and cleanliness and is a must visit on the way to Fairport beach. Handsome Kone Squad members as well!

Such a disappointment based on how cool this place looks, especially with the lights on the sign at night. The soft serve was so grainy and watery, it went right in the trash!

Ive been here a couple times now and the ice cream is always really good!

The signage says masks required. I wore mine. Most of the employees wore theirs. One employee did not have one on, she was the one making my cone so I tapped on the glass amd asked her to please put her mask on. She was very put out by my request. I get it, masks are annoying BUT they are required and if you are going to be inches from food, please follow the rules of your place of employment.

May 10, 2020 I am upset the prices went up a good bit and sizes shrank by a ton. Also the consistency is very unpleasant, it is way too airy. The cone is filled up but it feels like you are holding a feather. Basically just paying for air it seems like. It is not pleasant to eat either, makes your stomach have a nauseated feeling from all the air. I have been going here for at least 10 years, moved to Painesville in 2010 but I was in Painesville a lot before I became a resident. I have never had a bad experience here before today. It is awful to see a $1.40 increase for a shake. I am not ignorant, I understand prices have to go up but that is way way way too much of an increase. Keeping the name seems misleading and honestly criminal with this many changes to such a wonderful place before now. I hope this will be seen and a change of some sort will be considered. I understand near by places are charging a good bit as well. Well this was the old time, nostalgic place to still be able to go. It was still a place a family could go and not break the bank. Well I guess everything had to change for the worse in 2020. Good bye.

We go to Kurlee Kone a few times each year. We love the price and have only disappointed once. I had a. Butterscotch sundae and there was barely any sauce.The counter service is good. Quick and polite. The price is good. Cheaper than DQ.

Soft serve icecream and hand dipped cones, reminds me of visiting grandma and going to the local icecream shop for a twist cone. They also have a good variety of hard icecream and sundaes at reasonable prices.There are only outdoor tables and it is cash only.
