Went in for an alignment and rotation. They ended up breaking my shock and then told me they couldnt do my alignment after waiting hours after my appointment was supposed to be. I asked why did you touch the shock when I came in for an alignment they told me it just popped off. He gave me an attitude and pretty much said he wasnt gunna make it right. So instead of getting my alignment I had to go replace my shocks. Will never give them business again

The receptionist staff is so rude. Online they say they have availability. I scheduled an appointment I called to confirm and im glad I did. The receptionist had me on hold for 6 minutes to get on the phone and tell me they have no openings until three days later and when I told her I needed it done before that and that the website still lets you schedule for today she put me on hold mid sentence. No warning for three minutes and then hangs up. Very terrible service and the quote wasn’t even competitive. Ended up going to tire kingdom for cheaper without an appointment. Horrible service I would never patronize them.

Excellent customer service by people who care about their work and their customers. Highly recommended. Especially Brian, who was my sales rep and took the time to answer, and then explain the answers to all of my questions.

I had a great experience with this place; I had just picked up a used car for my little sister and had had a broken radiator fan and a broken serpentine belt after driving roughly 1000 miles . Nick and Danny were very helpful and got the job done quick and kept me updated at all times. I am slightly OCD about a few things but Nick and Danny worked around me and the way I wanted things done. They were aware of our situation and accomodated us accordingly. I would highly recommend these guys. They are great at what they do. I will undoubtedly go to them now for all my car repair and service needs. They are good people who care.

Had my car towed here. They did a good job replacing my flat tire and with the oil change. However, do not buy your tires from somewhere else and bring them here, they will refuse to put them on.

What happened? Loyal customer at the Palm Bay store on Palm Bay Road for over 10 years. Always received quality, professional service from the entire staff. Then COVID hit and it appears the staff has changed and the computer system must not work. Took my wifes car in for service in November 2020. The Service Advisor gave me a Recommend Services sheet that was filled with over $1500 worth of services that needed to be rendered. Glad I had my own log and saw that many (over $1300) of the Recommendations not only had been done recently, but serveral I had purchased lifetime warranties for.??? Had a brake and rotor job completed and a brake fluid exchange as well. Less than a month later, my wife said the brakes were loose (the pedal was going almost to the floor before the car would start to slow down). Took the car to another shop. They said the brake job had been done incorrectly and the fluid exchange did not take place as the fluid was dark and dirty. Have written 3 times to customer service, to no avail. They acknowledge my e-mails and say a manager will be with me within 48 hours. Never happened. Sure would be nice to receive a refund for at least the fluid exchange. Will not be going back to the store on Palm Bay Road.

Not only is the staff here friendly, they listen and try to accomodate your schedule and not the other way around. Their bays are clean and service is the best. I called on a Sunday at 4:13 pm to get a tire repaired. They said as long as it is here by 4:30, they can get it done. I pulled up at 4:23 and was out the door at 4:53. They do quick, quantity work at Firestone. I would strongly recommend them.

Got flat tire on 95 during a 14hr drive, luckily was 10 minutes away. Shop was closing in 30min but manager Nik G. and Alex E. pulled a miracle and got me back on the road in less than 20min...incredible service.

My experience was great.

The service was slow. I had a scheduled appointment waited about one 1/2 hours to have my vehicle completely checked with an oil change. Expect a long wait time seems like they were overbooked and the bathroom was disgusting very nasty definitely needs cleaning! 😞

They didnt have tires for my car and were unable to help me. Didnt even look at the nail in my tire. Friendly employees tho.

I purchased my own tires brand new they would not install them because I did not buy them from them. As a consumer I feel I should be able to purchase my tires in a way that saves me money I also feel it should not be a big deal to get them installed because thats what your business does. Very dissatisfied with that type of policy. Corporate greed, maybe, l dont know just saying.

After 4 hours of driving noticed my tire was out of whack I luckily was able to get off the exit an make it there. I greatful they had my very standard size tire. I was ungreatful for the 216.00 dollar price

This is my new favorite shop. I love everyone here! Danny the lead tech shares the same name as me and is a lead for a reason. He is awesome. Very knowledgeable!! Alex the store manager is also. Very inconvenient, went to get nitrogen put in my tires they made me get out of my car which I had to get my children out. Then charged me $20 to put nitrogen in my tires that took them literally two minutes.. definitely pricey☹️

I had an appointment for basic maintenance. The guy at the front desk was helpful and nice, the technician did a thorough inspection of my car, found a couple of minor things that needed to be replaced. They replaced them, did my oil change, rotated my tires and I was out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. Great service, great price. Highly recommend this location.

I made an appointment for 2pm to do the alignment of my car but I went there too earlier and the tech guy took the car in at 1:30 pm and finished by 2pmWin, win for me 👍

Took car in previously for brake work because I thought I heard squealing. Shop was honest and told me everything was fine and probably had another 10k miles on the pads. Took the car back later and am very happy with the service. Will use them again.

Wont be coming here no more first i bring my sister car in because her break light came on they said there was something wrong with the brakes. after 1000 later all theught t gages were going crazy. when we brought the car in it was not doing that but did not fix. Today i bring my car in to fix two broken motor mounds and the car is worse than it came in and i was charged 754.00 really upset its been two weeks and still no answer bunch of thiefs i think i need to get me a Lawyer

I would never take my car there again, they pulled my leg and that was the last draw. Who would change something in a car that did not need to be changed? Get your customer service in line, you should be honest with what you do someones car. If you see that it does not need that fix, but requires another one, Speak! You have a responsibility to be truthful to your customers.

Great service, but make an appointment! These guys are courteous, friendly and professional - which also makes them busy! Although some Firestone locations are able to handle drop-ins, be prepared for a wait if you cant make an appointment. Having said that - its worth it! Great, friendly service without a hard sell of other services. These guys are pros.

Misleading charges. we were charged for shop fees that were not explained ahead of time when we questioned the fees we were told its posted on the wall beware and make triple sure of any and all charges!After this review we were contacted by Firestone and they made things right. They worked with us to resolve the issue. But that being said, make sure you ask about any charges you do not understand before signing anything and before leaving. We asked before the work was done if there would be any other charges which we were told no and yet there was, but we are all human and make mistakes I dont think they were trying to pull one over, I believe they just overlooked the cost until it was billed.

What are we as paying consumers to expect? Was it an honest mistake, you decide! I recently had my 2013 F-150 tires serviced here. I was informed as a result of an inspection that my front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and my rear rotors needed servicing. I had the recommended service completed (over $600). Within less than 5000 miles I was having problems with the front end however in between the brake service and this experience there was an open recall from Ford to replace the master cylinder on my F-150 that I had completed. On this return visit to Firestone I described a noise and did a ride along with the tech to make sure he understood the symptoms I had described. I was told my newly installed brakes needed replacement and my driver side front wheel bearings needed to be replaced (total cost over $1000). I asked the tech to review my history, he then realized Firestone had replaced the brakes and rotors less than 5000 miles ago with a lifetime warranty on the pads (oops!) I mentioned that in December the master cylinder had been replaced and was told that it was very possible that the replacement was not done correctly and that most likely had caused my current problems. Back to the dealership I went to seek justice (Palm Bay Ford, see my review there). The dealership walked me through an inspection that clearly identified that the brake pads had not been installed correctly, in fact the front passenger side had 2 inside pads installed and the front driver side had 2 outside pads installed. Enlighten and armed with proof I return to Firestone. I now await a complete do over of the initial front end brake work. Update - Firestone completed the rework and after a couple of weeks I continued to have squeaky brakes, every time I applied the brakes they squeaked it was driving me crazy. I first thought it would stop after a break in period but it continued. I called Firestone and made an appointment. I took the F-150 back and after inspection I was told the wrong brake pads had been used when I had the reversed pad issue corrected, three hours later I left Firestone. They say the third time is a charm, really!!!

Excellent and trustworthy team. The only possible negative I can think of is that they are typically fully booked for same-day service but I would attribute that to the quality experience provided. Even so, they do their best to fit you in during emergencies.

I have been going to this Firestone location for about 10 years for various service needs. Nine times out of ten, I am very happy with them. The employees are very friendly and attentive, and will go out of their way to help you. The mechanics do a good job. I have also found them to be honest, which is a huge reason I keep going back to them.

Hands down the most honest repair shop Ive ever been to. Brakes were squealing and I thought for sure the pads needed replacement. They checked and informed me the pads and rotors were good and did not need replacement. The only thing they recommended were wiper blades. Ive been to this Firestone before and had a similar experience with my other vehicle. I dont even live nearby but make the extra drive to come here, its worth the honesty. Ray and the mechanics here do an awesome job, I highly recommend!!!

I became a loyal customer of this particular Firestone back in Summer of 2011. Not ONCE have I been hassled w/ sales pitches, pressure, or anything short of friendly professional service.I typically deal with Kelby or Chris. Great guys who are super personable and friendly. They always educate and answer questions without rushing or being pushy.Theyve earned my trust to the point that I will ALWAYS start with them and give them my business in every opportunity if at all possible. Id gladly pay a bit more to go here because I know they shoot straight and I wont have to deal with any bs games.

Great place to have your vehicle serviced

Have been a loyal customer here for 15 years, but no more. The incompetence of these tire changers is beyond belief. They stripped the security lugs on my SUV and didnt bother to inform me that it had happened. So, when I got stuck on the side of the road needing to change a tire I was, to say the least, on my own and out of luck. It was a very long and costly tire change.

I Went for a highly recommended Uber inspection here.The Vehicle I took in for inspection, I had just purchased from very reputable big dealer(New and used cars) The Vehicle had just gone a through an extensive inspection.detected Issues were fixed at dealership.Brakes pads were lower but no driving issues whatsoever(actually drives A1)The Inspection I had there, I think there were more issues than necessary.Salesperson seem disappointed I wasn’t fixing minor brake pad issues there.It all Felt forced or almost pushed/or geared to our using their services fully.Also the Downloaded uber inspection sheet i was told to bring in, ended up a total ink pen mess.I would also like to state that actually driving your vehicle would also be a mandatory way of inspecting ones vehicle.Although, the staff was very polite, manager was excellent and whole place was clean and well kept.

Will not be returning here for any services! Took over 2 hours with appointment for 4 new tires, was told won’t be much longer and then waited another hour. Ride was shakey after called and went back in the next day he tries to first sell me a suspension but looks at the car and the tires weren’t balanced correctly ! And they left parts of my blown tire around my cv joint “oh they didn’t notice!” Like what! Took an hour the next day too! So over 3 hours and 2 visits to get 4 tires right smh

Everytime Ive ever gone here no matter the reason from hearing a noise, some mechanical issue,needing tires,needing air in tires etc.,having questions or concerns of any kind,these guys have always been very professional,helpful,friendly,always a smile and explained everything to my satisfaction and understanding without ever making me feel like a bother or was stupid,which I greatly appreciate because I ask questions because I dont like not knowing or understanding things or whats going on period.

Was told 2 to 3 hours Just to check a slow tire leak fir the tires I purchased there and also had road hazard. Took home and did the ol soap test found the leak and plugged myself. New set of tires Will NOT be purchased at firestone. Seriously.... A reply to this 4 mths later.... Oh by the way. Purchased a set of tires.. Not from firestone!!!!

Got an alignment. They told me that they then could not align my tires. I then went back to the original store i bought the tires from and my tire are less than a year old and my tires were spliting down the lines.Customer service was good and the wait time was excellent

Customer service is great; they clearly explained exactly what would be charged before they did something, so there wasnt that guessing game of what your bill would be in the end, (like what happens at the family-run kind of shops). They also seemed to have plenty of business, so Im guessing other people see how this is an honest and professional place for car maintenance.

Ok, to start this off right, I do not recommend this place. Why you may ask? The TV commercial says it has some kind of high rated guarantee b/c they say they have such excellent service. The Firestone closest to me messed up my car not once but twice & charged a FORTUNE for it....2X. So theyre saying on the commercial they guarantee their service the 1st time you bring it in but when or if they dont get the job done right the 1st time- you pay their high costs to bring it back in when it was their job to fix it right the 1st time. So after paying over $800 & my car STILL is having problems, Im not gonna sit here & pretend how great they are when they lie about their amazing guarantee service & now my car has a problem that it didnt have when I dropped it off to begin with. Maybe theyre like most mechanics & take advantage of women (because face it, that DOES happen in the automotive repair industry... A LOT). ANYWAY, NEVER taking my car back to them & have to settle with my new car issue HOPING that it doesnt break down again b/c they wont fix whatever they broke for free so I have to suck it up & live with it.Oh & P.S. I came around their shop during working hours in my friends car multiple times & went around to the back of their building where I found the young guys aka mechanics playing around with each other, theyre phones, one time it looked as though 2 of them were out back with what looked like someones debit or credit card in their hands laughing about how much they overcharged some other client (poor soul). I cant talk on others experiences with THIS Firestone but to say it mildly- was NOT inpressed with the service, the young mechanics or their work. Sorry but thats the truth as I see it.

They were able to take me as a walk-in and once started the job, they were able to finish in timely manner.

Took my car in Saturday morning with an overheating issue. They could not find anything wrong, said they were baffled as to why it was overheating. Told me to keep an eye on it. I told him something had to be wrong because it had been overheating for a while and this was me finally bringing it in. So he went back and did things, Im not sure what, and again said there was nothing wrong. They sent me on me way. A couple hours later I was driving and not only did it overheat but the car started smoking and the warning light was dinging like crazy. I promptly pulled over and called them but they were closed by then. This was my first and probably last time Ill ever go there. UPDATE: I took my car to my regular mechanic and it was a thermostat issue. Wouldnt that be something any mechanic would have been able to figure out?

I have been taking my vehicles here for years without any major problems. At one time I had to take my car back to have the tires rebalanced. But they took care of it and I was on my way in no time. No shop is going to be perfect. The good shop is the one willing to admit mistakes, and prepared to fix them.

Excellent service from them. Prices are great as well. I was surprised how honest they were. A real breathe of fresh air!

Fast, four new tires, an oil change, and some other work done the day before Thanksgiving. No issues, truck hasnt had any problems since.

Kevin was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. He helped me get a tow truck dispatched when I broke down and made diagnosong my vehicles issue a priority.

I had to change my rating from 4 star to 2. I had a nail removed from my tire and a plug put in. By early evening I got a low tire pressure warning so I went back to have it checked. The tech said the plug was too small so he replaced it. This morning I noticed the valve cover was missing from that tire so I went back again so they could add a new one.

Dependable, honest with a strong sense of integrity, my service advisor was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful I couldnt ask for a more pleasant experience and well definitely return to this location.

I requested Firestone to balance my tires. They said they did, but the car was still vibrating(and they lost my wheel lock key). i went to a different store they said the tires were never balanced and they balanced it out for me.

Ive been going to this location for years, and the team of pros there have taken care of my needs every time without question. The dealership where I bought my two current cars offers free maintenance on certain items, but I will never take them anywhere but this FireStone.
