Horrible customers service. Very rude lady working in finance department and did not explain anything. 23% interest rate for a 700 credit score. Left store. Went back because we were not offered 12 at 0% interest until we called back and asked. Decided to give it a shot and now I looked at the contract there are $300 worth of unneeded insurances that were not mentioned to my wife before signing the contract. Called back to ask about them and was told they were too busy to answer my questions. Very unprofessional will never do business there again. Called st Augustine farmers and they were very helpful a d had the time to answer all my questions. Long story short go to st Augustine Farmers or another furniture store!

We love our furniture! We ordered a love seat, couch, shelf, convertible chair bed. Wayne, ken and Jessica were very helpful. Our questions were answered. Our furniture arrived sooner than expected. The love seat and couch are the most comfortable pieces of furniture we have ever been in and didn’t remember it being that comfortable in the store. We are seriously looking to see if the company makes a bed. Very happy with our purchases and will go back for future purchases.

I will be shopping for all my future needs at babcock. My furniture was paid off and they were still pulling payments out, I called Saturday no one answered the phone the first time I called, didnt get a returned call after getting ahold of someone the 2nd time. So i called back before close to be told the person in finance was delivering furniture and they couldnt do anything. Monday rolls around....still no call, so I have to call them and apparently it has been handled they were going to send a check to the wrong address without notifying me... or returning my call. Ridiculously unprofessional.

Would be so much easier if they would include prices on washers/dryers etc.FF needs to be more online shopping friendly..

Too laid back, employees not really professional. Not sure of what they have or the prices.

I have to say I couldnt be more satisfied. I walked into farmers furniture in Palatka FL and I was met at the door by a wonderful salesman. I was treated with respect and he took his time and helped me choose the most comfortable living room furniture I have ever purchased. Not to mention the price was very reasonable, fortunately I came in the store when they were running a promotion and I got 15% off my purchase and a 50$ gift certificate. My credit isnt the best in the world but the finance manager was kind and understanding and was able to help me. ( thanks again). My furniture was delivered yesterday (exactly as promised) and the deliveryman was as respectful and professional as everyone in the store. After I read all the reviews I was hesitant about choosing farmers furniture but Im so glad I did. I am sitting here writing this on my wonderful new couch!!! Thank you very much I will be back!!!

Bought a nice living room set, it was in brown on the show room floor, asked for it to be black. paper work went okay, the desk guy wasnt very nice at all and didnt answer any of our questions. we were already furious with him we signed and left. 1.5 months in, i called the store to ask when i can expect the set, their only answer was that itll take 6-8 weeks.well now its been 2.5 months! still no furniture. called this mourning and Ed said that he got a phone call from corp ASKING the store how much longer. why is the corp asking the store. my guess is that they are dragging their feet. well to make it short. im expecting a phone call today to see how much longer its going to be. THIS IS THE LAST TIME ILL EVER DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH!!!!! very unsatisfied customer

We visited farmers furniture looking for a dining run table we seen on thier web site. They didnt have it. Sales woman was pleasant but lacked necessary skills to turn us into a buying customer, as we did like something else they had in thier showroom... We visited during thier 10-50 percent event. Google maps was spot on with thier directions.

Bought a living room suite made by Catnapper. Was told by salesman that it was real leather everywhere your body touched on couch. Material starting peeling off year later. Farmers nor Catnapper will stand behind product. Do research before you buy from this store or any product made by Jackson/Catnapper.

After purchasing a couch and loveseat in the package and then getting it home to find it had a cut and tear in the material and the mattress in the sofa was bad, then came and picked it up for return and refused to do a return on my credit card unless I drove back to the store a hour there and a hour back to swipe my card for the return I said they should be able to do that on the phone, they refused so I disputed the charges and instead of allowing the funds to go back on my card they charged them back to my credit card for merchandise I do not even have, this is bad business practices I would never again buy anything from there.
