Love this Publix it is extremely clean, the staff could not be more helpful and kind. Thank you Publix who provides such wonderful service. The staff is incredible.

Their fresh fruits and vegetables looked delicious. I also liked the employee customer service. I was trying to locate egg roll wraps. I knew they were in the produce section but I couldnt find them. Instead of just directing me to where they were, the employee stopped what she was doing and escorted me to their location.

Very good service at this Publix although when theres Wednesday sushi day make sure that they have advocate selection they tend to put out the same thing knowing that its Wednesday in the sushi department 😆 all in all they have great service

Without a doubt the worst Publix experience Ive ever had. This Publix is less than 1 mile from where I work but I avoid it and todays experience reminded me why. I ordered a Sub online and prepaid. If I hadnt prepaid I definitely would have walked out. My bad.Got there a few minutes early. I order subs online at Publix regularly and typically there ready before I get there. No Sub. I shopped and paid for a few things. No Sub. 15 minutes later. No Sub. I checked to be sure I ordered it at the right store. Yep, right. As a last resort I get on the Sub line. Now, my family is texting me wondering where I am. No Sub. Then I notice one of the Sub people putting a Sub on the pick up rack. It was my Sub. The time on the ticket was 6:40 and it was now 7:20. This store is not up to Publix standards avoid it if you can. I do

Publix has the best customer service all around. The store is very clean on the inside. The only part that caused me to rate it a 4/5 was the outside of it. It still has the old school look to it, even though its modernized on the inside. I like the look of the outside but there is a major step into the present, out of the past, when you walk through the front doors. All around great experience!

Deli has a big problem every time I go to get my cold cuts 30 minutes waiting. Today one person in front of me 40 minutes wait. Meanwhile 8 women on sub side. One woman on deli side. Manager walks past me 5 times. Women all talking not waiting on me. Then I tell her thin sliced ham an turkey. She slices it thick. All ends. Management get it together.

A decent publix, nothing too different!

Well, this is the only grocery store in the neighborhood, so it better be 5 stars or I would not shop there. This one is clean and well stocked. Im still waiting though to be the jackpot winner on lotto tickets I purchase. Thats not their fault, but just putting it out there. :-)

Every time I shop here, I can find what Im looking for. The store is laid out in a very convenient manner, the aisles are almost never clutter with additional items on sale. The staff is extremely helpful and outstandingly courteous.

I really love Publix unfortunately I dont understand why theyre not stocking like theyre raviolis that they used to make. They need to better organize their products. One minute there be something I have that I love next minute they dont have it!!

Always have exactly what I need in stocks. The service persons are also very friendly and helpful along with the tstore being 100% tidy( including restrooms)

Out of all the supermarkets Publix has always been my favorite. Ive never had a problem when ordering subs online from this location except the past couple times Ive had extremely long wait times like 45min after my pick up time before my subs were made and then half the order was completely wrong last time I ordered but I didnt know the subs were wrong until later that night and they were closed by then. Or then waiting 20min for someone to help me in the deli when there was no one else waiting. So I would of given 5 stars if it didnt seem like the deli has started going down hill some the past couple months

The deli department needs improvement—too few employees to handle customers. They need to keep the soup containers supplied with soup!

I come for the customer service- its simply the best in the industry! They always have a smile and are willing to help with anything. The subs are awesome (everybody already knows this!) and theres mostly real people check out lanes- not the computer self check outs that are taking over grocery stores.[Thank you- I despise self check outs!] They really take care of their customers at Publix. My favorite place to shop!

As stated in the special instructions, I asked to change the cheese and mustard and add letuce. They didnt follow any of the instructions at all. I work with for so I know its not that difficult to follow those special instructions for online orders.

Whats not to love about our Publix?! Helpful, stocked, clean, courteous, enthusiastic. We have diverse tastes and needs; Publix is a strong support for all the must-haves and quick-to-fix items that help fuel our lives. Publix offers locally procured tasty treats, too. I am quite grateful for our local shop, and today I am so glad to have been well-served by Donna and Polly.

More limited selection than youre run of the mill Publix but it is a nice blast from the past of how the original publixes look.

Went there yesterday 8.28.21.bought a rotisserie chicken for almost eight dollars and when I opened it up I was so embarrassed of the tiny size I hide it from my guests. What a rip off!

Deli is always behind on orders the case always messed over partially fixed with items... its clearly enough employees its lack of teamwork and constant bickering amongst the employees 😑😐the prices are to High to receive service like that.

Ive been going to this Publix for many many years. I have to say its always clean the shelves are always jam-packed. I dont see a slow down at Publix like I do other supermarkets. Everyone is always pleasant. All Publix are very nice.

Came for pre ordered subs, stayed cause the sub makers didnt check the online order stubs. 20 min after initial pick up time I got my order. Checkout and friendly was fast. Deli/Sub station need lots of improvement. But it always has, for like 20 years. Anyway Jersey Mikes next time.

Samantha in the Deli was super helpful made my sub perfectly and actually was a pleasure to talk to while helping me out! There were a few mean customers in line but she didnt let it phase her she continued with her smile and was professional and pleasant! 10/10 will go back to this store because of her service!!

Publix staff is the best! Although I was extremely disappointed that their current Birdseye frozen vegetable selection is not what it used to be. Everything is clean and well organized.

Publix is very clean and well stocked. The bakery department always has fresh baked goodies from cookies and pastries to fruit and cream pies. The prices are not alway competitive but smart shopping for two for one and half off deals are to be found. The staff is always friendly I hear its a good place to work.

I recently put in a cake order for my sons birthday and paid for it a 5 day in advance. The day before the party a bakery lady called me and confirmed the cake size and also the time of pick up. The day comes and I go to pick up the cake and it’s not ready or even on there books and this set my sons birthday behind 45 minutes! Very disappointed considering we are regular customers.

They never have what your looking for and they still wont give out rain checks, time to switch over to winn-dixie

It is only a mile from where I live so I go there a couple times a week, sadly they have no pharmacy at this location.

Over all great besides the homeless guy in the lot that tried to open my car door when I was getting out. But thank you to the employee Andrew for walking up and making sure I was okay and stayed with me until i got in the store!

The best supermarket in my neighborhood is Publix convenience with parking lot handicap lights and other variety area in the area to park it is a excellent Supermarket everything there is always on point manager awesome and employees are great

I love there meats and they sell Homerun Inn pizza chicago frozen pizza. Yummy. They are the only place i can find Ovaltine staff is always nice store is always very clean and i got 4 that are close.

Iv been here twice now both times I stood in line for a sub with 2 people in front of me at most. After 15 min of either no one helping or just one person working I left. There are a bunch of people behind the counter with the only customers being in the sub line yet none of them help the customers.
