Prepaid 2800 for the best bed in the house, sales lady assured me 1 to 2 weeks, its been over 4 weeks, so I called them to ask about it, the employee was sooo rude, she started raising her voice until she was yelling, im a repeat customer that WILL NOT BE BACK

A very professional, client oriented business. We went to look at furniture and they wanted to know what we wanted, our price range and that is what we were shown. Asked questions and understood our needs. We took out the extended warranty and had an electric problem with a love seat. After all was said and done, we received a new love seat because it could not be fixed by the warranty company. Very easy to work with. Would never shop anywhere else!

Approx 4 years ago my wife and I purchased a high quality bed due to both of us suffering from medical issues needing a more supportive mattress. The matress, box spring and support cost thousands of dollars. This is what was recommended by McKinnon staff. The bed set up also came with a 10 years warranty.2 years after our first purchase the mattress began to sag in the center and lost most of its support. After several phone calls and a consultation we were able to exchange the matress for another. The second matress never quite felt as supportive as the original. We used the second matress for approximately 2 years and it also began to sag. After many phone calls we were referred to the manufacturer for further warranty services. The manufacturer is refusing to assist and Troy at McKinnon is stating, What do you want from me?We simply wanted what we purchased... a quality bed with a 10 year warranty. Not to be pawned off or ran around the bush after 4 years.Just to be clear (I know some will want to know) I am 5-10, 190lbs and my wife is smaller than I am.

Uninspired furniture designs but if you are looking for something nice and serviceable at a good price, this is the place to come.

Courteous and friendly staff. McKinnon’s furniture selection is superb and prices are reasonable. If you’re looking for quality, this is the place to visit. I highly recommend McKinnon’s, a truly pleased customer.

I purchased a Queen Size mattress set on 19-Nov-13 On the 20TH they messed up and delivered a Full size mattress. Long story short I ended up wasting a whole day waiting on the right set to be delivered. I asked the nice lady at the store if my delivery fee would be refunded for my inconvenience and the owner (Adam?) said NO. I guess my time has no value to him. The owner is an incompetent business man among other words I cannot write on here. If it wasnt for his employees I would have canceled the whole transaction. I can assure the glorious owner of McKinnon I will furnish the rest of my house elsewhere. Your employees are your greatest asset, not your leadership (or should I say lack of leadership abilities) You blew thousands of more dollars of sales for 40.00. What school did you go too??

We had 25+ pieces of furniture and they only had one guy to unload. Dont ever do deliveries for this shipper if at all possible.
