Ordered a cake for my mom’s 60th birthday and it was delicious! Also accommodated my request for an early pick-up. I come here often and the lady on the phone/in-person has always been nice to me!

Been going here for a little less than 2 years, at least once a month. All of past visits were very brief and pleasant enough, I just picked up a few packs and paid, nothing more. Nonetheless, if you can avoid, dont call them. They will completely ruin your day and whatever mood you were in with their customer service. It was the most uncomfortable, condescending, nastiest call I have ever had with another human being. I would rather talk to someone completely indifferent than someone with this type of attitude. Maybe it was her bad day, who knows but why should I care? as a customer? Reading another review below makes me realize that this is not a one-time incident. That one conversation I had today was more than enough to decide that I do not wish to visit this place again.

I like siruwa rice cakes the most, no matter how many years I go, they are always delicious, kind, and friendly.

Mochi may be delicious, but the people who sell it are consistently unfriendly. Its close, so its frequent, but every time I go, the unpleasant thing I cant explain is the same. When I get out of the store, I should never come, but Im on the way. I wanted to leave the rice cake I was holding back today, but I needed songpyeon, but I didnt have time to go elsewhere, so I just bought it. Consistent bad mood....

I bought Garaetteok on Saturday, but it was the first time I came to the United States to eat warm rice cake ... I can eat the homemade rice cake. The boss is also kind .. Today I am going to buy a warm rice cake ...
