No prices listed on items and unbelievably rude customer service. They were commenting rudely about me in Korean to each other at the counter. Funny thing, I am not Korean but I have a great knowledge of the language. When I answered back in Korean, they were visibly surprised yet unapologetic.I have been going a few times per week for the convenient location but havent went back ever since the incident.No need for that kind of behavior from poorly mannered folk. Also, prices are exorbitant and changing all the time. For example, I love Korean Odeng. I found a decent one at a fairly reasonable price of $2.99, which was surprising too since these actually had a price tag on them. I would buy maybe five to six or so at a time. Considering they overcharge for basically everything, I had a sneaking suspicion these may be marked wrong or when they realize these are popular (due to me buying all their inventory), they would price gouge soon. Well, they did. Next time I went they had jacked up the price to $5.99. Besides the sheer greed, this is a complete turnoff and influences me to not buy the product nor return to such a place of business.

The lady is strange and maybe lonely because she’ll start off with small talk banter and end un rambling for HOURS if you don’t let her stop. one time she interrupted if I had anywhere to go and I lied that I had a ride outside waiting because at that point she was past the 40 minute mark.Anyway she doesn’t come off genuine or nice and always has something to say about neighboring businesses in matters that have nothing to do with her. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Today will be my last.

Got charged more than $40 from getting 4 bottles of soju, a can coffee, $6 dollars chocholate (the only item with price tag) and a dried squid. No receipt after purchase. Items are super overpriced. Best place for getting ripped off!

Simply dont ever go there! Avoid this place if possible. The worst price and customer service - If you can find an item at Shoprite, I encourage you to walk there.... I seldom shop there for the convenient location and the guy at the counter was so rude.

I thought I was the only one who had the worst experience at the store. Wow. All these comments before me.... I regret of going there in first place without checking the reviews first. I usually go to big ones like H mart because they have large selection of things and cheaper price. At this store, I was also over-charged and she sold me a stuff that was expired over a year ago. Went back there to get a refund. She gave me the suspicious and mean look and said Thats really weird. Did you buy this from here, really? I was like Yeah, I kept the receipt. She then said annoyingly Well take that one then. And didnt even say sorry nor bye to me when I said bye to her in polite manner after her bad attitudes. In my whole life, I have never left any business place a bad review. This one I had strong urge to leave one. Dont go there. It will ruin your wallet and your day. Dont find it out like me in a hard way. The store deserves a zero star but cant post it unless I click one star.

Rude costumer service. When paying for my items I was insulted (not in a joking tone. Serious) by the cashier in Korean. The other customers who(did not speak Korean) were unaware of the rude words she said. They proceeded to have a good experience.Most items in the store do not have prices on them. You only find out when you pay that you are paying for overpriced items.I will not be going back here EVER again.

Family operated for decades. Respectively, GrandPa and GrandMom still at it working directly in the store along with two more generational family line. Maybe, that is why I still go there after all these long years. Convenience at a conventional local store.

They apparently dont take amex and forcefully make you use another card. How is this the customers issue? If you dont like the fees incurred with amex, the business owner should handle it directly with amex, not the customer. $1 is still $1. Terrible experience
